Except one guy who is name is Selcuk, all personal were rude. The worst otel that I have ever stayed

Room had all the charm of a hopital room. Could not adjust the heat. Told to open the window. Shower in need of serious upgrade. We could have done as well for less money but it was a special occasion so we chose the Millenium. Not a four star experience.

Great hotel so close to time square you can throw a rock to it. Great value great hotel will go back again

We stayed at the hotel for one night, so it was all about location, location, location, and this hotel has just that! Subway stop, bars, restaurants, and a great little place across the street for a late night snack. First and foremost Ruben checked us in and gave us an awesome upgraded room! He was beyond friendly and made us feel right at home. There […] were a few minor outdated features in the room BUT we were able to overlook them~~no big deal at all. Great Location, great service, nice room. But the beds are hard and in need of a comfort upgrade. Weather was fantastic and a nice change to get away for Christmas.

So disppointing....the stay at the Millenium was our 4th anniversary trip and of all the 4 star hotels listed on hotels.com for these days, this one was a little more expensive, but the pictures and description looked really nice. What a disappointment - the towels were threadbare, the room was smaller than a postage stamp (and we saw several rooms […] that were being cleaned - much larger!) You had to get up from the desk in the room if the other person wanted to get to the other side of the room. We don't know if they put us in a smaller room because we paid less on hotels.com? The paint was chipped on the furniture, bathroom light switch and lots of other spots in room were really dirty and the bed was as hard as a rock. We requested something to make it a little softer and they brought a pillow top - which was the one thing that saved the day. Internet was 12.95/day. We travel for business al the time and don't see a rates like this - should be around 9.99/day. The concierges were helpful, but snobbish. As I said, we travel often for business and often request assistance from a concierge, so we know that they can be much friendlier. We won't go back, but at least we laugh about it. The hotel is in a good location, but that is about the only thing it has to offer. At check-in the hotel staff was very rude. We paid for a premium room since it was supposed to include a coffee-maker, but it did not. The bathroom has black mold around the tub, and the internet was very very very slow. I would not stay here again, and would definitley […] not recommend it to anyone. For the price, I expected much better, especially when you could stay at the Marriot Marquie for around $20-$30 more a night. Devamı

The Millenium Broadway Hotel is in a great location- right off of Times Square. The staff was extremely friendly & helpful. The rooms were a decent size with a very comfortable bed. Will go back and stay at this hotel my next visit to the city!!

Took my daughter to NY for her 14th birthday...hotel was very nice, VERY convenient to everything, walked to 2 shows on Broadway and everything in Times Square and Rockafeller Center! If I had a complaint at all...there was no ice machine on the 46th floor. Otherwise...Awesome!

So I really enjoyed staying at this hotel and was really ready to give it 5 stars, however the worst possible thing happened on the day I was going to check out. The night before I had returned a bit late to my hotel because I was enjoying my last night in New York. Thinking that since I was checking out, housekeeping would come later, I did not bother […] putting up the do not disturb sign. At 8am, as I was starting to wake up, I get this knock on my door and someone screams "housekeeping." Since I was still half asleep, I didn't respond and then all of the sudden someone tries to open my door (thank goodness for the latch!). As the person noticed that my door wouldn't open the next words out of the housekeeper's mouth was, "next time answer or put up your sign!" I was furious!!! There was no apology for opening my door, but more of her blaming me for not answering early in the morning! I quickly packed my stuff and walked down to the front desk to place my complaint and the guy at the front desk didn't make the situation any better. Apparently, housekeeping coming early is normal for this hotel and that they are still working on the friendliness of the staff. He understood that it was rude of the housekeeper, but said that there was nothing he could do but that I was free to talk to the manager. Unfortunately, I had to catch my flight and so I decided I would call the manager the next day. Overall, the hotel really was wonderful. The staff was great...until my check out date! I'd probably go to this hotel again, but I'd definitely search for a better deal...I had a better experience at a Comfort Inn in New York throughout my whole stay compared to here!!! I had a good time at the hotel. It had a great location and the above rooms ha a very nice view to time square how i wanted. Althought after i already had booked the room, they tryed to charge me more to change room after a price was already given to me. Overall the stay was pleasant. The biggest downfall of this hotel is that the only way for you to […] park is by vallet parking which is $55 every time they park your vehicle. There is a garage right across from them, but they dont have any deals in terms of a discount. Because of that i ended up staying in another hotel to receive a discount for the garage. The rooms where clean, easy access to what you need to get done. I dont think i would stay there again, but only becuase i liked the second hotel much better. Devamı

Fancy convienient hotel. It's time to rnovate the lobby. Attempt to please the customer. Breakfast buffet very overrated and over priced. Go to the Times square deli across the street for a well priced and delicious breakfast to eat in your room.

This isn't the most comfortable hotel... all the pillows were misshapen, the down comforters were very old & the filling was lumpy. Overall, the room was clean, but something about it just felt a little "unclean". Plus, there were stains on the walls and the windows were very smudgy. Not great if you want to take advantage of the view! I've stayed in […] numerous less expensive hotels and would expected more comfort from this place than what I got. We also kept tripping the circuit breakers. Don't have the TV on and run a hair dryer at the same time - or else you'll have to call downstairs for maintenance every 5 minutes. The location of the hotel however, was spectacular. It was situated about 100 yards from Times Square and near some amazingly delicious restaurants. the front desk staff was very polite and accommodating. We were upgraded ar check in and had a complimentary cocktail hour and breakfast. You can't beat the location.

Stayed Jan 27-29, 2012. Had a King room, plenty of space and a great view.

Everything was wonderful. The bed was pretty hard. To my liking, however, my wife didn't like that it was hard at all. We stayed in room 1818. We would stay there agin.

Excellent location, clean, comfortable, decent-sized room, cute bar in the lobby - we had nothing to complain about.

we had a wonderful time, hotel condition and staff was excellent. location couldn't be beat!

The room which was in the "premiere tower" was gorgeous with lots of room, .....it was nice that we also had Happy Hour included. we went to the mezzanine level for free drinks and finger foods. we had beautiful views of the city, especially times square. we were able to see the New Years Ball.

This hotel was clean, the room was clean, the staff was friendly. They let us check in early because the room was ready early which was of great help to us. Even though it is right next to Times Square it was nice and quiet. I have stayed here before and I would definitely stay here again!

I stayed at this hotel in January 2012 and can say that once again, I was truly disappointed with the Millennium brand. My TV continually flashed "no-signal" and would go in and out of service, the bathroom tub did not drain properly and had black hairs all around it and there was NO cover on the duvet (gross). In fact, the duvet had a stinch to it […] that was disgusting. There were patches taken out of the wall paper and the room just looked dingy. Honestly, the cleanliness of this hotel is not nearly up to my standards and the rooms are in need of a serious upgrade. On a positive note, the location is central time square which is good for tourists and the staff seemed genuinely helpful, especially the concierge and security (I left my phone in the room and they were very diligent about recovering it). Have stayed at this hotel 3 times now, and as always I'm very happy with the service. I've done a lot of travelling and this is one of the best hotels I've stayed in. The front desk and theatre desk people are always very helpful, and the location is obviously incredible. Comfortable rooms, with (mostly) nice views.

The Internet charges are a joke as they charge you per network device - not device as they will tell you if you ask. So you assume you pay for the room, but that's not true. So be careful. Only positive was that after a small argument they did agree to refund me. Also I asked 5 times Ro a do not disturb sign and it was never delivered. Simple will never […] stay again. Devamı

Fantastic hotel great location everything was perfect during our stay . Breakfast was great service excellent . Wine and cheese every night from 5-7 pm was the best part as you get to meet other quests have few drinks and compare notes From your holiday . I would stay there again and I will recommend to all my friends

We have stayed here 4 times over the past 3 years. this visit we had a corner room overlooking Times Square. It doesnt get any better than this. It is convenient to the Broadway shows, shops and restaurants. It is one of the best hotels in NY. The staff are very helpful in getting a car to the airport. This hotel was fantastic. It was our first trip to Manhattan and it didn't disappoint. It was ideally located for us to be able to walk to Times Square, Central Park, 5th Avenue, etc. The room was very comfortable and the hotel staff was great. We arrived before check in time and they have a great system for accepting luggage while you explore town […] waiting for your room to be ready. They also have private cars for hire who will take you anywhere you need to go whether it be dinner or the airport. I would stay here again in a heart beat. Devamı

My daughters and I spent the week between Christmas and New Year at the Millennium and can not think of how it could have gone better!

Very nice room, good service, in great location

We love this hotel & always come back but the rooms could use a little TLC in the bathrooms. The showers are getting old looking & some mold but we still think its one of the best places in Times Square & value. The location & people are great. We go to NYC every year at this time & will keep coming here.

This is a well placed hotel for those wanting to head to the half price ticket lines. The only downside to its location is the incredible crush of tourists that one needs to brave to get anywhere. My personal preference for NYC hotels is in quieter neigbhorhoods, but this was a last minute deal that too hard to pass up. Another downside: no free wifi: […] there is a significant upcharge for room/hotel wifi and garage parking is expensive. The hotel is situated in the heart of Manhattan and a nice value for money hotel. Do not accept the top floors. Too much noice from the wind through doors and windows. This is the perfect hotel if you plan to spend your time in New York City with easy access to shopping - in stead of in the hotel.

So many great things that I could say about this hotel but the cigarette smoke coming through the ventilation system made our stay a negative experience. I've experienced this before and believe that it's not a bad guest smoking on the non smoking floor but that the ventilation system is shared and drawing from other smoking allowed floors. The Hotel is conveniently located, but is inappropriately listed as 4 stars. The staff that checked us in were a little rude. The room was not very clean, I found something on the floor in the bedroom that should have been picked up by the maid. Arrived and was checked-in within 10 minutes to a lovely double high above Times Square. Elevator service is excellent. Common areas and guest room were clean, though not pristine. This hotel looks to be about 10 years old. Have stayed in much older NYC hotels with smaller rooms and inadequate plumbing and ventilation, however, this room was reasonably […] sized, well decorated and furnished, and met my expectations. The heart of Times Square and the theater district are steps away from the hotel's 45th and 44th street entrances. Fifth Avenue and Rockefeller Center are two blocks away. Cab ride from Laguardia at 5:30 p.m. on a Wednesday evening was only 24 minutes for $38. Returning to Laguardia at noon on a Monday was a 25-minute ride for a like amount. My only concern about this hotel and a great many commercial buildings in NYC is that the hotel's entrance doors are not ADA compliant and, although I have no disability, it is rather difficult to open the doors as they require nearly a shoulder push; the revolving doors are fine, but you can't walk through them with luggage.
