Millennium Broadway Hotel - Times Square - New York

This was a nice hotel. Location is great. Rooms are fine. Clean. Staff was friendly. TV Cable was not working correctly for our visit, so watching TV was not fun. Kept getting static on screen. They tried to fix it, but no luck. Also, be careful with the mini-bar. We put a soda in the fridge, come to find out there is a scale in there. So they put a […] charge on our bill. When I asked, they gladly removed it, explaining the situation.Beds were alright. Bathroom was big and nice. Room was fine. Don't think I will rush back there, but if they are running a deal, then I wouldn't say NO. I think I would go back to some other hotels I think were nicer in the area. Devamı

This hotel is in serious need of remodel. The carpets are filthy and stained. The pillows and mattress are awful, Altho housekeeping tried to find other pillows for me (unsuccessfully). Hardly anywhere to sit in lobby. Forget about a meeting. Restaurant service was non existent. Overall, unsatisfactory.

Fantastic location and friendly service. I will be back next year.

Just spent four nights, perfect location to subway, restaurants and Times Square. We were on the 30th floor, room 3011. Great view of the crystal ball and surrounding area view. Would love to book this room for new years eve. Nice desk personnel and maid. No. complaints, quiet street, valet parking.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was nicely appointed and clean. And it was steps away from Times Square! What more could you ask for on your visit to NYC!

Just a quarter block from Times Square 44th & Bway. We upgraded to a Superior King room for very little money and got a 32nd floor view directly into the heart of Times Square. Top notch service, well appointed room. This is the best value I've seen in a typically very expensive location (perhaps no one comes here in March!).

Its all about the location

The Millinium was great for our short stay. Taxis were easy to get and the hotel is close to the subway. There are lots of food options around including good barbecue across the street and great burgers and shakes a block away. Practically on Times Square. Did not test breakfast. Very friendly staff (reception, consierge and lobby employees).

After reading several negative reviews about the hotel, I was worried about reserving. But, after arriving I found the staff, the property, and the location all to my liking. The rooms could use a little refurbishing, but otherwise it was a wonderful Spring Break vacation.

Excellent location for mid-Manhattan activities; time for renewal of room furnishing/public area. Some pre-mature deterioration in the quality in these areas due, probably, to accommondation of a massive number of younger, thoughtless guests. A shame, indeed, that the hotel management has to suffer from that!

Awesome location, great price for what NYC has to offer!

I stayed at the Millenium in the summer and found the staff pleasant and the location ideal. I felt the price for such an ideal location was not too bad - other area hotels a bit pricier. Some include breakfast but I personally do not need a breakfast package - a great shop across the street provides quick breakfast options as well as hot breakfast […] items which was perfect for us as we wanted to spend our time exploring, not eating breakfast. The millennium broadway hotel was an absolute delight to stay in. The hotel was extremely closely located to times square and the best restaurants, shops, and sights that New York has to offer. The hotel staff was very helpful and accommodating, I would definitely stay here again.

I have stayed here before. I will stay here again. I booked this hotel for a surprise getaway for my boyfriend and I. Another ago my david passed away suddenly of massive heart attack @ 34. The only thing good about Millenium was the fabulous Ramona, Concierge Service. I used to think of the hotel as a luxury hotel...no more.

Hotel could use some updates, definitely shows some wear and tear, but for the money it is great! Location is perfect ... you are close to Times Square, and it seems that everything is in walking distance. My family loved it and we will definitely stay here again.

I was totally unsatisfied with the room we stayed at. The room was not vaccumed, dusty, ceiling in bathroom leaked, Towels in bathroom were wet due to the leak, Toilet didnt flush on first attempt and pillow case on one bed had black stains. An effort was made to reconcile with the housekeeper director and he stated to call the next AM after his review […] of situation. 3 Calls were left and a return phone call is yet to be received. Prime location rooms clean and tidy smell of smoke through vents one night. Felt was slightly expensive for the standard of room.

The carpet was stained. The mirrored coat closet door was cracked, with masking tape holding the mirror together and the the bed didn't have a boxspring, but rather a plywood platform. i now realize why it was relatively inexpensive for NYC. i would NOT recommend this hotel.

The location and the condition of the hotel was very good. However, there was no way to contact the front desk, concierge or bell hop. Their phones were left off the hook so you got a busy signal. I tested it at odd hours and still always busy. Funny enough, room service was always free. I called them to ask for a wine opener and was charged $5 to bring […] it to my room and asked to return it. I needed a cab to the airport. The doorman said that a car provided by the hotel would be cheaper. I made him assure me it would be. He lied. Blatantly. The Maid made our bed and never changed our sheets for the 3 nights we were there. Also the channels on the TV had poor reception. I called room service to see if anything could be done and they said it wasn't their problem. Devamı

I booked this location mostly because of the great location to Times Square and convenient parking across the street. I have to say though for a 4 star hotel I was expecting it to be a little more exciting and higher quality. Don't get me wrong, there was nothing wrong with the hotel, or the amenities... just was expecting the next level of quality. […] I have stayed at many other 4 and 5 star hotels across Manhattan and this one does not compare. Great location but little else to talk about. Stained carpets, and bathroom amenities meager...one bath towel each and one soap, no robes. Worst of all is cost of Internet access, which bills $12.95 for each device you use in your room! So if you have a phone, Ipad and computer, you are billed separately for all three! My stay at the Hotel was awesome!

i stayed in te hotel last week and i was more than happy with the stay .. it was very clean and the bed was so comfortable felt like i was sleeping on clouds ..the view of the city is so beautiful from the hotel .. i had a memorable stay and recommend it for anyone that wants a great stay in th city

Perfect location. Starbucks next door. Steps from Time square. Easy to get a cab. Very help ful staff. The room was smaller than expected.

This hotel is horrible. The images of each room is not what your getting! be aware. I booked a Superior queen room ( look at the image) I got to my room and it was the standard room ten floors higher then other standard rooms (apparantly)This hotel trys to overcharge you and put you in standard rooms and they justify this by saying of well your a couple […] floors up higher for over a hundred dollars more. On top of that they charged me 100.00 on my mastercard without notifying me (credit card fraud) and thank god I noticed it. The reason according to the hotel was a deposite for future sales on room service and hotel enemities. DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS HOTEL. I am a college student from out of state and I was taken advantage of from the time I walked in until just a few hours later checked out. No refund. My trip was ruined. DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL. By far the most disgusting place I've ever stayed in. The smell in the rooms were horrible, very dirty. Bed and pillows uncomfortable. Wouldn't even use the bathroom, because it was so nasty. Walls falling apart around the hotel. Mold fills the air of the damp rooms. And if your book the room through hotels.com, the quality of the room is the lowest […] because of the cheap price you paid. That's what the front desk "manager." the staff is horrible. This hotel should be shut down. Don't waste your hard earned money on this hotel, once you get there and actually see it, don't settle for this grotesque place. I demanded my moment back and went to the four points by Sheraton around the corner. It was a million times better. In conclusion this hotel is unacceptable and the staff is horrific. The hotel was beautiful..the room was also...i loved the location...and I will be back again!

Room had all the charm of a hopital room. Could not adjust the heat. Told to open the window. Shower in need of serious upgrade. We could have done as well for less money but it was a special occasion so we chose the Millenium. Not a four star experience.

Great hotel so close to time square you can throw a rock to it. Great value great hotel will go back again
