It was the worst place ive ever stayed

The room smelled like cat pee the headboard fell off the wall it was screwed onto when my kid was leaning on it. The shower didn't put out much water. The bedspreads were old looking and had holes in it. the carpet was very old looking. The condition of the hotel was consistent with the people staying long term there for work around the area. I didn't realize this was an Extended Stay Hotel when I booked it. The bed is extremely firm. No breakfast. Just a fridge, a microwave, a little kitchenette. There was a coffee maker in the room, but no cream and you have to hope that the coffee mug is clean.

I wish someone had told me how bad this hotel was before I reserved! I have never written a review on a hotel before! I am not picky and stay in budget hotels all of the time! This hotel was disgusting. My room wasn't too bad, some blood/stool on shower curtain. But the halls smelled aweful, garbage cans in the halls. Filthy dirty halls! The bed was […] like sleeping on the floor. I asked about cancelling my reservation, and the desk clerk said her manager said no cancelations! I was allowed to look at other rooms to find a bed that was like sleeping on the floor with thicker carpet! Pillows were worthless. No ice machine, an ice tray in freezer, had to make ice that was ready the next day! TV was tiny, but they did have Showtime! Nice kitchenette stocked with dishes. Old table and tiny dresser that was old and drawers stuck! I will never stay at this hotel again. I read reviews, and I think, yeah that may not have worked for them, but I am not picky, I just need a shower, bed and for it to be clean! If you read this, do yourself a favor, and spend an extra $20.00 a night and stay elsewhere!! Devamı

very nice staff

Price is really good. The staff are very friendly. The room condition is not perfect but is definitely acceptable. There is free fast wi-fi service, min-stove, microwave, and a coins-operated laundry room. I would recommend this hotel is you want a budget room and do not crave for luxury.

Red stain (blood?) on my pillow, large yellow stain (urine?) on the worn out bedspread, hairs all over the sheets, outdated AC/Heat unit blew out some horrible/toxic air that got me sick. Frequent arguments outside my room and the very questionable characters staying here caused me to be in constant fear of my safety. Worst hotel decision I've ever […] made. It was quiet, bed was decently comfortable, and the gal at the desk was fantastic in helping us change rooms to meet our need better! Good location and a very reasonable cost per night have to like it!

Only spent a few days at this site but I was most comfortable with the surroundings and the room. The management was very helpful, the room very clean. I enjoyed my stay.

The place was good for someone with low maintenance like me......service was prompt and courteous. I wouldn't hesitate going back there again in the future.

We picked the hotel because of hotels.com and booked it for a whole lot less per night which is a super bargain considering that the room was normally a lot more. Had kitchenettes, pots for cooking, silverware. The only drawbacks were you had to schedule a cleaning of the room if you wanted (extra charge) and if you don't book through Hotels.com, Internet […] is extra. Very nice place though. Devamı

for the price I wasnt totally disappointed, I have to say it could have been a lil cleaner in the corners, but overall it was fine, I did a survey mentioned the cleaning issue and was immediately addressed by the district manager who assured me through email that it will be better the next time, so, yes I would stay there again. The location, offfice […] staff, and price were all adequate. One thing I didnt realize though was NO HAIRDRYERS! LOL, so take your own!, over all it met the need. Devamı

best value for money, ever. And the best shower!

This place was Awesome! No hassles there. The furniture was kinda rough but I had already anticipated that before going. I knew I was trying to be cheap but found that it was nicer then I thought. It was Clean. They even had cooking gear there! There's a Wendy's and Fred Myer's right there in walking distance. Front desk girls were vary nice! The only […] down side was: I like to sleep on foam. The beds are vary firm some people like that tho? so? If u like soft, try to bring something to prepare for Firmness. The only thing about this place I can say bad is, Internet service was 5$ something extra and is kinda week connection, but I was happy about the place over-all. You can't beat it for the price. Sure it's not the Bellagio but I will definitely stay here again. It was clean, quiet, easy to find and not too far from downtown Seattle. 20 minutes approximately.

We had never stayed at a Crossland before and were so pleased with the room. The kitchen was a nice surprise. We like to be able to "eat in" so we will definitely stay here again.

Bed was like a rock. You have to pay for internet. All in all not bad I just don't like unexpected costs.

Our kitchenette room with two queen beds was adequate for our overnight stay. There were only 2 coffee mugs for the four of us, and it didn't look like there were enough dishes or silverware either. The beds were extremely firm, which is superior to soft and saggy. However, my side of my bed had a definite slant toward the outside. No blankets were […] supplied in the room, just a sheet and bedspread. Also there was no fan in the bathroom, which is not good with 4 people using it. I pretty much picked this hotel out of desperation due to nearby hotels being completely booked for local events. It certainly wasn't awful, but it wasn't great, either. Our room was not ready when we checked in, so we had to downsize to a smaller room and were told we could not have a price break. We were in our room about five minutes when two housekeepers unlocked our door and entered (without knocking). The toilet was not functioning properly and guests in other rooms were extremely loud. I thought the room was overprice as I have stayed in nicer places for less and the room was equipped with coffee, etc. but was not replace for the next morning.

The hotel is in a lousy area and is not being maintained properly. Stay at your own risk.

It is a bad sign when you walk in the lobby to check in and there are two cops! Section 8 residence a bit scary. Pay an extra 10$ a night and be safe

I have not stayed but my guests did. I arranged the reservation via hotels.com. I was not totally happy with the services via hotels.com since I have to call several times to correct the information and get the confirmation, was on hold very long and only to be cut off. I don't know the line must very busy. There were a couple agents that were helpful […] though. I would recommend it since it's cheap for a short stay. Devamı

It was stinky and dirty the moment you enter the room, and the bed was very old & noisy. I was disappointed & will never go back there again.

For the lowest price room in the area the accommadations were clean, quiet, and convienient. My stay was work related. I only needed the basics. having the kitchenette allowed me eat breakfast and dinner in and prepare lunch. It saved me driving through Seattle and enabled me to work a short term contract job with virtually no stress and plenty of […] rest at night. Devamı

Due to circumstances I had to get a room for the night in the Seattle area and this was one of the cheapest options and Hotels.com had the cheapest price. The room's decor is pretty standard. The motel is nice that it provides a little kitchen and has a large shower. The cleanliness of the room could be better. The table was dirty and needed a wipe […] down, the utensil and cups look like they needed a washing. The bed didn't look to clean and was hard but provided good rest. I really enjoyed my stay with them! The staff were very friendly and the hotel was pretty cozy. I was surprised that it came with essentially a full kitchen set. I slept great and I would absolutely stay there again!

Very basic motel, but convenient, clean, and had kitchenette. Great location!

I was very happy with the hotel. The price was good. The breakfast was ok. The staff was friendly. There was a kid on the second floor running up and down the hall that was kind of annoying and there was volleyball team staying there that made the breakfast area too crowded.

We returned Friday evening and could not get in the room. The key card did not work. It was cold outside we were tired after being at the races all day. We had packed all of our things up to the room, and had to take them all back to the car and try to contact someone to help. The office was closed, and there was nothing that said how to contact anyone. […] We pounded on the door, after the second try someone did help us out. Rooms are cheap which translates to minimalist. There were a lot of people who were living there. Dogs barking, people fighting. There is a kitchenette, but it was very smelly and dirty.

For as cheap as it is per night, the hotel was just fine. Bring your own shampoo though. This place is geared more toward long term stays as opposed to overnighters, and so there are kitchen items, etc. but no toiletries.

We had only a night to spend at the hotel since we were on our way to another destination. We were hoping to get a decent hotel stay for a night near Sea Tac, and guess wht?? WE DID. Room was clean and well kept. Beddings were clean too... and tht's wht you need when you need a good night sleep. For the price paid it was a good buy for us.
