There Were No Wash Cloths Or Hand Towels In The Room

Do not stay at this hotel! Everything about it was dirty, from the comforter on the bed to the outside door step, uck! The bed was so bad it made the floor tempting. The area is not safe, lots of activity on hotel grounds. Scary place, I do NOT recommend!

Positive : - Inexpensive - Near to downtown Negative : - Auto workshop next door (so noisy) - WiFi never worked - Not ideal for late check-ins

We stared at this hotel because we got snowed in and needed something cheap. It wasn't the worst place i have ever stayed but no where near the best. I would recommend it to anyone staying for a night

Small rooms, just adequate for most types of people. Saw lots of pets in rooms and blue collar folks.

The room itself was decent but the amenities were not. No ice machine. Had to pay extra for wireless internet. Room didn't come wit a iron and didn't offer roll away beds.....if in need of a one nighter go for it if u can't spare more cash to stay elsewhere

room smelled like a dirty ashtray, the floor would have been more comfortable to sleep on, creepy people always lurking about, paper thin walls..shall I continue?

Close to grocery store for quick breakfast foods. Although non-smoking, had that unmistakable smell that a smoker previously stayed there.

well for the price and location, is good, but somethings are not good, example the room is very noise because the avenue is across from the room, and when a made reservation online, all rooms said that have iron and ironboard and my room didn't have those, when i go to recepcion for this, they give me a broke ironboard, and the carpet smell very bad […] in a litle part of the room. This is a good place if you're just staying for a short while and don't have high expectations. Things were clean but the amenities were very basic and the hotel doors open up to outdoor hallways. This is the kind of place where people are renting rooms for a few months or a week or so. A lot of people have dogs and you'll run into them in the elevator […] and such so if dogs are not your thing, stay clear. Devamı

This place was scary, gloomy, dark, dirty, and quite frankly disgusting. The only good thing was the gal at the reception desk who I could tell would have liked to make things right but obviously knew it was out of her control because the place itself is a DUMP!

This experience was awful. I have now nicknamed this hotel my "crack shack". The first questionable issue was that no where on the website do they tell you that this hotel has weekly and monthly rentals. Never a good sign. It was like an episode from Cops. My first two nights were VERY noisy and the third night had the police visiting twice. The police […] literaly broke down the door to arrest individuals in what was rumored as a methadone drug bust and talk of attempted murder from the police???!!!! Then around 4 am the police were back for VERY loud drunk and disorderly patrons in the room directly above my head. The room was very small and the kitchen counters could have been cleaner as could the bedspread. As a woman traveling alone I felt VERY VERY unsafe and unfortunatly everything in the surroundig area was sold out. This is a hotel where you walk into your room from the sidewalk. That isnt safe in a bad neighborhood. I have never stayed at hotel that left a safety tips card on the nightstand telling me to lock my doors, dont open the door for any strangers, look all around my car before getting out after dark etc etc etc. The list goes on. I voiced my concerns to the management and the best they could do was give me a free night at that hotel. I will NEVER stay there again!!!!!!! You get what you pay for. It was ok for 1 night. Don't book this hotel expecting the Hampton and you'll be fine.

While this is a budget hotel, it is clean, safe (need card to access stairwells, elevator) comfortable and (surprise) excellent (!) customer service. The hotel is located near I-25, shopping restaurants and comfortable driving distance to "attractions"

The suite was efficient; all that I needed and no wasted space. I could step into the shower easily, manage temerature and not chance trippiing when finished. The refrigerator and microwave, dishes and sink an extra great accomodation for a traveler who has to eat out or take out. The hotel is very close to Cherry Creek Mall which is nice and downtown is easily accessible if you know your way around the city. The staff was very nice, the room adequate, and the price was great. All in all a nice place for a good price.

After reading reviews was a bit skeptical but rooms were clean and comfortable. Safe environment for two women and location was perfect! Fridge and micro was a plus.Would stay again.

Neighborhood says it all - sometimes even price should not be a reason for selection. Unpleasant odors, odd people, LOUD neighborhood. Not close to anything!

It was a horrible experience My room and my friends was dirty. The dishes we dirty she was missing dishes her towel smelled like pee and when she asked for a new one no one said they were sorry. my dishes i had to rewash. In her room there were burn marks on her sheets. We were missing a remote and when it finally showed up three days later in the lobby […] no one said anything to us and we had to figure it out. Not to mention it was broke when we finally got batteries. The service was horrible. The man at the front desk swore and called it Crackland instead of crossland and told us that we needed to wait a few more minutes because he was dealing with alot of guest complaints. Who would want to know that as they were checking in we didnt that was for sure. It was not a good experience and I wish i would of just shoveled out the extra 20 dollars to stay someone nice. Honestly I was booking at the last minute by price since I had to pay out omy pocket. The hotel is clean and no frills. You get excactly what you'd expect a clean room with a place to rest your head. I would stay here again anytime. If you want somewhere with frills...go elsewhere. If you want a nicely located hotel in Denver for the right price stay […] here. Devamı

The hotel room was clean. You have to exchange your towels. They cleaned on Sunday only while we were there. The bed wasn't that comfortable-a little hard, but it was ok. The pillows could have been better and the bedspread needed to be replaced. The kitchenette was nice and the bathroom was clean. The remote to the TV needed to be replaced. The air […] conditioner was good. The area around the hotel isn't that attractive, but it seemed safe and it was easy to get to the main streets and interstates. Devamı

All in all, it was a good hotel. nothing really fancy or world-class, but for staying there a couple of nights, it's ok. Had to kill a spider and an ant in my room and the man at the front desk was kind of annoyed, but not by me.

Quiet, convenient studios with mini-kitchen (microwave, sink, range, dishes, dining table). Only complaint: the hotels.com rate turned out to be 25% higher than the regular daily rate of the chain.

Everything went smoothly. The room was very clean, bed and sheets very comfortable to sleep in. My only complaint was that there were no paper towels in the kitchenette (though there were several dish towels), and the coffee supplied for the morning did not come with packets of powdered creamer and sugar. I can't say that I was pleased. My room had a slight smell of effluent (sewage). I went to the front desk and told them and the response I got was, "Sorry." There was no offer to move to another room. We opened the window and the smell dissippated. Later that evening I had to go to the front desk to get a plunger for the toilet that threatened to overflow […] in my room. I wonder if the two issues were related. They, the front desk personnel, were more concerned that I returned their plunder to them in the morning than if I had sewage flowing in my room. They didn't bother to send anyone to fix the problem. I've stayed at the Crossland Economy Studio motel for 2 nights. Have no complains at all. Very simple, this is not a vacation stop, but it is great value for the price! Couldn’t expect better. The check-in went very smooth and fast. The person at the front desk was very nice and friendly. My room was clean, quiet and very conveniently equipped with […] everything I needed: a full kitchen and a good size table. The carpet was in a great condition. The bathroom looked recently remodeled and was in a perfect shape. Bedding was a little shabby but the bed itself was comfortable. Very convenient location to get to downtown. Super Target and King Soopers nearby for groceries and a lot of gas stations a few blocks away. Surrounding area was safe and quiet. No scary constructions around. Not fancy, but very comforatable! The only downside would be that we had to stop by the desk each day to get coffee for the coffee maker. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. We will definitely be returning! Much cheaper than other hotels in the Denver area, especially over the Thanksgiving weekend. We loved it. We don't need maid service every […] day. Not a really large place but clean and pleasant enough to get a good night sleep.

Clean and adequate. Perfect for bargain shoppers. In-room cook stove and utensils are nice.

The rooms are basic, but clean, large and comfortable. The building is newer and so much better than a tacky motor lodge for around the same cost.

Who knew a clean, comfortable room could be had anywhere in the U.S. for this price? And in Denver? We have to admit that the drive to the hotel was littered with humor about what we might find upon arrival, but we'd trusted the online reviews and signed on for one night. We were looking for 1. clean 2. comfortable overnight accommodation with no expectation […] or desire for luxury hotel services. The front desk staff was friendly, helpful and efficient. Convenient location to downtown and Cherry Creek (short drives) but not beautiful. For the most part our room was new looking --- even the bathroom floor --- and we appreciated the overall feel. We didn't expect the mini kitchenette but used the minifridge for breakfast items. We had a great sleep in a nice bed. Pleasantly clean. Totally cheap. Devamı

If you are a single passenger than the hotel is a great value. I would be alittle concerned if i was a female traveling alone.

Hotel staff was ok. I smiled and the guy had a straight face the whole time. Also, no iron or blow dryer. :( Needed 2 extra blankets for our kids but they only had one

I was not sure what we would find when we arrived since the hotel was very inexpensive. Was very happy with the quality of the Hotel.

I didn't know what to expect when I got to this hotel. It's better than I was expecting. Everything was fine with the room. It's very basic but considering the price this was not a surprise. If you just need a place to sleep, this hotel is perfect. It's clean, has all the basic amenities, and is cheap to boot.
