As usual, Red Roof Inn failed to disappoint me when I have looked for a balance between cost and decency of accommodation. Indeed, it is the best value for the buck and goes above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. Efficient. Liked outside entrance.

We picked this hotel based on other reviewers, and we agree with them! The hotel is very basic, but for a place to rest your head, it can't be beat. Great price, convenient location, and the room was just fine. The Red Roof Inn was more than I expected, clean room, Dunkin Donuts and Gas station right next door. Excellent stay.

Considering the price, the hotel was acceptable - even good value.

The room smelled a but musty but we would stay there again.

requested a non-smoking room when i booked. they only had smoking rooms left when i checked in. it defintely didnt reek of smoke but it had a slight lingering anything else i wouldn't have been able to stay in the room.

Our room smelled musty (probably was a smoking room before they turned it into a non-smoking one), carpet was definitely not vacuumed (crumbs around the beds and thick dust in corners), we had several black long hairs in between the sheets, and sheets did look used and not changed after last customer. The hotel was pet friendly but the quality of the room was about C-. There was no hair dryer, no Iron and board, no coffee maker. TV chanel selection was limited. We spent 9 days there. We were charged twice for the last night. This was not the nicest R.R.I. I have stayed at. Usually their standards are much higher.

Good for a one or two night stay. Close to the interstate but no traffic noise. Plenty of places to shop or eat within five miles.

Stay is quite inexpensive for a night. It came with some excess baggage I am not accustomed to. On the cons:There was no coffee maker in the room, corridors are too loud. we stayed there for a day. The room was neat and clean. The atmosphere was good, room service was nice. It has a free wifi but Internet speed was slow. Except that everything was nice.

Comfortable spacious room to stay on a overnight stopover. Room kept very clean but would have thought fridge should have come as standard. Location suited us as it was just off the motorway and motel is to the back of lane so no listening to traffic noise at night

It was a one night stay before heading into Boston and further up north. No high expectations as the blanket covers were a multi-crazy tacky color like other motels. However, it's a good place for a one night stay. Room was clean, no odor, -- nothing more nothing less. It was also an easy straight forward check-in/out.

as a business person the only thing i did not like was having to prepay to watch a movie and lack of ironing board and iron in room

Very disappointed in upkeep of room. On the second day, the bed was not made , the bed spread remained on a chair and bath towels were not replaced. General cleaning of the room appeared not to have taken place.

The person at the counter was not helpful at all. I never though the non-delux room would be so bad compared to my last stay.

Vey clean hotel. Business King was very affordable and clean.

Lack of internet service almost cost me my job. Other then bad internet it is a nice place for the money.

Everything was OK except the cover on the toilet water tank did not fit the tank (size was short by a few inches).

Room was clean, smelled clean. Surrounding area was very quiet, which made good for sleeping. Would definitely recommend.

Very convenient place to go after an evening out in Boston and wanting to get started traveling west out of Boston. Easy access from the Mass Pike.

This was the worst Hotel I have stayed in. Blood stains on the mattress, sinks and tubs dirty. Office staff watching Dancing with the Stars too busy to help put rooms together. Will never stay again!!!!

did like the hotel however could hear the people in the room next to me.

Our hotel stay was not satisfactory for several reasons: the hotel does not supply an iron, ironing board, adequate shampoo, as well as other amenities normally found in hotel/motel rooms. Access to this hotel requires that you make a "U" turn on the highway when entering from the west. Doors to the rooms are external resulting in a great deal of noise […] being heard from cars/trucks arriving/leaving and people walking/talking/shouting outside the hotel rooms. The motel was clean and comfortable. Nice desk with work lamp for business travellers. Other than a small spot on carpeting the room was super clean. TVs are old and reception not very good. For the price I would definitely reccomend this motel

DID THE TRICK!

I booked at the last minute and found this very affordable and convenient for anyone running the Boston Marathon. The South Street parking lot (where you pick up the shuttle bus to get into Hopkinton) is at exit 21B. I think you can also get to the Hopkinton State Park shuttle just as easily, although I did not investigate this.

not to conveninent as it was located on double lane divided highway and you would have to travel a ways to make a u-turn.
