I booked for 3 nights. Upon returning to Hotel for the 2nd night I was locked out of my room. Someone checked me out. Clerk on duty was pleasant and rebooked my 2 nights.

I was very happpy with my stay at Day's Inn in Lebanon. My sister had open-heart surgery at Dartmouth Med Ctr. and I needed to be nearby. I do think that the staff could have been a bit more engaged. They seemed preoccupied with the computer and getting a nod or a hello had to be initiated first. Otherwise my stay was very nice. the staff could have been friendlier-and on the day of check out-it seems they wanted us out before the time allowed to stay

My Father and I stayed at the Days Inn Lebanon for a mogul competition at a local mountain. The qualitiy of the hotel is very neat and clean. My only suggestion is that if possible, they should install a elevator for the heavy travelers. [P.S] Thanks for the butterscotch.

Clean but very dated and we lived in. Staff are helpful, enjoy your timewarp trip back to 1982.

The rooms were clean, but the sheets and blankets were scratchy and itchy. The microwave burned the food, the refrigerator literally froze it, and the bathroom door would not shut. It was okay for what we needed, one night near the medical center, but I wouldn't stay there again.

Everything was good and price was fair ,right off highway.Breakfast very handy but lady at front desk wasn't that friendly,short one word questions.She could use a class in customer service.

The hotel is fine, clean, nice staff. However,I wasn't thrilled when the cleaning crew knocked on the door at 8:45a.m. (?). Remembered to put the do not disturb sign on door, though did little to prevent the noise of them cleaning other rooms at same time next two days. Comfortable, clean, but not for sleeping in.

Stayed one night at this hotel when visiting Dartmouth. Pretty convenient location if you are headingto the school (approx 10-15 minute drive to campus). Upon arrival at night, they offered popcorn and then had a nice continental breakfast in the morning with a belgian waffle maker! The first floor smelled a little smokey as they still allow smoking […] in some of the rooms on that level. We stayed upstairs and the room was decent. They had all the usual amenities, plus a microwave and small refrigerator. The heater was pretty noisy though and got too hot. Overall, a decent hotel at a very reasonable price. Devamı

I've always found this hotel to be a good value. It's clean, comfortable and has free Wi-Fi. There is a continental breakfast, though I have never tried it and popcorn at night. Again, I think it's a great deal compared to other places in the area, especially if you only need a place to sleep.

Smell of popcorn, though I know is a unique and welcome snack for many, was overpowering to me who does not like the smell. The beds were very uncomfortable as rock hard and pillows were scratchy to my face so that I was unable to sleep at night.

I usually never go to a hotel under 3 stars but I had booked there because I could not find anything else close by. True, the lobby is a little dated but the desk clerk was very helpful and our room was spotless, beds were very comfortable, bathroom was nicely renovated, the room was very large. It was a very nice experience!

Woke up to very loud noises from construction site right behind hotel. Loud noises continued throughout the day. Breakfast was lousy, just your typical muffins, cereal, juice and coffee. Breakfast bar and tables were in the lobby. Housekeeping came up really early (about 8am). You get what you pay for.

I heard loud stepping noise from upper level floor in the late night. I woke up due to noise. Except noise. all was perfect.

Certainly not the worst Hotel I've stayed in, but I wouldn't choose to stay here again. Staff was nice, location was convenient (near freeway and 3 minutes from Dartmouth), however room had a noticeable stale odor. Breakfast buffet had make-your-own waffles etc., but no one seemed to tend the eating area (had to ask them to refill the juice and waffle […] batter, crumbs and spills, trash cans overflowing etc.). could not get no smoking rm online, at checkin I was told they were available but I could not change since I booked online. Also found that the rate would have been lower had I called direct. The bathroom sink had such a restricted faucet it was hard to rinse a toothbrush,and the shower head could not be adjusted. I rode in a charity bike ride and needed a late checkout. The hotel staff was incredibly accomodating. The room was quiet and nicer than I expected.

bathroom door stuck, sink did not drain, toilet did not flush unless you held handle down until cycle was complete. First room electric key card would not let you in from the parking lot. Front desk did give me different room so the key worked I never said anything about the other problems, only staying for 12 hours not worth it

I picked this hotel because it was convenient to where I was going, but I'm not sure I'd stay there again. The room itself was clean and tidy, but the doors had problems. When I checked in, I was told that the key wouldn't work from the outside, and that I had to go inside the building to use the key. Even then, the door wasn't closed tightly. I noticed […] that you really had to pull hard to make sure the door closed. The towels were small and thin, and there weren't enough for the four of us. I was only there for a brief period, so I didn't expect much, but it certainly wasn't worth the amount that I paid. Devamı

Clean and quiet enough with a nice selection of fruits , cereal and breads (even a waffle maker)for breakfast, Wish there had been another table available in the main lobby but it was still more than we expected to get for breakfast. Easy short trip to get up to Dartmouth afterward.

Rooms are spacious and bed is comfortable; bathroom was clean. Hotel had good amenities, including fridge and microwave in the room, and a large desk if you need to work, as well as a computer/printer in the lobby. They have a decent continental breakfast, including waffles, and offer tea & coffee all day long - it's just a nice perk to enjoy a cup […] of tea after a long day. This hotel is very conveniently located off the highway but the map associated with it sends you in the completely wrong direction. Very nice staff and nice to have a free breakfast and wi-fi. It's an older hotel but location and nice staff make up for that.

I was glad to see that the hotel has improved since my stay last summer.....the overall interior seems newer and cleaner.......and personnel are more mature and professional......

We were visiting Dartmouth on a week of collge visits with the potential student, a younger brother two parents and a dog. This hotel served the purpose adequately. Fairly large room, clean, comfortable beds and quiet. The hotel is big from outside, the lobby and halls are older but the rooms were clean comfortable and quiet. The staff was excellent accommodating ready to help with anything. Nice breakfast with waffles and other things! Will stay again if we are ever in the area!

The Day's Inn is located next to a car dealership and they share a common entrance. It's not within walking distance to anything and the nearest market is a few miles away. The hotel was clean and the staff friendly. Internet access is provided for free as is a decent continental breakfast. The only complaint I would have is the cleaning staff begin […] knocking on doors at 8:00 a.m. and opening them up right away without waiting to see if guests have vacated. Since checkout isn't until 11:00, it seems like they need to be retrained. If you are visiting Dartmouth, it's about a 15 minute drive away but is much cheaper than hotels closer by. I came up to Hanover to do an interview at Dartmouth. The Days Inn at Hanover was the perfect place to stay the night. Everything was just as expected. My hostess, Jen, was extremely kind and helpful. The price was good, and the hotel is amazingly on exactly the street that leads directly to the Dartmouth visitors parking lot (Dewey Lot). Two storey hotel w/o elevator Did not have their continental breakfast

the staff were excellent They changed my room to first floor because my wife had surgery

Gps system lead me to the wrong part of rt 120. Mapquest is wrong as well. Need to pay attention to the directions on the reservations.

The staff was very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Had a problem with heater in my room, but maintenance had it fixed very quickly. Breakfast bar was well stocked and fresh. Very nice hotel in a very nice quiet area. However, there are no eating or shopping establishments in the area of the hotel. You have to go 2 or 3 miles down the interstate […] to the next exit for that. That said, It is a nice hotel and I will stay there again. Devamı

This place was nothing to write home about. The staff was friendly. The bathroom smelled of mildew. One of the towels had hair in it. The location wasn’t super-convenient but it got the job done. I also experienced Google maps sending us to the wrong location. Overall, I’m kind of indifferent toward this place and wouldn’t recommend against it but also […] wouldn’t rave about it. Devamı

Comfortable accommodations for the price and for my single night stay. I have stayed there each of the past two years for this annual event that I attend locally.
