Great got overnight stay.

Our particular room needed some maintenance (bathroom tiles, carpeting, cleanliness) as well as outside entry/room doors etc. Accommodatiopn was really not much more than passable - ok for attending Masters but otherwise nothing to bring you back. Amenities not refreshed every day unless requested. While recognizing that rates are higher for the Masters, […] we felt the price was high for the value received. The hotel should ensure that non-smoking rooms are smoke free. The room smelled like someone had smoked in there and employees tried to cover the scent with air freshner. The hallway was hot throughout the day.

The Days Inn Augusta is a really nice and quite place to stay.the location was great close eating spots and close to the place that I was visiting.

I enjoyed my stay at the days inn and suites of augusta ga. I travel alot with my job and have stayed in some places that I will never recommend to anybody but my stay at the days inn was nice. The hotel staff was very helpful and nice and the housekeepers made sure that my stay was confortable.

Clean, comfortable room - which is the main issue. Right off of main drag and located close to many bars/restaurants. Basic complimentary breakfast, but good enough.

The location was not easy to find because the hotel lies behind a motel, is therefore not visible from the street, and the sign for the hotel is very high but not illuminated. Continental breakfast is simple but adequate. Staff was friendly.

Clean and friendly, the tv didn't work but I didn't need it, close to a lot of restuarants.

The room was good. The labels on the air conditioner were worn off so you could not tell what settings the A/C was on. You had to play with the dials until you got it correct. The shower head allows one type of pressure and was not able to be adjusted downward it only allowed water to spray the upper part of the body. I was not very happy. My door would not shut properly and it had to be slammed for it to close. Then to get back in I had to ram it like a football player. Front desk was going to move me to a new rm, but they did not have a non-smoking rm. So they offered the Jacuzzi king. After I waited for an hr for the desk to tell me they cud move me I moved all […] my things to the desk just for her to tell me she did not have a rm. So I moved all m y things back up to my original rm. When I called the front desk in the morning she told me that she was going to treat me to a rm in another hotel that was owned by the same owner. But when after telling her that was fine, she said she was unable to find a king non smoking rm. So i asked if she at least give me a 2pm check out. She said she would note it in the account. House keeping was not notified. I was made to feel like I had done something wrong by staying past normal checkout and felt like I had to rush to get out. I wont stay again and will not recommend to anyone. Devamı

we stayed in a king room, our bed was not very comfortable, but what impressed me was how the housekeeping crew went the extra mile when servicing our room. they even rolled up our chip bags and put our drinks that we left out back in our fridge. i thought it was really nice.

Each employee I dealt with during our stay was such a pleasant experience. Tina and Mr. Mahesh were so accomodating, especially since I was traveling with three children for one week and unexpected needs arise at the most inopportune times!!!!

The hotel itself was ok. The area was not so good, getting there was a bit confusing. I had to drive through another hotels parking lot to get there. I drove by it 4 times before I realized I had to go through. The Manager on the other hand was a bit creepy. I had my daughter with me and he wanted to give her a hug and wanted her to go behind the counter […] with him, also he wanted her to give him a kiss on the cheek. None of these I allowed of course. I was very uncomfortable with his behavior. I will not stay here again. Devamı

Was hard to find - had to drive through Travel Lodge parking lot to find it. Upon arriving was given a key card that wouldn't open the room I was assigned to. They moved me to a different room. Upon arriving at that room the staff was taking a break in it!

there were several maintenance issues during our stay. Outside door could not be opened with room key(was fixed on day we left), access door to plumbing chase was on the floor to our room, air conditioning controls were loose and we could not adjust temperature, a/c in interior corridors was not working
