Hotel was had a nice location close to the mall in Brandon. Beds were comfortable. Hotel vending machines were not kept very well. Snack machine was empty and soda machine was out of stock on most items and the other items were hot

A pleasant room and bath overlooking a small lake. Breakfast was adequate. Would definitely stay there again...

Come on HIExp please have a better and tastier menu for breakfast. The same old fare is getting very bland and old. Thanks

I liked the staff, the breakfast was good, it was a okay place, good for staying 1 or 2 nights, nothing fancy, but cannot complain, other than cost could have been a little cheaper.....

The hotel was what you'd expect for the money. The breakfast buffet, work-out room and pool were nice amenities and well kept up.

I enjoyed the location of this hotel. It is minutes from places to eat, a movie theater, and the mall.

Well, I think "Express" said it all for what the hotel has to offer. Overall, the my stay was ok. Friendly staff.

I wish I could remember the name of woman who checked us in, she was wonderful. I wanted to get into my daughter's room without her knowing it to leave a gift for her. This woman gave me the "key" to her room so I could leave my daughter the gift. She was very friendly, and we had quite a chat talking about towel animals. The room was clean and comfortable […] and breakfast was delicous. We will definitely return on our next visit to the Brandon area. Devamı

Room was reasonably clean and did not have an odor of smoke. Front desk clerk was very nice, parking lot is fairly well lite. Nice lake on back side, ducks were quacking at us in the morning. Clean, well maintained grounds and common areas. Did not use pool but it looked clean and well maintained. Nice breakfast layout in the A.M. Only small complaints […] were slightly lumpy bed, and somewhat noisy A/C in the room, but it did work well to keep us cool. Close to shopping and restaurants and the I-75 exchange. A vary pleasant stay for this price point. Would stay again if in the area. Devamı

Near to a freeway and restaurants but secluded by a lake and woods, this hotel offers a superb breakfast buffet, informal snacks at 6 pm weekdays in lounge and on patio, as well as evening cookies at the desk in the evening. Quiet and comfortable while near to Florida attractions.

I like the hotel overall. The location and common areas are great and what I expected. However I think the rooms could use an upgraded look to match.

I have absolutely no complaints about this hotel. This property really exceeded my expectations and is walking distance to nice restaurants and the mall is practically across the street. Will definitely stay there again next time I'm in the area.

Hotel was clean and in a very safe location.Restaurants and shopping nearby,would definetly stay here again!

We stayed there to be around the Brandon Mall and all the stores in the neighborhood, it was all worth it! The hotel is OK, clean, quiet and honest. Not for honey moons!!!
