Room was filthy, dirty hand prints on walls, mold in shower. Sat on toilet and it started to tip towards tub, if I hadn't moved quickly I would have end up in tbe tub. The matress and the linens smelled. Just a dirty place. And if that wasn't enough, we were witness to two girls beating each other up outside by the pool,which by the way was covered […] and not availible for use. So I would strongly recommend bulldozing the facility to the ground and starting over. Devamı

This was a odd hotel. They were converting the hotel from previous apartment t building. Most of the rooms (apartments ) were still being worked on

This inn is even worse than motel. Also, inside is dirty. I dislike this inn at all. Not recommends.

I have stayed several times at this Inn. I recommend the upstairs due to the squeaky floor sound if you are on the first floor. The rooms are very large with refer and microwave. Apt type size. There was a horrible smell to the place and many things in the room were not in working order such as radio, microwave, and lamp. There was construction equipment and tools left outside the customer entrance and my hotel room that were a danger to my children. They were not put away in a safe fashion. tub still had shampoo drips from some one else. we didn't even sleep in the sheets. my husband spent all night checking on our vehicle...it was that bad an neighbourhood! sketchy is an understatement.

Got this place after a last minute decision and expected the worst. From the outside it looks like "no-tell" motel and for a low price I didn't expect much. However: Our room was old, but very clean. If you don't mine worn out, it's fine. It has a fridge, microwave, and free wifi. All worked. Very large room, easy to spread out. Very quiet, window […] looked out over a school field (no school in August). Slept well. This price in Portland in August! (barely, you have to drive to interesting areas.) If you want a new place with a walk to sites, this is not for you. However, if you want a cheap place to urban camp, this motel is great. 1 Star for neighborhood 3 Stars for cleanliness and quiet. 4 Stars for fridge and microwave and wifi 5 Stars for Price. Devamı

this was the worst place EVER... it is not a hotel , it was apartments that they were trying to get money off of .. there was trash everywhere, broken glass.. Unreal.. we had to bring in some blankets we had in the car to sleep on.. I was disgusted....and really quite disappointed.. This hotel was disgusting! The room had a strong stench of mold and mildew. The whole room was filthy, the tub had a ring, the carpet was estained, even the table was sticky and had an uneven. We didn't stay even 20 minutes. Both of us left with headaches and my fiance's allergies were acting up for hours after we left. This place is dirt cheap and […] you get what you pay for. Not fancy, but spacious ! Bathroom smelled like pee all the time and the shower handle is broken but it works, rooms were clean thou!

i know this is a very cheap motel, but it still made me feel icky and gross. the shower curtain was starting to mold, the shower itself didn't drain properly. there was somebody else's used towel hanging up. I don't normally think of myself as a primadonna, but this place just felt gross to me. on a positive note, the bed was incredibly comfortable […] and they are working on outside maintenance, so maybe it will get better. If you are not concern about the level of quality, this might fit your needs. The rooms are the size of a small condo. Huge but older. Clean but ugly. Curry smell in the office, but pleasant people. Quiet neighborhood and safe feeling. Near the freeways and direct into both Tigard and Portland. Get upstairs, downstairs was too noisy from the squeaking […] floor. The beds were comforable, the room was clean, soap and shampoo/conditioner were provided. Not the best neighborhood. Tenants above us were very noisy. Used hair clips to close gap in curtain. No hairdryer, so used heater fan to dry my hair.

I don't care how old the hotel was, but the room was too dirty and poorly maintained! The floor wasn't vacuumed, the bathroom vent fan was super loud, the smell was bad. I could even hear footsteps upstairs, walking around above my head. The hairdryer sucks. The wifi was unstable and slow. No continental breakfast. the room had a oder sheets on the bed kept coming off had burn holes in the sheets in a non smoking room. bathroom was very small . would not stay their again.

My stay at the Portland Value Inn in Portland OR. Was horrible. The room was disgusting. The room smeeled terrible. The dresser had adult pleasure divices in it. The floor had stains all over it. The bed smelled bad. It was so disgusting I couldn't even get myself to sleep on the bed. I am glad I didn't have my wife and kids with me. I will never refer […] anyone to this place. The hotel and its room was extremely dirty. I removed the bedding cover and laid it over the carpet in order to be able to walk around. I had to clean the remote with one of the small towels. I did the same for other parts of the room, such as the table and chairs to mitigate any possible contamination. The linens were not too dirty, but also they were […] not the cleanest linens I've slept in. The location was good. The neighborhood was clean, a nearby school added a sentiment of safety. There was ample entertainment options nearby, and overall the hotel is within near driving distance from the city center. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this hotel to any potential future guests, mainly due to its cleanliness (or lack thereof) record. Devamı

The Value Inn is a very old hotel that needs to be upgraded. The carpets are thread bare and thre was a musty odor through out the room. It was clean but the bed was uncomfortable and the matress was probable old and worn out as well. I would recommend this hotel only because of its convenient location to Kruse Way.
