Great suites! Nice size rooms. We loved the living area with eat-in dining and kitchenette. Fantastic for families. Great value with free parking and made to order breakfast daily. Staff accomidating. Would stay again.

We very much enjoyed our time at the Chapparal and would definitely use the hotel/resort again.

Really good hotel. Nice, large rooms, nice pool areas, close to downtown.

Our youngest son was on R & R back from the Middle East, all of our family met and relaxed by the pool and in the complex. Being close to downtown Scottsdale was a plus for our children ages 25-30. We got to spend special time with our Grandson in the pool while the "youngsters partied". We would definitely stay here again. Thanks Chaparral for the […] wonderful memories! Devamı

Had a wonderful time. Good value, great customer service, spacious suite, good pool, fountain courtyard, handy bar/restaurant, convenient location, close to Fashion Square and trolley to Old Town. Only drawback was a drunken pool party on Sunday (wedding group). Would definitely stay there again though.

Both the happy hour and breakfast were somewhat limited. Happy hour served small bags of popcorn each night with boxed wine, but tap beer and cheap liquor cocktails were options. Breakfast had cereal, juice, eggs, hashbrowns, but no omelettes or yogurt and eggs couldn't be poached or boiled. Still. these were amenities each morning and evening, plus […] a USA Today at the door. Instead of a consierge, most of the time we were diredted to the internet room. Devamı

Our tub had a "slow drain" problem and the toilet had a handle that needed to be jiggled, but everything else about our room and our stay was excellent. We asked for and got extra towels each day, the breakfast offerings were many and good, parking was easy and the free airport shuttle was a plus, and the room was quiet and comfortable. Great location; staff were very nice and accommodating. Breakfast was good, pool areas were quite nice.

The staff were accommodating. The hotel was dated, there were insufficient outlets. We had to move from our first room as it sounded like a bowling alley, which they did accommodate. Food was excellent. Would reccommend but not worth the price paid.

Love this place. Been coming since the early 90's. Can't beat the breakfast and cocktail hour. Very freindly staff and many have been there for several years. Won't stay anywhere else!

Great location includes free "cook to order" breakfast really it is a hot breakfast with very limited menu. Complimentary cocktail hour was available- didn't attend so I am not going to comment. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The pool and hot tub were well maintained. The complementary breakfast was good and the managers cocktail hour was generous. Hotel staff were friendly, courteous and prompt in responding to requests.

Great location, but hotel is getting tired and could use some refreshing updates. Rooms are dark and musty smelling, TVs are from the dark age and calking in bathroom is moldy and old. The restaurant was good and the staff very nice and helpful.

Old, slow, and only three computers for a 300+ hotel meant access issues.

We were very pleased with our stay at Chaparral Suites and will definitely be staying there again. We had two families with four kids under 10 and the set up of the hotel was perfect for them. The complimentary breakfast was very good -- pancakes, breakfast tacos, and hash browns were great. And there is a game/play area connected to the breakfast room, […] so the adults can sit and visit while the kids are entertained. This is the same area where the free happy hour is at night. There is also a nice restaurant on the 4th floor that has a more formal bar where those without kids can go. The rooms were large and the suite area in front came in handy for having the family sit and visit at the end of the day. There is a large mini-fridge that was useful for left-overs and drinks for the kids. As some have noted, the hotel is on the older side, but it is very charming and I did not have a problem with anything, except the air conditioner ran a little hot the first night. But we called the front desk and it was fixed immediately. The grounds and garden were immaculate. The pool was great. There are two pools so it didn't get too crowded. The food in the restaurant was very good. And they put us in a separate area away from the main room, so we didn't feel like we were bothering anyone with the kids. So I would say very accomdating to families, but still great for singles too. Location of the hotel is great, very close to Fashion Square Mall and all the hot spots in Scottsdale. Devamı

Our family had a great stay here and the service was very good. Our room was clean and big. The one issue was that the bed was not very comfortable - kept rolling into the middle. Other than that, I'd definitely recommend it.

The bathtub drain was clogged, and the water remains over the bathtub for 1 hr before it goes complete.

Stayed a property for spring break. Rooms bit dated but great amenities (pool, tennis courts) and very convenient to hiking, shopping and golf.

AWESOME Place for young and old. Staff Friendly and ougoing. Great Food

The hotel is wonderful. Great beds and the suite layout is perfect. The staff is what brought me back to this hotel though. You feel like the world is safe here.

The staff was friendly. No hidden extras. Nothing extraordinary about the hotel itself, although it had everything that you need (pool, fitness center, wi-fi) Rooms were large, convenient to Fashion Square and old Scottsdale. Free breakfasts were the best and the people were friendly and helpful.

This hotel was a great value. Big suites, nice beds, complimentary cocktail hour and breakfast. Although it says free shuttle, they were always too busy to take us anywhere.

This is a charming hotel very convenient to downtown Scottsdale. It is a well maintained older property with a lovely courtyard with a swimming pool/hot tub, spacious clean suites, and includes a hearty breakfast and a complimentary cocktail hour. The food in the onsite restaurant is decent. There are no added annoying resort fees, parking, or charges […] for internet service. I enjoy my stay at the Chaparral. This is the second time I have stayed there. I will definitely return. The only problem I have had is the inconsistent and loud air conditioner. The breakfast is great. The pool area is very nice. I have eaten at the 4th Street Grill and enjoy the food.

Very comfortable beds, great shuttle service to airport, very pleasant staff, and helpful travel assistance. Room service was quick and food was hot and tasted good. Nice old town atmosphere...low key and relaxing. Great location!
