"David intercontinental: the best choice"
My recent stay at the intercontinental was very enjoyable.... I didn't have to worry about a thing from the moment I arrived til checkout. Staff were professional and courteous including recommending and booking a day tour to bethlehem and Jerusalem.... "David Intercontinental - Great Hote!"
We booked this hotel because we have had very good experiences at other Intercontinental hotels. We were not disappointed. This hotel is everything we could have hoped for: beautiful room, fantastic service and great location. I will definitely stay here again and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.
"Not 5 star"
This Intercontinental Hotel is quite old and rooms are not up to date. Not even on the executive floors. Breakfast good. Location not the best. Good views of the ocean.

"DAVID INTERCONTINENTAL - best stay in Tel Aviv"
We stayed in a few hotels in Tel Aviv and this was our fave. The concierge was so helpful and gave us tips only a local would know. The location near Neve Tzedek and Yafo was super and close to hot spots. The room was really nice size and clean. The large lobby entrance gives a welcome feeling.

We booked a room for 3 people; when we arrived, the room was clearly for 2 only. After complaining, they offered to add a camp bed which was not acceptable and not feasible as the room was too small. After minutes of discussion, they switched us to a larger room with a sofa bed. But the room was too close to elevators and quite noisy srarting as early […] as 5:00am. Breakfasts were not included which was OK considering the discount we got. But internet access was quite expensive as well as the parking garage. Otherwise, everything else was fine (!). Devamı

"Rude and inexperienced reception staff!!!"
we arrived at the hotel it took the reception staff more then 10 minutes to acknowledge us they were busy taking to each other, our rooms were not ready, when check in is after 2 we arrived at 5pm and had to wait about 1 hour, the person that checked us in was so rude as if she did us a favour then they could not find the booking for our secound room,after […] all that When I gave her my reservation details that I have printed out from the website she told me that breakfast was not included and I need to sort it out with hotel.com as they could not honour it….. I was getting upset as I paid for something and I have it in writing and she kept me waiting another 1 hour at reception, the way that she had dealt with the issue was very frustrating then her colleague came to ask what was happening and told her in Russian; don’t worry about this piece of paper she could of typed it her self call hotel.com and check with them, that is when I really could not take this anymore!!! I answered her back in Russian As I speak the language; in away she accused me of fraud!!!! Of course hotel.com/has sorted it all out, but I had the worst experience ever, I never expected a group of that type of hotel to hire that type of staff this is really reflecting very bad on the Hotel!!!!! Beautiful hotel in great location, well managed but lacks warmth. Hotels.com rate was good but extending a day resulted in higher rate. Also, many extra charges i.e.: internet, parking, breakfast etc.

"the stuff was not considering my needs."
I ask to stay 3 hours laters, which is very useually thing, because I gave lecture later in the day. but because I payed less, they didnt agree .

Vi overnattet der to netter. Hotellet var strålende, og vi hadde det kjempebra. Dyrt, men verdt det! Rett ved stranden og resturanter og butikker.
