Great surrounding area. Lots of restaurants and a new casino next door.

I booked my particular room through Hotels.com because it included breakfast. The hotel, however, could not find a record of this on my reservation, so I called Hotels.com and they fixed it. This was a minor irritation that was ultimately resolved to my satisfaction. I think, though, that this failure to recognize my breakfast was part of an overall […] sense of cheapness. I unthinkingly opened a bottle of water in my room before I realized it would cost me $4. The decor felt cheap--like a European disco. I felt like I was going to somehow unwittingly accumulate hidden charges. I got to my hotel to check in before going off to the concert I had planned and the hotel didn't have the reservation. I tried to call Hotels.com and had to answer a lot of questions before I was able to be put through to someone while I was waiting at the check-in desk at my hotel. Then was put on hold. I gave up because I had to get off to the convert. […] I wound up booking the room on my own and paid for it again. Checking my credit card, I've paid for the room twice. I sent off a problem email to the Contact Us link and never received a reply back from Hotels.com. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Our room was ready on time and was very clean and comforatble. The location was near everything we needed, but was a quiet retreat from the busy city. We were completely satisfied with our stay.

The hotel staff were very helpful, we needed to find a sporting goods store; they printed out detailed directions on the closest store.

we recently had stay at this hotel and it was so not comfortable, not in regards to cleanliness or service but the building. Walls/ ceilings are so not sound proof that you could actually hear everything, we mean.....! We were so uncomfortable. I was concerned about booking a hotel in Chicago, but the Hyatt Rosemont near O'Hare was GREAT! It was clean, staff was extremely friendly, and room was large with king-size bed, desk, and comfortable chair. it was well maintained and looked almost new inside. It has a very nice restaurant in the hotel that serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Food […] was good and prices were moderate. Only thing I didn't like was that wi-fi was charged separately. I am used to most hotels I am used to offering free wi-fi. Would definitely stay there again. It was very moderately priced. Devamı

Be sure not to confuse this hotel with the Hyatt Regency Ohare, which is a much larger hotel owned by a different company. I've stayed at both, and this is the smaller, older of the two. However, if you're looking for good location with respect to Rivers Casino, this place can't be beat (it's literally across the street). While this Hyatt is about 15 minutes from O'Hare it is WELL worth the trip! The staff is wonderful, rooms are comfortable and super clean.

The hotel was clean and the staff was courteous. Phone charges on the final bill were excessive! Close to O'Hare, but far from downtown. Would go back again

The service with a smile. It was a very enjoyable stay. My friend was needing ketchup and things microwaved at 3 am. And they actually helped him. I had an awesome time in Chicago. And if I can, I will continue to book at Hyatt Rosemont for my stay's. Hassan

This hotel is pretty far from everything else. There's not much within walking distance so you have to take a taxi everywhere... the train station is a 25-30min walk while the only close restaurant is McDonald's about a 15min walk away. There's a casino across the street, but other than that the surrounding area sucks (except for the nice regional park […] next door). The room was clean and comfortable, but it does look like the hotel has been there a few decades with little remodeling in the lobby. Devamı

I had booked this hotel for a convention well in advance & called & double checked about shuttle to the Hyatt Regency right next door to Con Center before booking but when I arrived I was told they stopped doing the shuttle service there. Then I was told I had a King bed, I showed them printed proof that I booked double beds & they couldn't accomodate. […] Plus the deodorizer they used in the rooms reaked like hooker perfume. A bit pricey but typical for Chicago. Excellent option to park for up to 2 weeks for $40, way cheaper than economy parking at the airport. The shuttle service to O'Hare was super easy for our week long vacation.

Beautiful rooms...very nice staff. Convenient to everything...especially Casino next door. Love the fact you can park for FREE! Breakfast was great at restaurant too! Only thing this hotel is missing is a pool :(

the phone number for the limousine from Midway to Ohare was a disconnected number. I had not realized that there was no pool and would have liked a pool. Since the hotel is isolated if you don't have a car, and the restaurant is your only choice for food, it is pricey.

The hotel is decent, but we were disappointed that the maid did not provide us with daily fresh toiletories as in other hotels. We were also appalled when we were charged $4 for a bottle of purified drinking water (which would cost me only 30 cents in a pack of six). We must have missed the small fine print indicating the value of the water bottle and […] thought they were free. We took two each day for our three-day stay in the hotel. The receptionist was kind to waive the $24 charge, but the point was that typically when the hotel charges a bottle of water, it offers Evian and some high end quality spring water, and not Dasani, which is typically given free. i use hyatt often, and this one lived up to the legacy. clean rooms, the employees were friendly and helpful. they made a mistake on one of my in room purchases but took care of it without hesitation. It is in a safe area.. a little far from downtown (took about 40 minutes by rapid transit and shuttle) and cab rides cost like 40 bucks into downtown […] from this location. the parking is free! definitely a plus and the rooms were well maintained and smelled and looked clean. The only problem that I have with this hotel is there was no warning that local calls were not free of charge. My wife made two calls to the local pizza joint to order a pizza and they totaled nine dollars.

I booked rm online w/app on iPhone. It was much cheaper then using agent at desk. This was a great deal. The hotel was wonderful, staff very friendly, courtesy and informative. I highly recommend anyone to stay here. June 2011 "GREAT"

The new owner decided to buy his own bus and now the Hyatt Bus does not stop here, you have to take a Hyatt Rosemont Buss that is very poorly run.

We received a great price on our room. Staff was very accommodating and let us have early check in for 3 rooms. There was some road construction outside the entrance but I think it will be finished soon. Overall great place to stay. Nice shower No pool though

Nice hotel, clean, but no free internet or breakfast!

Decent hotel but not a 4 star. Hotel is very clean and comfortable but wi-fi, breakfast costs extra (for the package I bought). Also, no micro wave in the room. Suited mostly for business travels. Could have been better for family travelers.

I had booking for a double bed room, they did not have the room available, although staff was accomodative but they charged me extra.

Perfectly fine if you're looking for a convenient airport hotel. On principle I don't give good ratings to hotels that charge ridiculous rates for internet. Sorry Hyatt, but if McDonalds and Starbucks can include it........

Our stay was very good, the only bad thing was that the refrigerator made a horrible humming sound all throughout the night and there were a couple of TV stations that made a loud buzzing sound. Also I would like to suggest at least one vending machine on each floor as an alternative to the expensive snacks across from the restaurant located on the […] first floor. Devamı
