I loved my stay but the beds could have been a lil more comfy....loved it tho will surly return

I read all the reviews before booking, and decided that for the price- it should fit the bill. I was very pleasantly surprised! Thank you Red Roof Inn Westport!

Stayed there for five days. Plain motel no refrigerator or microwave, no breakfast, but very clean. Great service. Only one problem that you can't open a window to let fresh air in. Otherwise very satisfied.

Not much to complain alot. Rooms were clean and recently remodeled. The gentleman working at the counter at night was very friendly and helpful. location was ok, not great. ("wing place" with nice "views" right next store. Bonus!)

The hotel was easy to find, near the airport, and within 15 to 20 minutes of major attractions. While our room was beside a major busy street, noise was not a factor. While the room was not huge nor were there lots of amenities, we did not plan to be in the room a lot...just needed a clean, decent place to stay that was not expensive. We got that! room rate was inexpensive, as this was a trip for medical purposes and we were on a very tight budget.T he room was clean, but the one bed closest to the door had a very definite downward bow in the middle of the mattress.For one night , it was servicable. The staff was helpful with directions and accomodating the needs of my disabled sister.

It was a nice place for the price.

Very good value for a safe and clean place to stay. No frills but no need.

I was in town for 10 days and stayed here the whole time. The room smelled very musty the whole time except for about an hour after the cleaning crew came through. The staff was nice enough and accomodating. The exterior looked ok. The interior was plain but ample considering the price. The smell got to me after a few days though... it was pretty revolting […] coming back to the room after a day away. There was no microwave (or fridge) in the room, but there was access to one in the vending room. It wasn't until a day after being home that my wife noticed the multitude of red bumps on the back of both of my knees that we came to find out that the bed I slept in for that week and a half had indeed had bed bugs! Room was very clean, seems to be newly updated. Location seemed to be a little far out from St Lous but we had to change route due to accident so could have been that! Would use again if we are in the area. Staff was good also.

The staff were very receptive and accomodating. However, the room had empty bottles and food wrappers under the bed. It also had a strong musty smell in the carpet. last, but not least, the toliet handle had to held down in order for it to go through the flushing cycle. Overall, the room was not bad in comparison to similar hotels.

We couldn't check in when we first got in town, but they had rooms available starting at 11am. We were upgraded, which was great and hotel staff were good to leave us alone. It was a good stay.

Hotel staff was very rude and seemed like they didn't care about their job at all.

Close to everything we needed. Quiet and comfortable.

the stay was great ,but the attendants could have cleaned our room and made sure that we had clean towels without us having to ask or for toilet paper

Stopped over in St.L for a night, was a comfortable enough stay. No complaints, decent access, would stay again.

You can't beat the price in the surrounding area. Lobby has the fresh coffee every morning. Decent Internet, clean and nearby expressway.

I got a room at the Red Roof Inn - Maryland Heights on sale on the day of my check-in. I feel that the hotel and room were worth this amount, but I would have been disappointed if I'd paid more. Pros: Easy to get to, courteous night staff, renovated rooms, fantastic water pressure in shower. I had the deluxe suite. It was clean flat screen tv and smelled good.

I've stayed here several times when passing thru St Louis and it's always been a great value. Easy location, nice clean basic rooms. Fridge, microwave, flat screen TV. Looks like the rooms have been recently renovated.

A fine hotel room for the price. Hot water, comfortable beds, no weird smells. Would stay again if in the area and desperate for a night's stay!

I stayed at the Red Roof Inn for one night after a long day of travel. I thought the overall condition of the room was good. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom clean. The only knock that I have on the room is that the carpet seemed old and dated and needed replacing. If that were done, I'd rate my stay a five out of five. I've stayed here a few times, but this was the worst of my visits. I won't be staying there again. On two separate occasions they never replaced any of my used towels. The soap and shampoo was never replaced over my 10-day stay. When I complained about the noise over New Year's Eve it was dismissed by the manager. When there was a minor disagreement […] as to how much noise the teenagers were making that night. I kindly commented that I understood the customer is always right. His reply was "Really? This hotel was easy to get to off the highway I was traveling on my way West. It didn't have a lot of perks but what it had (bedding, etc) was clean and relatively new. As a woman traveling alone I felt safe here and appreciated the hotel's effort to place me in a room on the top floor. For the price this was a clean, comfortable, and convenient motel to stay in. Will be staying there again.

We only had room service 2 days. The last 3 days the had no hot water. Would not recommend to anyone

when i made the reservation on hotels.com i ckicked on non-smoking, for some reason it ended up reserving a smoking room with a preference of non smoking. So my family was stuck in a smoking room, thank goodness for febreeze to help with the smoke. No coffee maker in the rooms was a surprise, did not want to get totally dressed just to go to the front […] desk to get coffee. The second day there was no hot water, the front desk clerk was not apologetic at all, just said we have only 1 boiler for the entire building so nothing i can do about it... she could have at minimum apologized for the inconvenience of a freezing cold shower..would not stay here again... For the price, it was as expected. It was a motel quality room that was quiet and comfortable in a bare necessity kind of way. It was relatively clean, except for the tub which I did not venture to use. I would not stay at the Westport Red Roof Inn for an extended amount of time, but for a single overnight trip, it served me well enough.
