The hotel was clean. The staff was very friendly. The room was perfect!!! and the Breakfast was delicious. I will be staying here again!

The staff was very nice and the location was very convenient, but the hotel itself is old and is in need of renovation. The carpets were clean, but because of age they looked dirty. There were several spots in that the carpet was torn. Even though I'm sure the room was clean, it didn't feel clean because of the way it looked. I would not be likely to […] stay here again . my first time staying. I would use them again if I am down there.

Very good hotel at an excellent price, with breakfast included and diner monday - thursday. Friendly staff, clean rooms with very good size. The only complaint is that the stove did not work, but that is an isolated incident, on my next trip to Orlando, I will stay here again.

This hotel is just off the main road, so has no road noise but is around plenty of restaurants etc. It has transport to the parks which worked well. The public bus runs past the hotel which makes it easy to get to the outlet mall as well as other places.

The hotel was good; decent managers reception with beer/wine/snacks and a decent breakfast offering in the a.m. Typically slow elevator. Mattress was not for me, stiff and springy. Some broken things in the room like the overhead fan chain (you only got one speed, fast!); lamp lightbulbs out on some fixtures; coffee pot was the slowest i've used in […] 35 years (no lie); I was there for a trade show and had 7 boxes shipped to me. A couple were big, but not un managable. When I checked out yesterday a.m., over $200.00 in handling charges for 7 boxes. WHACKED! The money I thought I was saving my company by staying here for 3 star digs was all lost in handling charges. Please - it may have taken them all of 8 minutes to put my boxes in a room that wasn't being used for 24 hours - and for that, $200.00 It was a sham and a shame Devamı

I was so desapointed when arriving ! the most important MUST be the cleanliness and that's the (not only) thing that is missing to this hotel. Too old to be recommanded

Hotel has great value. Fantastic location if you're going to Universal, Disney, Convention Center. Clean and room has good size. Many options for dinning. Free Breakfast. Because of the price and location, breakfast area was way too busy. Good choice!

Bed we had was not comfortable, which was a surprise because we had just stayed there recently. One lamp not working either, previous room very good. Manager very apologetic. Clean, neat, convenient, good breakfast and service!

Great location and clean with friendly staff. Housekeeping did not come to our room until 5:30 pm first day and 4:30 pm second day - after we were tired and did not want to be bothered. Also, the sheets were too small for the bed. Everytime you turned over, the bottom sheet popped off. We changed in twice hoping to find something that fit better. Stayed here for 3 nights. After an initial problem with room preference, everything was fine. Especially liked the convenience of location, the extensive free breakfast and the reception each night. Hotel was located in the center of everything I needed to visit and free parking.

THE HOTEL WAS VERY HARD TO FIND. THE ROOMS WERE NOT VERY CLEAN IN FACT THERE WAS A BUG ON THE FLOOR IN THE KITCEN WHEN WE ARRIVED. THE SHOWER WAS HORRIBLE, THE WALLS IN THE SHOWER WERE 4 DIFFERENT SHADES OF DIRTY.

We stayed here because one of our party smokes and requested a smoking room. It was not available though reserved upon check in. These rooms have a separated […] bedroom and bath. They have a sitting area with sofa and chair. They also have a little kitchen, with sink, full refrigerator, micrwave, a 2 eye stove, pots and pans, glasses and a dishwasher. We were only there a few days but we did buy drinks and put them in our frig, which was a nice convenience. I could see where some families would find this convenient. The breakfast was good. They also had a family dinner during the week. One night was good, the other not. Someone pulled the fire alarm the morning of our last stay. I packed so hastily because I had to catch a plane that I left items there. There was a lack of info about what was happening as we all stood out in the parking lot. Some people were dressed, some women were in pajamas and gowns. Someone said some on the 4th floor burned a poptart. Someone else from the 4th floor said it was worse than that. We never heard but finally after several fire trucks and sheriffs, the building was cleared for us to re-enter. Devamı

Homewood Suites has become a favorite of mine- I know what to expect of them. The only criticism I have is that the room was smaller than what I thought it would be... I knew when I booked it was a king bed and sofa bed- I meant to ask if they had two beds- I forgot- other Homewoods- were more spacier for a one bedroom.

This was a very pleasant place to stay and I was very impressed! Not only did I arrive early and was able to check in after a long car ride, but we were also upgraded to a 2 bedroom suite! The pool was very relaxing and the free breakfast the following morning was great! I couldn't ask for anything more! Overall this hotel was fine except the sheets didn't fit the bed so they kept coming off all night long. I realize that is my only complaint but it will make me not go back to this hotel....

The room was very comfortably furnished, cleaning was daily. Courteous front desk staff. Very helpful. Clean environment. Infact, I got real value for my money. Will choose the hotel again and again!

Our room was booked at the last minute and although the rate was a little higher than the day before we booked it was still a decent price compared to others. We took our children to Disney which wasn't far at all. The hotel was also close to a lot of activities while weren't at the park, so we didn't have to be cooped up in the room! I took my daughter (10 years old)and two of her friends to Universal. I arrived at night and felt very secure from the begining. Check in was easy and the front desk staff was very polite and informative. The room was perfect for us, very clean and practical. One of the phones was broken and they sent a gentleman to repair it immideately. When he heard […] us complaining of the thin mattres of the sofa bed, he took it upon himself to get a stack of fluffy blankets to make the bed perfect. The breakfast was great (and saved us money) but I never got to try the "happy hour" for they do not have them on the weekend. We used the shuttle to get to Universal saving us the trouble of driving, parking and parking fee. The girls enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub and pool after a long day at the park. Great room for the price we paid. The ONLY complaint I would have would be that the hotel sign on International Drive was out so we missed it the first time we passed and I had to call for directions. Very convenient to Universal Studios, Sea World, and anything on I Drive. Definitely recommend it.

not a Hotel for a 4 or 5 star patron for sure but room size, location and price paid made it ok for a 3 star patron.Breakfast was better than expected,a nice perk. Pool area plain but large poll itself. Will deffinitely put it on our back up list when the price is right.

Room was clean, quite, & comfortable. Price was excellent, especially considering we booked it the last minute for a holiday weekend! Only complaint was that the hotel was a little challenging to find. Would definitely stay here again.

Muy buen hotel,el desayuno espectacular y tiene de lunes a jueves cena gratis.Lo que yo aconsejo ,que tiene que renovarse,le falta pintura ,cambiar alfombras,en los pasillos habia olor a cigarrillo. Tienen que poner mas desodorante de ambientes. Tambien renovar sus neveras ,microondas ,estan un poco viejita. Die Preise für den Hotelservice und Extras (inroom dining, breakfast etc) bewegt sich im Rahmen eines Schweizer 5* Hotels - für US Verhältnisse eher teuer.

Hotel com boa localização ,serviço de quarto ruim atendimento da direçaõ péssimo,parece que brasileiro não é bem visto por lá.

Em julho nos hospedamos pela segunda vez neste hotel justamente por gostar muito dele. É bem localizado, confortável e tem a capacidade de nos fazer sentir em casa. Apesar de localizado na I'Drive, há a possibilidade de chegar e sair pela Universal Boulevard, o que nos poupou de muitos congestionamentos, pois a cidade estava cheia. Gostaria apenas de […] registrar duas observações: O apto ofertado pelo hotels.com, com uma cama King e um sofá cama comporta apenas 3 pessoas, pois não duas pessoas no sofá cama ficariam muito desconfortáveis; além disso, há apenas duas máquinas de waffle e duas torradeiras disponíveis no café da manhã. MUY RECOMNEDABLE. INTERNET EN LA HABITACION, DESAYUNO, PARKING Y CENA INCLUIDO EN LA TARIFA. LA LIMPIEZA GRAL DEL HOTEL ES BUENA, NO EXCELENTE. ESTA UBICADO EN UNA DE LAS ZONAS MAS LINDAS DE ORLANDO, NO HAY RUIDOS DE NOCHE. TIENE SALON DE JUEGOS PARA LOS CHICOS. MUY, PERO MUY CONTENTO CON MI EXPERIENCIA. NO DUDEN

Um bom hotel, muito bem localizado, muitos bons restaurantes próximos, podendo se ir a pé. Além disso tem uma loja out let da Reebok na esquina e uma farmácia Walgreens a duas quadras.
