Otelden King of Prussia alışveriş merkezine ulaşım son derece rahat ve otelin konumu ağaçlar içerisinde son derece nezih bir ortam. Otel personeli son derece nazik ve isteklerimize olabildiğince yardımcı olmaya çalıştılar. Sonuçta konum, temizlik, rahatlık ve ilgi açısından rahatlıkla tavsiye edebileceğim bir konaklama merkezi.

Malvern şehrinde yer alan Homestead Philadelphia - Malvern, iş merkezinde konumludur ve bölgedeki görülecek yerler arasında Valley Forge Ulusal Tarih Parkı bulunur. Villanova Üniversitesi ve Valley Forge Kongre Merkezi, ilgi çekici yerler arasında yer alır.

"Homestead -- More like Motel 6 plus Kitcheonette"
Grimy and dirty. Could feel the springs in the bed mattresses. Furniture was in disrepair.
Was a little disappointed with the shape of the room.. Could tell that the maintenance is not kept up on these rooms. Broken doors, dented fridge.....small things, but....for the cost would have expected more.
"Homestead Malvern"
We had a very good experience at the Homestead Hotel. It was an emergency (no power) and they accomodated us very quickly. The room was clean and quiet despite being along 202. The staff was courteous. We will stay there if needed when the power goes out again. Would definitely recommend to visitors coming to visit our area.
This is a budget hotel. I am used tohaving shampoo in any hotel room I say in, but this one only provided a bar of soap. It was convenient for a 1 night stay
"Quick stay"
Room had plenty of space. It was perfect for a one night stay. Even had a very small indoor pool. Just enough to entertain the kids for a brief time.

"The Homstead Hotel in Great Valley, Malvern , PA"
Nice central location, but a right in-right out car access only. This means you have to go around the block and approach the hotel from the opposite direction, until you figure out the roads. I requested and recieved a non-smoking room, but the corridor smelled of smokers, and the room had a smokers odor also, probably migrating from some of the adjacent […] smoking rooms. The carpet was heavily stained, the bifold closet door was broken, and there was no shampoo for the quests. Overall, the hotel had a shared BBQ grill on a patio, a the room had separate sofa area, and a combined eating bar/desk, which would make the facility tolerable for an extened stay for a few days. With a little extra effort on the repair and maintenance, and possibly grouping the smoking rooms away from the non-smoking, this could be an OK hotel for cheap sleep extended stay. The neighborhood felt safe, and the rate was competitive. Devamı

"Nice Hotel, Poor Mattress"
The location was good, the staff was nice, the amenities were good, but the mattress was awful! Hard as a rock and I ended up sleeping on the sofa because it was more comfortable.

The bathroom had mold and that shows evidence of long term lack of attention.

"Could use better beds"
The Homestead was what I had expected after researching and reading the ratings on line. This is a clean, no frills motel which is what we were looking for. The front desk staff were more than helpful and very friendly even when we checked in at 1:00am. You have to ask for extra or clean towels and linens but again this was what we expected and really […] liked the idea that no one would be entering our room while we were gone - unless we requested something. The one complaint was that our bed was incredible uncomfortable and we stayed 4 nights on it. Couldn't say that I got even one nights good sleep because of the bed. This is our first stay in an extended stay motel and we were surprised that there was a coffee pot but no coffee, sugar or cream, or your usual small containers of shampoo, cream etc. This is probably normal for an extended stay - we just didn't know it. All in all - for what it is we enjoyed the friendly staff and the place is clean Devamı
