Comfort Inn & Suites Airport - North Syracuse

Breakfast was great. Closets in room were small. The ventilation didn't work in the bathroom, nor the fan/AC in the bedroom. Room was clean comfortable. Good wireless service.

I've stayed at this hotel twice while visiting Syracuse. The hotel has lots of amenities including an indoor pool and a hot tub. They also have a decent hot breakfast in the morning.

My husband was returning to do the rest of his deployment, and we wanted to stay at a hotel that was close to the airport. The Comfort Inn exceded my expecations!!! We rented the King Suite, because it had a seperate area that our daughter could sleep and while giving us the privacy we needed. The Room was clean, and the beds were comfortable. Older hotel but kept up, beds were not as comfortable as I had hoped. overall a good bargain for the price. A/C unit was quiet, curtains were good allowed the room to be dark, I liked that. front desk staff were helpful .

The hotel is a little bit old (has no flat screen tv in room) but is convenient for 1 nignt stop on the road (just next to I-81). Rooms are clean. Not much to do around except baseball game (Minor league) 4 minutes away. Very nice pool but cleaning was neglected when we stayed there.

This hotel is one of the best hotels I have visited. They upgraded us automatically and the room was fantastic. It was great after a long day of driving. The breakfast was better than most and it saved us some money. I highly reccomend this hotel.

Stairway carpet was visibly stained. Could not find the ice machine. Toilet in the room did not work properly and got blocked. Guest laundry washing machine was broken.

The air conditioning was not working in our room the whole 4 days we were there. They did supply us with a fan after we requested it, but it was still not as comfortable as it should have been. The air was not working in 2 of the rooms. They gave one of the rooms a fan, which they said helped some, but not much. They couldn't give us a different room because they were full. Printer in the business office was not working & they were too busy to help us. The hotel did not have an elevator & it should be handicap accessable. Also, there was construction […] going on outside, so parking was only available in certain areas. When so many wrong things were going on, just makes a person mad. The hotel was clean and quiet, with a great bed and a nice, clean bathroom. The free breakfast was quite nice (I only wish they didn't use so much disposable cutlery, dishes, styrofoam, etc... or that they would at least have recycling bins available!) Overall a pleasant stay.

This hotel stay was very pleasant. Our room was comfortable and clean. The staff was pleasant. We stayed at this hotel because it had an indoor pool, jacuzzi tub, and free breakfast. The pool was huge and we loved it! The jacuzzi was awesome too. We wouldn't know about the breakfast. We were told by the desk staff that breakfast was from 6-10am. We […] arrived at 9:10am and everything was cleared away! The cafe lady told us the breakfast is from 6-9am on weekdays and that the desk person made a mistake. Nice, friendly staff. Very nice pool, but whirlpool needed cleaning very badly (it left scum on my bathing suit getting out). Room was alright;bathroom newer, but overall room was a little old, lots of dust in areas near window on carpet. Bed was very hard, pillows were good, but small (I should have asked for a couple more). Breakfast was excellent […] with lots of variety. We chose this hotel because we'd stayed here several years ago and remembered it being nice for the price. Unfortunately it seems something has changed. First off, the double bed rooms are outfitted with full-size beds, not queens. This is partly my fault; I should have read the hotel rate info more closely, but then again...who still fills their rooms […] with double beds? These weren't big enough for me to share with my 5-year-old daughter, let alone another adult. Worse than that, however, the beds are rock hard and extremely uncomfortable -- leading to one of my worst hotel nights ever. Although the room and rest of the hotel were clean, there is a general chlorine smell throughout due to the indoor pool. Decor is kind of depressing and outdated. My other big gripe here is that the jacuzzi is now restricted to age 17 or older. The main reason we stayed here instead of the Holiday Inn or other hotels that are nicer was because of the jacuzzi, which our kids just love. We've never stayed in a family hotel that did not let children use the jacuzzi! Maybe they don't enforce this but still, it puts a damper on the fun. My kids are going to get out the pool shivering and we have to tell them they can't get in the hot tub? The staff was nice and the breakfast was average, but considering the other options in the area, this hotel is sub-par. There is also currently construction going on next door, which may be an issue during the week (we stayed on a holiday weekend so were not affected). Devamı

First Impressions mean alot but just because the young girl who checked us in was hurried and unfriendly did not mean our stay was a total wash. The corridors and public areas are clean and well lit. No stale or funky smelling carpets from being closed in. Temps were also good despite it being freezing outside.Room decor was run of the mill but of no […] real interest to me. Bathroom very clean stocked with toiletries nice thick towels hairdryer night lite and coffee pot..Size and set up of BR is very small/poorly planned. If you sit on potty and someone charges in quickly(ie kids looking for Mommy) your going to get whacked in the knee pretty bad. Also my hubby is over 6 feet. When getting into shower he would either bang his leg on toilet or door when getting in and out. Our foyer coat closet at home is bigger than this bathroom! We had a reg double. It had 2 beds , nite stand, 2 over bed lights, 2 extra lamps, business size desk, nice office chair, and lg double dresser, tv armoire,and recliner. Window view was atrium/pool area. Overall the room was very nice.But WE HAVE TO TALK ABOUT THE BEDS....I realize that for the price you pay for what you get , but this was by no means cheap and those beds were absolutely BEASTLY. They were cheap and hard. It felt like someone had thrown a comforter over plywood. There was no way to get comfortable on them and even my child was not comfortable. We awoke each day tired achy and irritable from bad sleep.The pillows were funny little overstuffed squares. The look like throw pillows that had been put in the washer and dryer....Like little puffer fish without the spines. Way to puffy and soft and would mush down under your head then slide off to floor. Pool area lights are a little dim for night time hours(there are skylights but don't help after 5pm in fall/winter) Pool was also about 5 degrees to cool, room was cool so it was a bit uncomfortable in the Syracuse winter time. This hotel must originally have been a motel whose courtyard was enclosed. There are inside and outside rooms. Inside rooms overlook the pool, spa, bar, breakfast area and business area. I was glad that I had an outside room. The sounds of people screaming in the pool echoed throughout the other public areas and must have been heard in the inside rooms. […] The public area looks beautiful, but the pool should have been enclosed in glass to keep the sound down. This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel. The room was very clean and the carpet was very clean maybe even new. It was refresing to be able to take my shoes off and not have to worry about the carpet being gross. The breakfast is good too it saves money not to have to worry about another meal. I will stay again....

The staff was very helpful. We needed directions to a local branch of my bank and the desk clerk was nice enough to not only tell me where it was, but to print off directions on how to get there. The pool area was very clean, as was the fitness room. The breakfast was very good, a wide assortment of foods. There was pleanty of tables to sit and eat […] at. The room was very clean, and the maid staff was very plesent the next morning. Overall one of the best hotels for the money. Devamı

bed was worn out service in the cafe in the evening was non existant.

Upon my arrival I did have a rental car so getting to the hotel was not a problem but on my return I would have stayed here again but no airport shuttle and since I wanted to return my car the night before my flight and use a shuttle, I did not return to this hotel.

The staff was great and the hotel clean. However, the free breakfast was terrible. Powdered eggs, hash browns like pebbles and no bacon or sausage. In addition, the coffe was so weak it tasted like dirty water. Stay, by all means, but plan to get breakfast out.

great room for the money. Breakfast had good selections. Pool was terrific.

Hotel is very conveniently located. Really nice room with plenty of space and comfortable beds. Very quiet. The free breakfast was very nice. It was better than what you usually get at other hotels.
