Gayet memnun kaldım...downtown da heryere yakın özellikle Union tren istasyonuna ...Sky Deck e ve birçok merkezi yere yakınlığı tercih sebebi olabilir. Çalışanları gayet güleryüzlü ve yardımsever

Tarihi bir binada güzel bir otel. Özellikle tower odaları çok geniş ve bakımlı. Tavsiye ederim.

"Will never stay here again"
The bed was rock hard they did not change any towels out over the 3 nights. No had a total of 12 tv channels, and the quality of room was poo.

the receptionist accommodated my early check in and allowed me to use the fitness room while waiting for a clean room..
"Extended Stay in Chicago Suburb"
We were visiting Chicago for one night. The Extended Stay was very decent hotel with good house keeping and friendly staff. Moreover, it is within driving distance from the city itself and located in a decent neighborhood.

"Mishap"
Toilet ran over three times. Complete chaos - water running all over the place.
"Hotel is old, bed is hard"
I was really shocked at how old the interior of the building was. My bed was terrible. It was extremely hard. Very dissapointing.

This place is so much like home, there is even a oven in the kitchen. The staff and management are very nice and friendly . "NEAR THE MALL"
VERY DISPLEASED WITH OUR STAY. UPON EXIT FROM THE ELEVATOR YOU CAN SMELL THE CIGARETTE SMOKE AS WELL AS EVIDENCE OF ANIMALS. USED A ENTIRE CAN OF SPRAY BUT SMELL WOULDN'T LEAVE OUR ROOM. THE ROOM WAS SMALL, VERY TIGHT, TOWELS WERE DIRTY, WE BOOKED (4) FOR THE ROOM AND ONLY TWO SETS OF TOWELS, SMALL OLDER TV, WE BOOKED EXPECTING BREAKFAST, BUT WAS TOLD […] NONE SERVED ON WEEKENDS ENDED UP SPENDING ADD'L $50.00 TO EAT. "what is so Deluxe about this place?"
The service was real bad rude staff and there was nothing Deluxe about it wifi cost and missing a lot of thing other exstended has
"Extended Stay Deluxe-Lombard, Illinois"
We checked in at 4:00 in the afternoon, but did not go to the room. Upon returning after 11:00 p.m. our keys did not work. That was due to someone else being given the same room. The lights were out at the desk, but someone did come out from a back office. We explained the situation and the first words from her were,"where did you get those keys." After […] explaining we had checked in earlier, her only response was, "when". Without an apology or other conversation she gave us a different room with two double beds. I asked for a queen room, which is what I reserved, and was told I could use one or both of the beds. This is the rudest I have ever been treated at any hotel. The TV control did not work. We prepared to make coffee in the morning, there was none. I would never return to this hotel. Devamı

"Great price, convenient location"
I had a very good experience at this hotel. It was very close to the places I needed to be for my trip, at half the price of surrounding hotels. The feature kitchen allowed me to have my own food there, saving time and money. I would stay there again, and recommend it.

Our window couldn't close all the way but other than that, the hotel was clean, the room was good and the receptionist was outstandingly friendly and apologetic because the system was down, she was personable, friendly, funny and professional
"Needs Improvement"
This property could easily be a nice place to stay. With better cleaning and maintenance (hot tub not working, spilled french fries w/ ketchup in the hallway), this hotel would be a nice, affordable choice, with a convenient location.
