Hilton Garden Inn San Francisco Airport North - South San Francisco

I thought it was great, very clean and efficient. The beds were awesome, overall great hotel

Quiet neighbourhood, pretty close to SF city by car, ample parking space, and as with all Hilton Gardens I've been to, a very useful business centre (desktops with internet and printing facilities)

We went to a 49ers game, we drove to the cow palace and took a bus to the game from there, so convenient. We also did some Christmas shopping and the drive to Stonestown was easy, you can also catch the bart from a lot of places near this hotel. Oh yeah, cookies in the evening when we got back. Thank you!!

I travel in and out of San Francisco, always looking for a quality hotel near the SFO airport. This meets and exceeds my expectations. Hotel van service is excellent, timely and helpful. Front desk staff is very kind and professional. The room is clean, comfortable, has a microwave, coffee maker and was perfect for my needs. Will definitely be back […] and recommending to others. The room was clean, the staff was very pleasant and accommodating. They also gave helpful sight seeing ideas and awesome directions. If we ever have to stay in San Francisco again, this will be our first choice. Two thumbs up!

This hotel is a great deal if you're visiting the SF area and have a car to drive into the city. There were four of us sharing a room (double beds) and it was more than enough space for everyone. The hotel itself was clean and well kept, however the room and bathroom were slightly older and had a faint smell of smoke (even though it was a "non-smoking" […] room). The beds were very comfortable and there was absolutely no noise from the surrounding rooms/area. The hotel is surrounded by businesses and other hotels and is about a 15 minute drive into SF. To top it off the parking is FREE (unheard of in or near SF). The continental breakfast buffet was okay, but I wouldn't pay $12.95 for it again. Staff was also friendly. Overall a good place to stay! This hotel showed a 3 star rating but we liked the location. Upon arrival we were pleased with the neighborhood. Very clean and well lighted. I was very happy with my stay at this hotel. Clean rooms, service with a smile and great amentites. It is a very nice quiet part of south san francisco which was great so we can relax and getaway from the busy parts of town. All great must see attractions were only about 15 minutes away. The only downside is that there isn't very much restaurant or […] stores located near the hotel. If we wanted dinner or to go buy some left behind toiletries we had to drive about 10 mins. The staff at this comfortable hotel was exceptionally warm and friendly. We felt very safe during the two nights we spent here. The hotel is located off the beaten path, but it is in an easy location to get wherever you need or want to go. We chose to stay at this hotel for a weekend in San Francisco. The nearest BART station was about a 10 minute drive […] away, but taking BART into the City is so much easier than driving and looking for parking. The only option for breakfast is an overpriced breakfast buffet, but we solved that by making use of the refrigerator and microwave. I definitely recommend this hotel to people flying out of SFO. Hilton Garden Inn at the airport is a good convenient hotel but it is not great - it is a little dated. The carpet is worn and the amenities are just OK. The fitness center just has 1 treadmill and 1 elliptical cross trainer. They had a business center which is good.

The hotel was nice and comfortable. Room was huge. The complimentary shuttle service was not great though. We were left waiting for about an hour in the pouring rain. It took 2 phone calls to get the shuttle over to us! getting the shuttle back to the airport next morning was straight forward though. Staff in the hotel was very friendly. Really nice Hotel, Great Location for travelling just off the freeway not far from the airport, Free parking, 20 min's or so into SF by car would go back, rooms were a nice size & clean, indoor heated pool & hot tub open till 10 PM great stuff, no free breakfast but free tea, coffee & cookies in the lobby

great proximity from SF w/o having to pass through the airport traffic. SSF BART station nearby & we parked our car there a couple days to venture into the city instead of paying for parking. 3rd stay there & will be returning in the spring.

iI stayed with my family for 3 nights from june 30 to 3rd july . The stay was comfortable and the persons at the reception were very helpful. The hotel was very clean with plenty of car park which was free. The only negative thing was for visitors to the city it is a little too far and acess for transport is poor. You should have your own car. Also […] there is no descend restaurant or supermarket anywhere near the hotel . Devamı

Clean&pleasant. I would definately stay here again.

This hotel was extremly clean and roomy. My sister and I was traveling to San Francisco for the San Francisco Marathon and was very impressed with the room. It was very comfortable after our long drive from Orange County. I was also suprised that they had a computer room with a printer, and also offered free WiFi to their guests. We especially liked […] the HD TV, the microwave and refridgerator.The laundry room was clean and they also had a gym, pool and jacuzzi. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who needs an exellent hotel to stay in. It was almost hard to leave. Devamı

Extremely friendly staff-helped with traffic and directions. Nice complimentary breakfast selection, and although a small menu for dinner, the food was good and did'nt have to travel. Again a pleasurable stay and outstanding staff will stay again when in the area.

Nicely located just 15 minutes or so from city center (depending on traffic). I always like to stay in South SF due to nice hotels and good prices, close location to city. Breakfast was great, omelets to order or standard scrambled and other items. Also biscuits and gravy! Always a plus for me since no other hotels ever have it! We had an excellent stay at the Hilton Garden Inn in South San Francisco. While it was close to the airport you did not have all of the airport noise. The staff was excellent they provided the best service I have ever had at a hotel. We were there for 9 nights and not once did I ever find anyone that did not have a smile on their face and asking if […] there was anything they could get us. The service in the reasturant was the same we would come to breakfast and after the 1st morning when we walked in the waiter (Dennis) already knew what we wanted with out us having to ask. There were some many wonderful things that happened while we were there it is just too many to list, a birthday cake for our son who turned 7, a birthday card, lots of kind word and recommendations for places to see while we were there. The only thing that would have made my stay better was free breakfast. However, this place was perfectly priced, and only minutes from downtown San Francisco. We drove into SF everyday.

We have stayed at the Grosvenor for 20 years when we came to the Bay Area. Our last visit was a disaster and so we looked for something better. The Hilton was even more convenient for us and was a beautiful facility. We we will be back.

We had a delightful stay! The hotel service was amazing. Everyone was very nice. The anemedies were very comfortable. The only con would have to be the gym was lacking in equiptment but other than that no regrets nor complaints.

In - house restaurant was decent and room service was efficient. Also, shuttle to airport was easy and right on schedule. Perfect for the night before an early morning flight.

We had a very pleasant stay. The staff were very friendly and accomadating. Pool, spa, work out area is a tad small but quite functional. Although not very close to restaurants, the dining room and lounge have a good choice of food selections. There's a daily happy hour that is really well priced with a decent selection. The restaurant and cooking staff […] are very friendly and provide excellent service in both English and Spanish. If you have a car you are close to a number of restaurants, some which are real nice and offer good food. Overall we would return here on our next trip back to San Fran. Devamı

This hotel has the basics. We stayed overnight before driving on to Sonoma, so it was fine for the night, but nothing to write home about. I thought it was a little pricey for what we got, but I do not live in the SF area.

this hotel was very nice. Clean, great staff, free laundry in their machines. Helpful at the time. Pool is tiny but indoors so kids can go anytime. Hotel is near Grand ave. Take that south and within a mile or two you are on the main street of South San Fransisco, plenty of cute restaurants. 10 minute drive to the city.This hotel is especially nice […] on weekends as there is no one around all the surrounding businesses. My wife and I and our two small children stayed in 9 various motels and hotels for our trip to the West Coast of the USA. This was the best value for money hotel on our trip. We got a good deal to include breakfast in the package and when we checked in they told us it was happy hour from 5 to 7pm every evening which meant a free finger buffet and draught […] beer and house wine was half price. Perfect when you have children. Normally I get annoyed at the amount hotels want to charge for food and drink so this was a real surprise. The location was great, it's only 15 min drive to San Fran. The furniture and decor in the room was a bit dated but it was clean. Free parking also. Devamı

This was a last minute booking for an unexpected business trip. Hotel had a free shuttle from San Francisco Int'l airport, the receptionists were quick and pleasant and the room was clean and comfortable. I certainly would use again. Thank you Hotels.com

great location! Closest area to SF in the airport area. Don't have to fight through airport traffic. fresh cookies brought out @ the front desk every night.

We stayed here thru the Thansgiving holiday. Excellent property and we will definitely stay there again when we are in the San Francisco Bay area!

This was our first time in San Francisco. We rented a car so we decided to stay near the airport and not have to pay high overnight parking fees in the city. Hotel was conviniently located, few miles from the hustle and bustle of the city. Our room was clean and the bed was quite comfortable. Plenty of towels and toiletries. Had a few hours before our flight and was able to shower and rest before the long flight back. Hotel was accomodating and helpful with the booking since their rate was higher than hotels.com.
