Nice hotel. Room was clean and updated. Only drawback was that A/C was loud ( it didnt bother me as much as soon as I realized that it blocked the noise from the outside) and everytime it went off (auto mode) you can hear all the noise coming from the hall.

This hotel more than met our expectations! The staff was excellent!! The lady from the kitchen went above and beyond the call of duty to her customers! She even helped us with our cooler! Thank You for making our stay very much worth it!! and if you are wondering about the neighborhood...... its right off one of the main streets, so you arent afraid […] to be away from Home..... The Hampton Inn & Suites Memphis/Shady Grove was where we stayed to attend a Horse Show at a large arena down there. Never having been to Memphis this was hard to find a hotel close to this venue. I think maybe the clerks could have been more knowledgeable about the area considering it only took us 15 minutes to get where we were going and these were […] questions I asked when calling. Our room was clean and satisfactory and the breakfast was very nice. We were satisfied and I felt our vehicle was safe in the parking lot as there seemed to be security the whole time. Devamı

"SImply the best!"
I do not have one complaint about this hotel. The staff was exceptionally friendly, the room was clean, maid service was great, the breakfast was good, and the location is great. I will definitely stay here again and I highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel had some of the best customer service i have ever encountered, honestly. All staff was genuinely concerned w/ your comfort at their hotel. It was fresh and clean in the rooms. The towels and sheets smelled cleaned and could tell they had been bleached. The breakfast was amazing, considering it was included in the price! I would highly recommend […] staying here. Placed in a newly remodel concept room on the 5th floor. Great layout, beautiful setup, nice lighting. Thumbs up on the new design!

I booked the room online with Hotels.com and I booked it for 2 adults and 3 children all around eleven years old. When we got to the room the beds were small not regular queen size beds and so one of the kids had to sleep on the floor. They wouldn't bring us a rollaway bed.
