quite near to CTA transportation cumberland station. 24/7 tea and coffee. spacious rooms. good price.

Very run down and I stay in cheap motels. The continental breakfast was minidonuts. Was told I would be picked up in 15-20 minutes from the airport, but it took closer to 2 hours. Worst was the receptionist wasnt honest about it and kept saying it would only be another 10 minutes.

Really spending 2-3 days .. most of the time outside.. it will be reasonable to stay in a hotel with good prices as garden o'hare. The bad things are no internet inside the rooms, and the mattress was not comfortable.

This was a great for the value hotel. We stayed for 1 night and it was pretty clean and comfortable and roomy. I wish it came retype with a mini fridge but but the value didn't leave a better taste in my mouth. Beds were soft and and comfortable. The rooms needed fresh paint, some of the walks were a little warped and the carpet was a little dirty. […] The lobby was improve. Very welcoming. Devamı

The overall stay was "okay" , I didn't like that the employees spoke in Spanish while being on the clock. The housekeeping was "okay" I kept having to ask for more "face-towels".

Good quality at very low price, great for economy travelers! Convenient location close to O'Hare Airport. Will come again!

Adequate, hotel is a bit tired and dated but clean.

The hotel is located near a busy highway and also Rapid transit to O'hare airport. For transport purposes it is very convenient. But the hotel shuttle service driver is rude and demanding. The hotel is supposed to provide continental breakfast, instead it provides Express breakfast - which consists of Tea/coffee and sweet rolls. Which is not satisfactory […] to me. The hotel quality should be 1 star. In the future do not recommend, these type of noisy surrounding & no regular breakfast choices. Devamı

Running a start-up web-development business from home is a little hectic at times. Every once in a while I just gotta get out of the house, which was the case for my last hotel stay. And, in choosing a hotel with Free Wi-Fi was in my criteria due to wanting to still work, but this location only has free Wi-Fi in the lobby not the rooms. Chicago O'Hare Garden Hotel is located close to downtown and there are several restaurants close by - Outback Steakhouse, Al's Italian Beef and several others. Service was decent, but hotel itself needs work. Price was great.

Very bad quality hotel, smell bad, holes on the walls, pictures was not matching with what i saw in reality, I think the hotel needs to rebuild from scratch, and it was trash. The beds were uncomfortable, blankets and bed sheet had a hole. I will never go back to this hotel again.

Cons: A shower curtain that is too short and the water pours out onto the floor. Hallways are horrendous ripped wallpaper where the chamber carts scrape against the wall. Noisy because the doors slam shut. Broken locks, ice machines that don't work. It needs a major overhall. Continental breakfast? What continent? The hotel was dirty bloody stains on the bed sheets, when we requested for a change of sheets they said that housekeeping was not availavle

Not a nice place. The price was OK. We parked our car there while we were gon on our trip and had problems getting picked up from the airport.

This hotel is good for the price. Its clean and cheap it located close to the blue line and the hotel will drop you off anywhere with in 3 mile radius of the hotel is very nice indeed. It could use some updating but i will stay here again.

She is really rude and bad everything. That lady is put down the hotel and they need to do something. I would stay there again because near the clinic I go to. Only good things about the hotels is the beds and one of their night front person Louis.

When we arrived we were pleased with the surroundings. The people at the desk were nice and polite. The hall where the room was on was worn looking. But the worst was the very strong smell on air freshener. The room number on our room was knocked off the door and hand written on. This didn't bother me, just the smell. When we got in the room it too […] had the strong smell. We opened a window and left hoping it would air out. When we returned. It was not as strong, but still there. Also my son found trash under the bed left by previous occupants. It was extremely cheap, soif the trash and smell were not there, I would have been pleased. Functional hotel with all you need for overnight stays near ORD airport. Shuttle arrives and leaves on time.

I booked this hotel online because it was only 2 miles from the airport. I was driving my brother to Chicago O'Hare airport from Indianapolis, IN. They advertise online that they have wifi, but they don't tell you that it is only in the lobby of the hotel until you get there. Ok not that big of a deal right? Well it gets better, the hallways were very […] badly marked walked all over the hotel trying to find our room. Which included walking around the basement, which smelled of illegal substances and mold. When we were finally in the right hallway to go to our room the floor leading to it was completely filthy dirty and dusty. There were also little tiny square mirrors attached to all of the doors beneath the peep holes. I'm not really sure that those are for but it seems weird to me. Anyways when we open the hotel room door the entire room smelled like mold and lysol. Heavy on the lysol. Very over powering. The beds looked like box springs with a comforter covering them. They were THAT flat. When my father went to go use the restroom the toilet seat only had 1 bolt holding the seat on and it almost came off in his hand when he went to raise the seat. Some other things included the wall paper peeling off the walls, the door looked as if it had been kicked in before, the emerency exit door right by my hotel room door was propped open and there was a bunch of graffiti sprayed all over it. All in all it was absolutely disgusting and I was VERY unsatisfied i would not recommend this place to ANYONE. 2 miles from the airport or not. I would rather drive an extra few miles than stay at this place. I was only in the hotel maybe half an hour. Which was long enough for me to book a different hotel a couple miles away at about the same price that was a whole lot nicer. I went to the front counter and checked out immediately after my other room was booked. Bed was very uncomfortable. Ice machine on 2nd floor broken. "Breakfast" was ding dongs and coffee. No refrigerator in room like it shows online. It will do in a pinch but I am glad I only stayed 2 nights.

First things first, this is a very very basic hotel. We arrived after a 10 hour flight to a relatively unfriendly staff member behind reception whose first language appeared to be "grunt". This was redeemed a little by a pleasant staff member we met on our second day who was quite helpful. This was one of those trips where we know we wouldn't be spending […] a lot of time in the hotel and we are very grateful we weren't. Our room, which was facing the expressway, was noisy. That wasn't so bad, however it was also quite cold. We discovered a very draughty window and so had to turn the heat up considerably. Our friends, in another room fortunately didn't have this problem. Of the room amenities listed on their website, we didn't have the following: DVD player, internet access, fridge / mini bar, tea maker, trouser press, bathrobe, or safe. Also the phone didn't work. Due to us being in Chicago for a social event which necessitated us meeting up with friends, it was important to us to have a bar in our hotel to all relax and have a drink, and hence this was one amenity we looked for when booking a hotel in this area. It is stated quite clearly on their website that they have this facility. On going downstairs on our first night to have a drink we were told that they had no bar!! I asked why it was listed on their website, I was met with the customary grunt and a shrug of the shoulders. He muttered something about it being converted into a business centre and then he just walked away!!! Bistro 90 restaurant is also mentioned on their website. This is also closed. Be aware that "The Convenience of Complimentary Wireless, high-speed internet access, 24-hour" that is listed on their website is not in your room. It is only in the lobby. The safes in the rooms do not work. When we questioned this we were told they were being upgraded. There are safes there but they are not powered on. Sometimes it's better to pay more money for better quality. There was no water pressure or hot water. There was no wi-fi in the rooms as indicated on hotels.com. The hotel was in desperate need of a renovation. There was on odor throughout the hotel. I will never return here.

Contenental Breakfest was HoHo and Internet was only available in lobby. My room was from the 60s and my bed was held up with telephone books. The place should be bull dosed.

WIFI is only available in the lobby and overall experience was not satisfactory.

First room we were assigned had water running all over the floor from the shower. Second room we were given had dripping water as your shower, no pressure at all.
