AC did not work, I asked for another room, front desk employee told me she just got to work and did not need this to start her day, it would be this afternoon before she could get me into another room, I insisted, she put me in the room next door. Everything else was super

The rooms are nice and the beds are comfy... we was on the 2nd floor and there was a car in the parking lot right outside our window and around 2 in the morning the alarm started goin off and continued to do so.for about 2 hours. The hotel staff tried to take care of the problem. Very nice and clean room. We just stayed the one night but was very happy. The breakfast wasn't bad at all. The only complaint I have is you can hear alot of the noise outside in the hall but most everyone was pretty quiet. Easy check in and check out.

This is a quiet hotel in the middle of the best part of Tulsa for restaurants and shopping. Very nice stay.

We were pleased with this hotel for the most part. The only complaint was the way the room smelled. It had a combination smoky/musky smell. Besides that it was very clean and the beds were comfortable.

No microwave, No refrigerator, No exercise room, Pool was great, Breakfast was Good, Outback Steak House across the parking lot.... YES

The hotel was okay but not what I was accustomed to for a Holiday Inn Express. This particular hotel seems a bit dated and needs some renovation.

The service was great, the room was very clean and it is in a great location for shopping.

Whenever we go to Tulsa we stay here. Rooms are clean, service great, workers pleasant, food delicious! Wish I had reasons to visit the area more often!

My room didn't have a microwave or refrigerator. All the hotels I have stayed in for the last several years those items are standard.

very nice hotel! The beds were soft, comfortable. Rooms clean. Breakfast was always kept stocked. Only negative was the elevator being rather small, and I would of liked a hot tub along with the pool. But being the price was affordable, who can complain!
