Need a blanket, not a heavy quilt. Also, the pillows are very small and lumpy; not good at all. Breakfast was pretty good, but should vary the menu, not serve the same thing every day.

"baymont Springfield MO"
Everything was great there, except the bed. It was way to hard to be comfortable. Staff was great, hotel was very nice... just the bed was to hard for my liking.
"Almost perfect..."
I would give this one a 5 star rating except for two minor things. The Wi-Fi there was worthless. I couldn't get and hold a signal at all. And the Thermostat took a lot of getting used to. It was not accurate at measuring the temperature of the room. Other than that, I really liked the room and the location of the hotel.
Quick check-in, very nice room. Quiet location, near two good restaurants (IHOP for breakfast, Outback for dinner!) and plenty of shopping, safe area of town, easy parking, clean hotel. Great stay overall; highly recommend.

The employees were friendly and the location was convenient to everything. However, the room had a funny smell, and the shower had virtually no water pressure.

"Overnight business trip"
The Baymont was a great hotel for my overnight business trip. My room was clean, up do date, and spacious. Good wireless connection. Hotel is very close to a wide range of restaurants

Fantastic location close to mall, dining, and super centers. Friendly, courteous staff. Great price!
"Springfield, MO Close to shopping and food"
Breakfast, OK, normal fare. Ice and vending. Overall all was great. Only worry was the elevator made some disturbing sounds, but it worked.

the room was clean, but the hot tub was not the cleanest. we wouldn't use it. the bed was comfortable if you like a firm matress (which we did). the walls were very thin. heard the neighbors running water at all hours. we would stay there again, but wouldn't spring for the hot tub. the location was very good, close to everything. the staff was friendly […] and the breakfast was rather good. The water pressure was bad at the faucet and the toilet in the room. Room was very cramped, not spacious.

"Baymont in Springfield MO"
Everythng was comfortable and affordable. Hotel was close to Nature conservancy which was great for a short hike and wildlife. Quick drive down to Branson for entertainment.
"Great convenience"
We used this hotel as had to be in the hospital for surgery early the next day and it was a perfect stay being very quiet and also reasonable. Would use it again as the breakfast was great, at least for my husband, who could have food.

"Great Deal"
The hotel rooms were nice and the hotel seemed to be clean. The only thing that did not impress me was the breakfast. Worst breakfast that I ever had. The eggs were round like pancakes and the biscuits and gravy was not even edible.

nice rooms,nice staff and safe area. I was traveling with a special needs child ( Autism ) and everyone was great. I have already told friends and family about this hotel. Was a very nice place to stay on our whirlwind trip to Kansas.

"Great place"
What a nice place to stay. Easy to find and easy to get around, nice shopping and restaurants in the close area. Was nice to have a like snack and bottled water waiting for us when we arrived to our hotel. Continental breakfast was great and staff was very pleasant.

"Baymont Inn and Suites in Springfield"
We stayed in 14 hotels in the past 3 weeks and all similar in price. This hotel was the best stay we had. The room was very nice and clean and it had a very nice pool with a spa. We really enjoyed that. There are several nice restaurants in walking distance.
"Close to highway, restaurants, and clean"
This hotel was conveniently close to James River Freeway, restaurants were within walking distance, and it was clean. No complaints.
"A/C didn't work"
I had a few problems with this room. The AC was turned down as low as it would go and the room never cooled enough to be comfortable. The sink counter was so high that my very tall 6 year old couldn't brush his teeth without help. The pillows were hard and uncomfortable. The front desk staff didn't have any response to my complaints other than "Ok." […] The kids liked the indoor pool and the breakfast was fine, nothing special. "Location"
The hotel was great! My kids loved the pool, and hot tub. Breakfast was filling, and had plenty of options. The map was misleading. The hotel was on Bus. 65, however, you have to access Glenstone Avenue, from Hwy 60. The map didn't show this. If it wasn't for GPS on our cell phones, we would have had a difficult time finding the hotel. Other than that […] it was a great place. Devamı

I have already recommended Hotels.com and the hotel Baymont to others and will continue to do so. My needs were a certain location, no pets allowed (allergies), and indoor pool. The man from Hotels.com came up with Baymont within moments. It served my needs, the location was great, very clean, people friendly. "Baymont in Springfield"
Ive stayed at this baymont a few times when in Springfield. Its always a clean, pleasant stay. Staff is friendly. Baymonts in general are a middle of the road, nice hotel. Just dont expect any luxury.

When arrived the room in which I was assigned did not have any heat or air. The TV went out within 30 minutes of me being there. After notifying the front desk, the evening manager moved me across the hallway. The next day, after being in meetings all day, camp in to have a pooly cleaned room. The bed was not maid and the floor was not swept. I did, […] however, receive a clean town and washcloth to replace the ones I used. "Very nice and comfortable"
We stayed for two nights while others in our group stayed for three. Our room contained two double beds and our children had the same room across the hall. The rooms were very clean and nice. The location of the hotel is great as it puts you near the edge of town yet very close to shopping and restaurants galore. The free breakfast at the hotel was […] great each morning and included a wide variety of cold and hot foods affording something for everyone.
