Bang for your buck but concerned that the young lady at the check in counter never asked for my ID. Carpet in the room was a bit damp, for some reason. Overall, not a bad experience.

I was very satisfied with my stay over the Easter holidays. The beds were VERY comfortable. Would stay again!!

Great place to stay but like all of them no place is great when the drunks come back waking everyone on the floor.

I chose this hotel because I thought it was close to my destination. The location was not good, the cosmetic look was awful. The room was very stuffy and held an odor. The bathroom was old and needed many upgrades. The staff was so/so but not eager to please the guests.

The overall hotel was nice but when I went down to the social there was no food left. I travel for business and the internet in the room was horribly slow and the hotel offered no solution just saying it was fast down where they were at.

This was exactly what we have come to expect from Hampton Inns; clean, comfortable with nice ammenities. We will no longer stay at "mystery" accomodations in order to save a few dollars, The quality here is well worth a few extra dollars.

The pillow case had some black spots on them. Otherwise, I would stay there again. It's possible, I will be in the area again the end of the month.

Everything was good except the breakfast was terrible. There was no fruit out, limited selection of cereal and oatmeal. Not much else to choose from. The orange juice was out - it was just water ! If you plan on a good breakfast I would suggest other hotels.

Very, very pleased with my stay at hotel. Hotel was clean and very cozy. I came for a graduation at Lamar University. Very close to school.

This Hampton Inn was everything and more that you expect from Hampton Inns.

This hotel was right off the highway and near a lot of restaurants, making it very convenient. The beds were comfortable, the rooms were clean, the stay was nice and breakfast was delicious.

Beds soft and comforters lumpy to point beds look slept in upon arrival. Also, general cleanliness of halls, elevators and common areas was lacking, for instance, stainless steel skirt around bottom foot or so of elevator had drip marks from where mopping of floor splashed up sides and dust balls from laundry on display in hallway carpet all weekend […] (Fri-Mon). We could not have asked for a better location. Great restaurants and theater within walking distance. Hotel beds are perfect, breakfast is GREAT. Thanks for a great Christmas Holiday.

wonderful stay,plan on visiting again and will use the hotel,very clean,great breakfast ,enjoyed my stay

Very clean. Very friendly staff.

The beds in this hotel are so comfortable, you will be sure to have a good nights sleep. Also, the breakfast bar is awesome.

very quiet place to stay in a safe accessible location to everything off I-10

I really enjoyed my stay. I booked the room online and was very surprize of the rate. I made reservation for another day and I look forward to my return.

No hot water. It was obvious at checkout that they new there was a problem but no effort was made to advise anyone of the problem. Very poor customer service. Even though I received a complete refund it was that thay could have cared less. DON"T STAY HERE!!!

it had great breakfast, wireless internet, fitness room, pool, big screen tv next to office, drinks all day long, refrigerator and microwave in the room, and a real soft bed and a comfortable chair, and more. I recommend this hotel very highly. Good bye La quinta, rodeway inn, motel 6, etc.

Hotel is in good condition and is located next to some good eating places and a movie theater. Was in town for graduation, so I can understand that the hotel was booked the night before, however, they should have taken this under consideration and had more cleaners on duty. Poor management is the only knock.

It is a good location and surrounded by restaurats and five miles from a large mall.

Everybody was great.

We stayed here for the Roller Derby Governor's Cup, which was at the Ford Center, and it was very close and convenient to get to. The beds were very comfortable, including the pillows. I usually bring my own, but the hotel's was perfectly fine. I didn't use the shower because, after washing my hands a few times, I got the impression that the area has […] soft water which would make it hard to get shampoo out. We had a mini fridge, and that, combined with the air conditioner clicking on and off all night, made me have to sleep with earplugs. The breakfast was great. For breakfast the next morning they had eggs, sausage, waffles, biscuits, bagels, cereal and juices. The waffles were the make your own kind and they were great. I will stay here again. Devamı

They did not clean the rooms, said the do not disturb signs were out. yes they were on the doors, but we removed them. The maid was down the hall cleaning rooms, then next door. We left so that the rooms could be cleaned, gone all day came back to unclean rooms. We like The Hampton, but feel like we was not treated like a valuable customer.

Our stay was as close to home comfort as possible. The beds were very comfotable, and when the mattress cover did not fit properly, the housekeeper replaced it. The front desk staff was very helpful for all needed assistance. The breakfast was very generous. Above all, we felt quite safe in the facility & its surrounds.

This hotel is kind of a pain to get to. It's right next to an intersection of highways and if you take a wrong turn it takes a while to get back. The hotel itself is very clean and comfortable. Our check in was quick and easy, which was nice since it was 3:00 am. The lady was extremely welcoming and polite. The beds were comfortable and the rooms clean. The […] next morning I called the front desk for a toothbrush. I was asked if I would hold, but before I could respond I was put on hold. About two minutes went by and I hung up and called again. Again, I was put on hold before I could respond. It took three calls and about a total of 5 minutes before I got through that I wanted a toothbrush. Besides that, the experience was great. Devamı
