I enjoyed the breakfast but the house keeping staff argued with us daily when requesting towels... Not sure I'll visit this location again.

Loved that we could get a smoking room. All but one person we talked to at the front desk had bad attitudes. We clean our own room when we stay in hotels just because its easier on us and the housekeeping, but getting new bedding after hours was a struggle. Internet access is a plus, as well as the price for the room. However, the hotel location was not easily accessible. The lobby, room, and other areas were only minimally clean. The front desk staff offered little to no assistance to the guests. And the ice and vending machines were insufficiently serviced. I must give the hotel a less than satisfactory […] rating. Devamı

I was in Dallas for a business trip and just needed a place near Market Center to stay. This hotel worked great. I would definitely stay there again.

The overall stay was quite comfy. Very relaxed great staff. Friendly people and very respectable.

The hotel elevator and rooms had a musty smell. That was the only thing that I did not like.

very nice people at the front desk. Easy to get too. Also very convenient to get to and from my daughters doctors appointment. Close by the hi way and major roads that get you where you need to go.

The hotel is right next to the freeway so if your a some what light sleeper try and get a room on the back side.

The hot breakfast was wonderful and I was surprised at the upkeep and cleanliness of the entire facility.

The hotel was clean. Every morning they offered a very satisfying breakfast bar. We spent a lot of time at the hotel. You could hear the people in the room above, just walking around, and when they would vacuum. As a personal preference, I do not like any light coming into the room. When the curtains were closed light would still appear above the curtains. […] I know that is very picky, but may be helpful. Enjoyed having the mini fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. Clean & comfortable. Can hear highway noise if a/c is not on. Good food for breakfast.

They had me in a room on the second floor. And they had some one with very young kids. Stay on the next floor right above my floor .. The kids was running back and forth several times through the night..

Good - Room was pretty clean, Bed was comfortable, Breakfast was good, close to Dallas Market Center Bad - Internet service is very poor and went completely out the second night, someone came in the second day and took all of my towels and didn't replace them and didn't make the bed, parking lot is very small I even thought at first that I was in the […] back of the hotel I was there for the Dallas Market and stayed here because of the price, but I guess you get what you pay for, I won't stay here again. Enjoyed my stay. Was near the area that I was visting. Courtious staff that was on duty for the timed that I stayed. Will consider this location for future visit.

The room fit my requirement. Clean, nice pillows, flat screen tv, free internet. The breakfast was a little lacking in quality. Eggs and meat were not up to other hotels standards (e.g. Hampton Inn). Also, I complained about the quality of their beer and wine during the free happy hour. Room was bright and noisy. Hotel is very close to freeway. Staff is friendly.

This place was great and an absolute bargain. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay with a great rate which included breakfast. Doesn't get any better than this and so easy on the pocketbook.

Good hotel, close to good places but neighborhood didnt felt that secure

Easy to find, next to high end hotel. King suite easily slept 3 adults. Continental breakfast was basic but adequate for price. Many good restaurants in area.

If you are looking for a bed in an OK hotel...try Comfort Inn Market Center. Breakfast was free and decent. However, don't get in late - the parking is very limited and if the hotel is full...parking will fill up quickly at night.

All was fine with the exception of the pan handlers in the parking lot.

For a quick visit - or even a bit longer, this was a fine hotel. Close to the Market Center. Flat panel TV in my room. Free WIFI was pretty fast & reliable. I'd stay there again.

Booked this room originally just for location and price. Hotel exceeded the price point. Lots of fast food nearby. Easy on and off freeway. At check-in, was greeted with a smile and the check in was flawless. Room was on the 3rd floor and I was heartened by the cleanliness and decor of the lobby and hallways. Room pretty standard for this pricepoint […] but was very clean and had a flat scree tv, mini fridge and microwave. The free breakfast was standard but ample, with fresh scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, cereals, pastries and bagels, waffles, coffee and juice. The 'happy hour' was a little sad though, Bud on tap, peanuts, and chips and salsa. But, at that price point, you can't complain too much. First room was too close to the highway and the following day asked if I could change rooms. They couldn't have been nicer (Thanks Sonny) and accomodated the request. Actually ended up with an upgraded jacuzzi tub room at no add'l chg. Everyone that I dealings with was very pleasant and helpful. The checkout was "Paid in full, good to go, thanks for staying with us." I was pleasantly surprised at every turn. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat. Devamı

Conveniently located, nice breakfast, pleasant staff.

I requested a smoking room and had a GTD reservation and the hotel failed to hold me the room I requested. The hotel was dirty and the food had bugs in it. I will never stay here again.

The hotel was just what I needed: a place to sleep close to my meeting. It was clean, comfortable and had a good breakfast.

My air conditioner went out in my apt and I needed to stay in a moderately priced hotel and found Comfort Inn. Was very impressed with the service, the breakfast was great, lots to choose from and needed a late checkout and they went out of their way to help me with that. Would def recommend this hotel and would stay there again for sure

It's cozy for the price... I always stay there when I go to dallas

I was given a 2d floor room. No elevator for 2 days. Security was lessened from stairwell outside access door being left open and unsecured.

The hotel was better than expected. Staff was nice and gave us a list of near by places to eat. Room was clean and comfortable, no complants about the bed. Did not smell like smoke and had a good air conditioner. Easy to get to from highway...but difficult to get back to, since it's on a one way street. We will consider more Confort Inns in the fut […] ure. Devamı

THE SMOKING ROOM WAS THE DIRTIES ROOM I HAVE EVERY RENTED AND WE DIDN'T EVEN STAY. WE WALKED INTO THE ROOM AND WANTED TO THROW UP IT STUNK SO BAD. TURNED AROUND AND GAVE THE KEYS BACK AND LOOKED FOR ANOTHER PLACE TO STAY AT

Hotel staff was helpful, room was clean. Internet was free and breakfast was decent. No pool and not very close to dining, ect. Interior room accesibility was nice, especially given the neighborhood.
