Holiday Inn Eau Claire - Campus Area/Interstate 94 - Eau Claire

Good clean room, excellent location, easy access, but I could of used a heads up that the pool was closed for remodeling.

After 6 days on the road and many "high-end" hotel disappointments The Holiday Inn was a welcome refreshment. The only downside was the breakfast, juice and granola bars are not enough to feed a family. If they are going to advertise a continental breakfast there should be actual food available.

We went down there with our kids and had a wonderful time. The beds were comfortable and we all had fun in the pool....Close to resturaunts and stores. Would definetly stay here again!!! *****

It was nice to come into the room and find it heating up like the sign above the thermostat said it would, but when we left and came back later the fan was blowing unheated air. We tried all the combinations of fan and temperature control but couldn't get heat going again. That's the only thing that went wrong. The breakfast bar was open at 5 already, […] which was a nice surprise. We had attention right away at check in and out. The room was nice and clean and the bed was super comfy. Devamı

This was a really good hotel to stay in. It is located just off Clairemont Ave. in Eau Claire, and its pretty close to the University. It is an older hotel, but the staff was amazing and they were all very polite and focused on customer service 100%. For those of you who like a restaurant in the hotel, the on property restaurant is also very good.

Nothing fancy but nice. The morning "breakfast" was a little too simple.. juice machine was broke, only 4 things to eat and all of them in wrappers.

Needs update as worn out. Rooms nice size but although we reserved room with 2 queen beds they are really just double size. Regular pool is nice size and good temp. Hot tub is only a few degrees warmer than main pool so certainly not hot and also has a stated signage pool capacity of 6 people but any more than 4 would be very uncomfortable.

We were thrilled to be able to arrive early! The staff was most accommodating. We will recommend this to anyone who asks.

Stayed for the second time on Christmas eve. Very pleasant. Pet friendly, but clean. No pet hair anywhere in the room. Convenient location. Friendly front desk. Easy in and out with side doors near our room. Green Mill Pizza on site -- tasty! Not a four star hotel, but great value for the price and will stay again. :)

This hotel was run down. The location is great, it's close to several restaurants, downtown, university, hospital, etc.

I was pleasantly surprised when I got there, typical hotel, but was allowed to check in early (check in at 3pm and I arrived at a little past 11am.) All the staff was very nice. The Green Mill Restaurant is an added bonus, great happy hour! Be better if were open later... ; )

When I arrived at breakfast in the middle of Breakfast time the muffins were all but gone. Most of the milk was gone. When I finally found the coffee in a totally different place the cups were down to four and impossible to get to. The reason for this was one person was handling breakfast and the entire front desk. In the room the hair dryer was broken, […] when I told the front desk they said they would make sure they fixed it for the next customer! Also My husband has severe Sleep apnea and we had to tear apart the bed to find an outlet. In a three star hotel we couldn't put an outlet in the exposed wall for customers to use. He has to use a machine to sleep, and it has to be plugged in all night long, close to the bed. Devamı

It was a great room for the money. The bed was really comfortable and we got a great night sleep. It was nice to have a bar right in the hotel. The only downfall was that there was a big black bug crwaling in our bathroom...but for Wisconsin that can happen.
