Extended Stay, for me, in not expected focused on "hotel service". By design they are sparsely resourced with respect to on site representatives. I need an affordable and close to as possible efficiency type apartment as possible. Unlike some other over price accommodations Extended Stay fits my need right fine. What I am most displeased with however […] is the tiered pricing of WiFi speeds. Today's professional has one speed, really fast . The room was a bit compact but everything else was fine

This place is dirty,we had a smoking room, but it seemed like the person before was a chain smoker, the pool was closed and it looked fine. Then at 9am the fire alarm went off and the whole Alparetta Fire Department showed up, there wasn't even any smoke or a fire.

It was great no conplaints...

It was not bad for the price, but I would rather pay more and get a place that I feel comfortable. It was not dirty, but the rooms looked like an old 80's horror movie.

I checked in at one time and their records show me checked in an hour earlier which wouldn't be a problem except they charged me for a long distance phone call from the room I stayed in. Then refused to research to find out who actually made the call. I was charged $17.00 for a phone call most likely made by one of their own employees. They didn't even […] want to hear me out. WHO makes longdistance phone calls on a room line anyways.....everyone has a cell phone! Will never stay at this hotel again...planning another business trip to Alpharetta next week. Devamı

Best bang for buck. Read the negative reviews. If you need daily maid service not for you. If you need an efficient room with most amenities; semi stocked kitchen with stove, fridge and coffee maker this is for you. Parking lot was small but has a gas station and a waffle house next to it. Great stay

The advertisement stated continental breakfast!. The fruit was horrible, only packaged items. The halls reaked of cigarette smoke, which was horrible. The staff smoked out back with the door opened. Hotel was fine. Breakfast options were limited. Pool was beautiful. Liked the kitchenette. The plug-in air freshener was overpowering and should not be put in the rooms since some people may have allergic reaction (asthma, COPD).

Personable, professional, and comfortable. It was a nice apartment and als a business setting.

The room was dirty as well as the bathroom

The hotel was nice. I thought I ordered a queen sized bed, but it really seemed like a full. Room was just seemed cramped.....

Great North Point / AlPharetta location. Friendly front desk staff. Looks good from the street. The rooms are just a place to lay your head. Some deferred maintenance but does the job on a budget. Safe neighborhood with great walking trail. Budget a few bucks per day for wifi access at this property.

Run down and dirty. Service mediocre at best. A real dive. For about the same cost, you can stay at other hotels in the area, like the Wingate, which are so much nicer.

For the cost, the hotel was a great value. It is in a nice, safe location with easy access on and off the highway. The hotel in general seemed a little "tired" and the amenities could have been a little nicer, but overall I would recommend it for its "bang for the buck".

Hotel adequately clean upon check in. Free Breakfast consisted of muffin or bagel and coffee only. Could use more variety. After few nights stay, pests started showing up in form of a variety of insects.

The rooms were spacious but the onlie information was mis leading we thought we were getting one room double beds, but we got two seperate rooms. There was no maid service we had to take our on twoels down to the desk and exchange them for new ones and then the clerk acted as if they didnt want to touch them! First of all the hotel hostest wasn't very welcoming! The room that they gave us smelled like mildew and the carpet was wet! They gave us another room (much better condition), this made things a little better. I would hope that in the future they will inspect the rooms before allowing family's to use them!

HAD SHOWER MAINTENANCE PROBLEMS AND TRASH RECEPTICLES AROUND THE HOTEL WERE ALWAYS FULL.

I was here from Hawaii visiting my son and his wife. I had a pleasant stay at Extended Stay. I would stay there again in the future. Thanks for a great experience.
