Its a ok Hotel for the location and cost

I would not recommend this hotel for many reasons. We had pubic hair in our shower.. not from us (after the "Cleaning crew" had came in). We orderd food from room service and found pubic hair on our ketsup packets. Had a thing of oreos on the table came back to my room to find 1/4 of them ate. Threw them out.

I bit on the good price for this hotel, but I regretted once I arrived there. I wouldn't stay at this hotel again if it were free.

The only problem was the lack of hot water. The pilot light had gone out! It warmed up quickly after contacting the front desk. Just don't hesitate to let them know if the water isn't hot enough! It was very quiet even though it is very near Love-Field Airport.

This is a good, clean, basic hotel at a location convenient to restaurants and major highways to get around Dallas. I got a really good price deal online, so I was a little worried about quality, but the staff were pleasant and the room was comfortable and quiet. The room finishings weren't perfect but were quite acceptable, and everything worked except […] for the TV remote. The free continental breakfast was fine for me, or there is an IHOP and Waffle House nearby if you're looking for more. Great deal for the price! Devamı

The hotel room was not very well maintained. No hangers in the closets to hang up clothes. Patched up drywall in room was unfinished. Furniture was out of place like it had not been put back after cleaning. Bathrooms not clean, colleague found cockroach in his room's bathroom. Located in seedy area, near "Men's Club".

I'm a traveler on a budget, as many other people. So, the reason why I chose this hotel was because of its price tag. Given, "you get what you paid for", I was expecting quality and service similar to other hotels of the same price range. I have stayed in many hotels in that range and this hotel was absolutely the worst, and I would've easily paid […] another 20-30 bucks if I knew what was coming. I asked for a non-smoking room, they gave us a smoking room; the sink was full of stains; the room smelled like sewage; the towels had hair on them; there were outlets and lamps that didn't work; the toilet paper thing on the wall came off from the wall (the whole thing) when I tried to get some paper; and last but not least the service was horrible. When I claimed that I didn't ask for a smoking room, the front desk lady un-apologetically said it wasn't their fault and that there's nothing she could do. I would understand and let it go in normal circumstances (assuming everything she said was true) but she was almost argumentative about it, when I was disgusted with the smell of the room. I hate to go out of my way and write such an extensive and detailed negative comment on a business, but I feel it's necessary for future guests to know what they're getting into. Devamı

Hotel staff were polite and helpful. The rooms are a little worn, however, the room was clean and comfortable. The hotel location was easy to access from the highway. The area surrounding the hotel does include a number of "gentlemen" clubs. There is a gas station located next door to the hotel. The road in front of the hotel is lined with various restaurants, […] including fast food to family sit-down style and Starbucks coffee. I would stay here again. Devamı

The neighborhood was nice but the hotel wasn't up to my standard. The younger gentleman at the front desk was very friendly but the older person, I assume his mother, wasnt as such... The shower curtain was damaged and held up with safety pins and the drain system in the tub wasn't working very well.. My children and I showered in a tub of slow draining […] water.. The next day the lady in housekeeping busted in my room around 8am and startled me and my children up out of our sleep, she quickly apologized in broken English then closed the door... I have always had great service with this hotel chain,but i will not recommend this particular branch... Devamı

It was worth the money, room was clean.

BATHTUB STAINED...LOOKS LIKE IT NEVER GETS CLEANED. MIDDLE EASTERN FRONT DESK CLERK NOT PLEASANT
