Great stay. Clean and friendly staff.

The Hotel was close to places to eat and shop. It is also located close to high way. I especially enjoyed the hot breakfast every morning and the option to take the breakfast to my room. The lobby had warm beverages for the guest all day and late into the evening. The pool was nice and the stay was an overall great experience. Nothing too fancy, but the beds were comfortable, and the complimentary hot breakfast was good.

My girlfriend and I stayed here for two nights this past Thursday and Friday for a quick get away. We went to South Haven for the great beach they have as well as good restaurants and shops in town. The hotel is conveniently located right off of the expressway and was very easy to find. It's also a much better deal than staying a few blocks down the […] road in the middle of the downtown South Haven area. The front desk staff was very friendly for each interaction we had with them. The room was very clean and well decorated. The bathroom looked like it had been recently updated. The free WIFI was an added plus, as well as the breakfast served in the lobby area. We used the pool area for a little bit on the second day and the whirlpool and pool seemed to be well maintained. The only complaint we had was that the housekeeping staff was out in the hallway vacuuming both days before 9am. We get up early anyways, so it wasn't a big deal, but for people wanting to sleep in later than that or watch TV, it would probably be an unwelcome noise. Devamı

Really nice hotel. Less than 5 minutes to the beach! Great way to stay in the summer for a period less than a week. Staff very helpful; kid friendly. Free breakfast has good variety. Good size and clean pool is great hedge against inclement weather! Will stay again!

We had a lovely stay and would recommend this hotel to our friends and family. The amenities were many, the staff friendly. We will have to visit again during the Blueberry Festival.

Stayed at the Hampton Inn for a few nights before heading to a family reunion. The hotel was well kept, felt clean and the everyone from the receptionist to housekeeping were very friendly. The only issue we had while we were there was a drip coming from outside near the window area. But once we reported this they kindly offered to switch our room (which […] we chose not to do after unpacking everything) and housekeeping came to clean the water and placed towels near the window to catch any further leaking. We had our 9 month old baby with us in the room, and we did our best to keep her quiet, but nobody seemed to mind having a baby around even though the walls seemed to be pretty thin. They provided us with a pack n play and sheets. Complimentary breakfast was nice and the lady serving was always super friendly. The surrounding area (a quick few min drive away) has nice places to walk along the water and a very small downtown area with a few shops. It rained the whole time we were there in late May and was surprisingly chilly for this time of year, so we unfortunately did not get to explore as much as we had wanted. We did enjoy Sherman's ice cream right across the street! Overall would pick this hotel again if staying in that area but unlikely we will choose to stay in south haven again. Devamı
