Springhill Suites Pasadena Arcadia by Marriott - Arcadia

The hotel was very close to the freeway and the surrounding area was great. Walking distance to Starbucks and many small businesses. Also, the breakfast buffet provided by the hotel was excellent.

Great location near great restaurants and very accessible from freeway. Downfall is freeway is close so you do hear some traffic but not that bad. Would definitely stay again

Great location right off of I-210. Hotel was very clean and a good breakfast for the family.

The hotel was conveniently located, close to many restaurants and not far from Santa Anita Racetrack. The layout of the room was a bit awkward, with a too large TV stand dividing the living room from the bedroom. It might have been a better idea to mount the TV on the wall instead. We made last minute reservations for the Rose Parade here at Springhill Suites. The staff could not have been more helpful with suggestions for parking and event viewing. Every person we dealt with was extremely professional and helpful. My husband left behind his toothbrush charger and we didn't realize it until the next morning. Not only did they […] still have it, they mailed it to us! The breakfast in the morning was WONDERFUL! Hot food - eggs, make your own waffles, yummy oatmeal (not the instant kind in a packet, but an entire pot full!) plus the usual toast, cereal, juice, coffee... the list goes on. It was well presented and well stocked. The location of the hotel was great as well. Many restaurants within a short walking distance. I would highly recommend staying here if you are in the Pasadena/Arcadia area. Devamı

Clean rooms, good continental breakfast. The only complaint I have is the air conditioning units are loud and vibrate quite a bit (annoying when sleeping) and the bathrooms did not have any external ventilation for "non-pleasant" smells.

When my wife and I went up to our room we were dissappointed because the description of the room on Hotels.com was so different then what we were given. First the room posted as "A Suite" but in reality, it was an uncomfortable room. To much furniture in a small room equals"CROWDED". The king size bed was soooo worn out I left there with, and still […] have, a major back ache. The hotel should replace their beds at least once a year considering how many people of all shapes and sizes sleep on them. The T.V. was on a stand as low as the bed so you had to look all the way down to watch it, plus the bed was pushed over to much on the side of the air conditioner and that made it hard to get up to go to the bathroom at night. I bumped my knee on it going to the bathroom. We could not sleep with the air conditioner on cause it made such a loud noise. The breakfast was ok, not a big variaty but ok. Sunday morning our breakfast was...coffee. The food ran out quickly that the ONLY woman working the breakfast nook couldn't replace it fast enough, Not to mention there wasn't enough tables and chairs to sit. I would not reccomend this hotel to anyone I know nor would I stay there again. Devamı

Was in town for 3 nights for the astronomy conference PATS2010 in nearby Pasadena. I was expecting an average or below average hotel since the rate was quite reasonable for a suite, but I was pleasantly surprised. Besides the roomy suite and nice beds inside, the breakfast was awesome and the place has a well maintained look and feel. My compliments […] to the breakfast kitchen staff. The front desk staff and cleaning crew were also all very friendly and helpful during the entire stay and I felt secured staying and parking there. Before staying, I was also concerned about possible noise because of a railrood track next to the parking lot that I saw on Google Map, but if any trains had gone by there during the 3 nights I did not notice them at all. Hotel management, please consider adding a second waffle maker for breakfast. I felt sorry for the line of kids and adults all wanting to make a waffle at breakfast. Devamı

Entire Staff was extremely friendly and accdomdating.

Great room, additional TV with sofa and writing desk. nice size room.

The room had a confined feeling. The sink in the bathroom part was too small. The air conditioner was next to the bed and with the small wall dividing the bedroom from the sitting area made the bedroom much colder than the rest of the room.
