Hampton Inn StroudsburgPoconos - Stroudsburg

Not quite as good as other Hampton Inns I've stayed in (e.g, coffee either not available or not warm during day/ TV wasn't plugged in), but overall pretty good. Very clean; pool open long hours...... Not the hotel's fault, but road construction necessitated a detour to get there

We travel multiple times a year to Stroudsbyrg because our son plays Footballl for ESU. The place in town to stay us the Hampton Inn!

The hotel was clean and the staff helpful and friendly, but we just happened to pick the day of an elementary school competition. Not that it was the fault of the staff, but it was super crowded. Also, our room was next to the boiler room and it sounded as if there was a flight taking off when the boiler would start up. I'm hearing impaired, and had […] to wear earplugs! We asked to be moved, although gracious about it, there were no available rooms. I would stay there again only if I were assured of no competitions in the area and that I wasn't in the vicinity of the boiler room. Devamı

The clerks were friendly and helpful from the time we arrived untill we left. Often giving directions, suggestions for restaurants. Letting us stay in the pool after closing. This place really made my vacation a joy.

This hotel was clean, the staff was friendly, and the bed was super comfy! in or first room the AC didn't work we called down to switch rooms and they took care of it right away switched us to a new room! We chose this hotel based off of the reviews posted by users and we're glad to report that the hotel is still of excellent quality. The property is in beautiful condition, and very clean. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the continental breakfasts are great. From cheese/western omelettes, sausage/bacon, cereal, muffins, oatmeal coffee you […] can get filled up nicely. Very nice, clean and comfortable hotel. Walking distance to a cute little town, and a short drive to camelback. We enjoyed our stay here.

Coming home to northeast Pa from a cheer competition in Trenton, my friend and her daughter,myself and my daughter, decided we didn't want to go home yet. We decided to shop the next day at tannersville . Looked up hotels on hotels.com and voila!! Breakfast was free and yummy, beds were sooo comfy very clean. needed a decent place to stay in unexciting east stroudsburg; this hotel was warm, friendly, comfortable; breakfast was decent, staff was very accomodating.

Karoke taking place in the lobby when we arrived...we were a little concerned. We got into the elevator and retired to our quiet room. We are glad they were having a good time and we were able to enjoy peace and quiet after a long days drive.

Generally a great hotel experience. The only fault I have with them is that I booked for five, requested a cot and they never provided it. Walking distance to the Sherman Theater and Main Street.

I always look for cleanliness first, and this hotel did not disappoint. Very clean, very friendly, and I will stay there again.

Free Dinner and breakfast. Super clean. good Area.

Stayed with 2 grandchildren and found the room to be spotless and comfortable. Friendly desk service and a great indoor pool. Breakfast was the best offering a variety of goodies, including waffles, eggs, muffins and juice. Although the furniture needs to be updated a bit, this hotel is the only place to stay that is convenient to Main Street in Stroudsburg, as well as, decent. They need to include compact refrigerators in the rooms. When I'm in Stroudsburg, this is the only hotel I would stay in.

I recently stayed here for the Poconos Marathon. The staff let me have a late check-out for no additional fee, the room was clean and comfortable, they had some nice free perks for breakfast, and if anyone knows how important an ice machine is after running a marathon, theirs worked SO well! The Hampton Inn, Stroudsburg, is conveniently located for the Poconos, clean, helpful staff, and a very adequate breakfast service. The cost is high for the area--you can get rooms for half the price--but other similar hotels had at least some very poor ratings so we were scared away from them. We are planning to stay there again. It's 15 minutes from 2 ski resorts. The restaurants in town were excellent and reasonably priced. Breakfast was perfect for us. Very clean and constant attention to having everything well stocked. Pool was a bit cool. No Hot tub. Desk attendants very knowledgeable about the area. the room was very cozy, nice bathroon, very close to camelback, lots of local eats. my only dissapointment was that there was no flatscreen tv?? this is 2011 and i was sure all the tube tv's had been gone already.

we went skiing at shawnee and stayed at this place. it was everything we needed and we'll do it again.

Not up to Hampton Inn standards

På vej fra NYC (Newark) til Niagara Falls valgte vi at tage en overnatning på vejen op. Det var et godt hotel med god pool. Der var gratis kaffe og kager mv. Morgenmaden var inkl. og bød på rigeligt. Stroudsburg var vist en ganske almindelig amerikansk by...
