Rimonim Mineral - Tiberias

Be prepared for mould in the bathroom! We got a new room when we complained but that bathroom also had mould. The condition of the hotel was not according to the price. Good breakfast but dinner was very expensive. We met some very nice staff and some very rude. I would not recomend this hotel.

The hotel tries very hard to give good service and throws in nice extras. The overall condition of the hotel is about 31/2 stars. Better to not go there over shabbat unless you like crowds of families. Good location. Quiet.

Nothing about this hotel lived up to what was presented on the Hotels.com page. The place was run down, filthy, & bad location compared to most other hotels in Tiberias. Most of the staff did not speak English well enough to provide good service. Access to the pool and spa area is horrid. You have to take a walkway over the highway and then go down […] on the public street alongside the highway before you get to the spa, which looks like something that was in the Eastern Bloc under Communist rule. The pool and spa area were also open to the public for a fee, not just hotel guests. It was smelly and dirty. Be warned, this is a bad place. Worst booking we have ever had through Hotels.com. Everything was satisfactory except for the fact that there was no restaurant in the hotel and one had to walk a fair distance to avail oneself of the swimming pool. Not the ideal situation for senior citizens. We would like to make a suggestion of a shuttle service to and from the swimming pool area, if possible, as parking there was not so easy to […] find. Room was comfortable. Was in a good location. Accessible to restaurants.

For a Holiday Inn, I expected higher quality. Room light bulbs were burned out and sink was clogged when I checked in. Carpet was frayed. Room was OK for size. Staff was not especially helpful. Avoid eating dinner there; I would rate the food as only tolerable. Also, the hotel is not close to restaurants in Tiberias -- you must take a taxi. However, […] the price was within our budget. Correct sans plus, ok pour 1 nuit

Points forts: Piscines et plages indépendantes. Petit déjeuner Fastueux Un espace mini club bien équipé pour des enfants de tout âge Points faibles: Salle de Bains trop petite une salle à manger trop petite vue la taille de l’hôtel satisfait dans l'ensemble

L' hôtel est une grosse structure mais très bien conçue. J' ai d'abord eu une chambre dans le grand bâtiment en avant avec une vue magnifique sur le lac( 403 ) très belle chambre très design eau fruit mais à minuit une boîte de nuit a débuté si bien que j' ai demandé à changer et on m' a donné une chambre plus classique en bas donnant sur le parc.
