bulunduğu çevre itibariyle de nezih ve fiyat performans olarak çok uygun olan bir otel. diğerlerine daha fazla para vermeye gerek yok. bir dahaki sefere de Red Lion zincir otellerini tercih edeceğim.

We are a large family with four kids so the king suite was great for all of us. The rooms kind of smelled of faint smoke and the a.c. was loud. They could also use some updating. The pillows on the bed are ridiculously large and uncomfortable so bring your own pillow from home. Overall, we got what we paid for which was fine.

Overall this was a nice BW hotel. I would stay here again. The cost vs. room was excellent. Staff was friendly. Rooms were nice.

"Low Budget - Low Quality"
very transient hotel stayers here. if you don't mind an older room, transient tenants, and some noises at night...this is the place for you. Perfect place for a low budget stay near Disneyland but not a place for business travellers.

"Great hotel experience"
The cypress is in a great location. Still very close to so many attractions without the over crowding of people. The bed are comfortable, staff was friendly and the breakfast was great, so much to choose from. My family and I had a great stay. I will definitely come back.

NEED TO HAVE OUT OF ORDER SIGN AND PRICE FOR THE USE OF WASHING MACHINE. NEED NEW PILLOWS. OVER ALL EXPERIENCE WAS GOOD
"Good hotel - bad staff"
Decent hotel room. Hotel staff (except housekeeping) need training on how to make people feel welcome. They were in a hurry to get you off the phone and started speaking before you finished your questions. Hotel room was really nice. Bed was extremely hard and squeaked every time i moved. Did not get any real rest. Breakfast was decent. The bathtub […] started gurgling and it looked like the toilet started to back up in tub. We had to shower in another room. "Bed is as hard as a brick."
I reserved a king bed online standing at the counter (since Best Western could not match Hotels.com price) and he said there were no kings available. When we got to our room, it was bigger than I expected but the beds were extremely hard and the pillows not comfortable.
"Late and needed a hotel"
Needed a hotel, was late in the evening. Wanted to be close to Disneyland. They had a room that met our needs and was super close to Disney. Had covered parking that was cool. The bed was not that great, but all and all met our needs.
"Not what I paid for"
I prepaid for 2 King suites and when I got there I got 1 King Suite and a queen double. The answer I got when I I asked why was "I dont know I just got here" Seriously? Then the neighbor below us put in a noise complaint because my 2yr old woke up at 5AM and was walking around the room. SERIOUSLY! The clerk said "They are a family with babies so they […] need their sleep" If they can't handle the footsteps of a 2yr old I feel sorry for them when their "babies" grow up. "Ok for 1 night"
Lobby and breakfast room are nice. Our room had a musty smell and the carpet was old dirty and literally lifting up in all areas of the room. My girlfriend and I didn't feel safe walking barefoot on it. They have a cheap iron that leaked water on clothes we were trying to iron. "Never Again"
1st night we had to change rooms because the bedding was stained on both beds. 2nd room did not have hot water at night. Our reservations were for 4 persons, but housekeeping would only provide 2 sets of towels each day. Despite my request, I would have to go to front desk each morning to ask for towels because the night shift didn't have them. "Good breakfast and enough parking lots."
We stay there for a week because it was not too far or close to the Disneyland. We also went to the Legoland and Universal studio. When we go to the Universal, we had to pass the downtown L.A. and because of this there was some traffic jams. But when we go to other two parks, there were no problems. It is also very close to the Knott's berry farm. I […] know there are many motels near Disneyland but I heard that cheap motels had some problems with parking and they are very old. The parking was secure enough and when we return at 11 PM there are still few parking spot left, but if you are going to bring big truck. It's little cramped. The breakfast was good and served in a room with 9 tables. I enjoyed their nice coffee. Their staff was kind but first day when we have arrived at 12 am and there were no attendant in the counter and main gate was locked. I saw the sign "Will be back in 15 minutes" so I waited, but after 15 minutes no one is showing up. So, I waited another few minutes and knocked the glass door few times. There was a staff at the office after all and finally open up the door for us. It turns out that you have to knock on the door or call when you arrive there after 11 pm. The room was not bad but need some updates. Our room had strong oil smell and it was not go away for our entire stay. The bathroom was okay but shower faucet had some issue and we had a hard time to adjust the water temperature. I report this issue to the front staff but we still had problem. We were out early in a morning and came back very late at night. Even though there are some kids upstairs running around and TV sound from next room was heard. We had no problem falling into a deep sleep. Overall we enjoyed our stay but I wish they can clean up the room and maintain the bathroom a little better. Devamı

"My stay"
It was a good stay, rooms were clean. The only thing was the shower didn't work very well for the temp and the beds were really squeeky. I will stay there again for my next visit. It was a great price for what we got.

The place was actually better than I expected for the price the staff was friendly; the only problem was the tv remote didn't work so we asked for another and that one didn't work either. Everything was clean and of course the location was close to everything!

I don't like this hotel which is a bit different than the Best Western I stayed in other places. It is old and noisy. I saw a rat walked on the fence in the parking place.

"cypress inn"
service was great from staff members but location was too far from Disneyland , and I had a lot of trouble getting hot water to work, not forgetting all the smoke smelling in the hallway even though I was on the non-smoking floor!

We had to ask twice to get both rooms non-smoking,as reserved.The staff honored our request/demand.We had two king suites,and this was nice for our familys' needs.

The building smelled old, but It was worth the price.The room had refrigerator, macrowave oven and coffee maker, as well as iron and free internet and decent breakfast.
"BW in Stanton"
Overall, it was pretty good. Parking spaces are way too small! I drive a Ford Ranger and could barely fit it in the parking spaces. The staff was courteous, but I was not able to check out as early as I wanted. I was told there was 24 hour service, but when I went down to check out at 5AM, I was not able to get a hold of any management . "Perfect for Families"
We stayed in one of their suites and loved it! The rooms were large and the little microwave/fridge area was nice. It was very quiet and close to all the attractions. We liked that we had our own room, and the kids could get up as early as they liked. The pool was small, but the kids loved it! The maids did a decent job cleaning every day. "BW Katella/Stanton-convenience"
centrally located to almost everything we were looking for. 45 min to Universal, 10 min to the beach, 10 min to Disneyland Resort and close proximity to various local and national restaurants. Stayed during 4th of july. Fireworks abundant in the area. Allowed to shoot off some as well. Stanton one of the very few to allow ground and aerial. Would stay […] here again and recommend. "King Suite"
The suite was fine, but the sofa bed mattress was springs only, with almost no padding. The king size bed was a very good bed and comfortable. The breakfast was sufficient. Better than most. Disneyland and Knotts are close by, as are cheap gas and plenty of shopping.
Overall, the place was acceptable, the price was good and the room was clean, the hotel was close to Disneyland which is our purpose, the place cost half as much as the hotels on the Disney strip. breakfast was decent, eggs and sausages, cereals and milk.
"Nice but...."
The room was roomy and the bed was amazingly comfortable. The room offered both a living room and a bedroom as well as a couch that could be transformed into another bed. The bathroom was somewhat nice and probably the cleanliest place besides the bed. The TVs and furniture were somewhat outdated however and didn't the TVs couldn't receive over half […] of the channels. The floor was really dirty and the couches and chairs needed to be cleaned as well. Overall it was a nice stay and wouldn't mind staying here again but next time I'll make sure to bring some slippers for the room. And oh ya the room seemed pretty sound proof. Devamı

We were pleasantly surprised by the size and cleanliness of the room, we would go back anytime.

"Not bad, not great."
The hotel was ok. Only needed it to sleep anyway. The room was clean. Good thing I brought my own pillow though. The main problem was with the shower. The lever that is used to select the water temperature would just spin and spin. I was lucky to get lukewarm water. If someone flushed the toilet though, stand back. The fan in the bathroom was so loud […] it could wake the dead. I could hear the fan in other rooms as well so it wasn't only in my room. The breakfast was mediocre. Not too fond of egg patties that can be warmed in the toaster. I might stay again but I would have to think about it. Devamı
