"A bit pricey"
Not a bad hotel - renovated and updated, but it was a bit pricey for the accommodations. There was a very large youth group staying and attending a seminar of some kind during our stay resulting in the elevator being essentially unavailable for the entire day. "Holiday In Exit 37, Liverbool,NY"
We were awestruck with the hotel staff in general. We were treated like royalty by all staff. The only problem that we facedis with the dining room staff and accomodations for our lunch the day we had our workshop. There were not enough seating for all of us in attendance, and there were not enough staff on dutyto handle the number in our group.

Convenient location to Interstate and Carousel Shopping Mall. Not much around hotel by way of retaurants to walk to, but the dinner service in the hotel restaurant was good; dinner via room service was somewhat lacking. Breakfast was adequate. Climate control in room wasn't functioning correctly which made the room extremely hot. "Holiday Inn-niceplace to stay"
We had only booked for one night and like it so much we decides to stay for two. It was clean, comfortanle nice pool, quiet and close to shopping and dining options and at a reasonable rate. Breakfast was good and the waitresses super friendly.

the restaurant food was not good. There were fruit flies everywhere. The quality of the food was not good.

"Not the worse, not the best either!"
The bathroom was very small! That would be my biggest complaint. The room itself was also not very spacious. There weren't very many options of restaurants close by but otherwise this was a good place to stay! Maybe not exactly worth the price? Definitely not a bad hotel though! Just little things.

Hotel was nice, parking was a bit dark at night if you can't get near the building. Stay was fine, other than our partying neighbors who kept slamming their door and yelling in the hall at 2 am. I didn't make it to the pool but would stay here again.

"Being renovated"
Our room was nice and comfy, but the hotel is currently under renovation so the experience overall was slightly tainted by a lack of aesthetic appeal.
"Under Construction Alert"
This entire hotel is under construction. The staff is VERY disorganized due to the construction and are very unwilling to accomodate any reasonable requests you make. They actually gave me the wrong room key and I walked into someone else's room and they never apologized. Then, two other ladies were given my room key the next day and tried to get into […] my room. I was promised access to the conference room at 7pm and did not get in until 9pm and no apology was offered. The hotel's wifi service is absolutely terrible and every other Holiday Inn offers free breakfast except this location. Devamı
