Hic bir sekilde sorun yasamadik , tek sorun Manhattana ulasim icin 45 usd yol parasi odemek sari taksi ile donerken de 35 usd odemek , kisa sure kalmak ve uygun fiyat odemek icin ideal dir kesinlikle tavsiye ediyorum. Otel eskiden farkli bir isletmedeymis ama degismis simdi Grand Plaza iken Plaza olmus.

I notice that its no longer called CrownPlaza?...i did have some issues, 1) the day of my check in, i could not check in until 4PM. This threw off my whole schedule. 2) i check in my luggages and when i returned to check in later ...they couldn't find all of my luggages, there was also some confrontation going on between the manager and some guests. […] 3) About 1030PM the room next to me were having some get together or someting and making a lot of noise, i cal the front desk and reported it, this continue all night till 3AM. I recalled when this hotel first open...it was great, i used to stay at the Marriott courtyard, but the Crownplaza was less expensive. I rather pay alittle more and stay at the courtyard next year. The hotel is in dire need of an upgrade to bring it into the 21st century. The room was mediocre and the staff were unfriendly. The furnishings were old and very dusty which activated a sneezing spell. The ceiling in the lobby was peeling off and stained with watermarks.

Good place. I liked the bed, bf did not. Shower made a funny noise when you turned on too much hot water. The hotel itself was awesome. The surrounding area not so much and its far from downtown but super close to the airport so it depends on where you wanna be.

Mostly comfortable with one exception: The bathroom was not as clean as I would expect, especially the floor, which looked like it had not been washed in a long time.

I was disappointed, the condition of the hotel was very dated, my room was not very clean (sticky stuff on the floor). The a/c didn't work, the mattresses were thin and not comfortable. There were no hand towels, my door key didn't work.

I had a great time here. The staff was friendly. The gym was nice and the pool was clean.

I thought hotel wasn't fairly rated by others. I was very apprehensive but alleviated upon arriving. Room was clean and comfy and restaraunt food was good, rates reasonable.

The hotel was clean, comfortable, and just what I needed after getting in late. The shuttle driver took me straight to Avis the next day rather than back to the airport and was very personable. I appreciated that he went out of his way for me. The breakfast buffet was a good deal. Yes, the property was older, but I found it more than adequate.

I had to do a one-day trip and flew in late to LGA and then out late the next night. Perfect when you just need a clean, safe place to sleep during a quick business trip. A few minutes from the airport with free shuttle service and town cars to the city. Would recommend for business travelers.

It's not a good hotel surrounding neighborhood. There's nothing but airport and highways -- not even a convenience store in sight. The hotel was clean, basic and comfortable. However I was disappointed in the old TV sets that come with the room, especially since I had just come from another hotel that had two HD flat screen TVs in the suite. The front desk staff (Lisa) and the Bar / Lounge staff were great. The room was a complete let down from the small CRT television, uncomfortable King size bed, and filthy ancient 80s tub faucet and shower head. I seriously didn't event want to take a shower.

I really was not too picky as I was trying to stay under budget. I was pleasantly surprise of how amiable and courteous the staff was. The hotel itself was a bit dated but the customer service made the stay a complete success.They were beyond patient with us at check out time which is unheard of in the hotel industry typically. The exhaust fan does not turn off in bathroom it is very hard to sleep from the noise. Would not stay here again.

Older interior. Friendly staff. Quick check in and the burger was very nice! Of course, you will choose this place given that it a mile away from LGA but never, never miss the shuttle which runs 24 hours and every 15 minutes. I missed by a couple of minutes and the livery cab costed $15 for that mile.

Air vent in restrooms can not be turn off. Makes it very hard to sleep. Will not stay here again.

The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. It was close to the LaGuardia airport if you were flying in from there. I think they should invest in luggage carts if they are not going to to provide assistance with guests luggage to the rooms. The breakfast buffet was reasonable and the food was moderate. I knew from previous reviews the hotel was dated and that was not a concern. The staff was very helpful, the food was good, close to the 7 train and airport....a distance from Manhattan but the price was worth it. The mattress was way to soft for me and the pillows were a joke. I had good service when we pulled up to our hotel, someone helped us with our luggage right away. I give this hotel a 'fair' rating, certainly not impressive though..There were more reasons why I wouldn't stay at this hotel again than any reason why I would consider it again: This hotel has a very fancy entrance, but the room we had was absolutely nothing […] special. The beds had cheap looking metal frames... They looked to me like something you would pick up from K Mart, but I could be wrong. It also had an old tube TV in the room. Granted, we didn't even watch TV and that's not critical.. but when you stay at a hotel that isn't the cheapest one out there you just expect a modern tv in the room, for the price you pay. Also there is no complimentary coffee in lobby.. I know some other hotels are like that but I can't stand that cheap stuff they put in your room.. Granted, New York hotels are outrageously expensive all around, but for the price you have to pay when you go to New York, I certainly want more of a hotel than this one.. This hotel is down the street from LGA airport, and that is the main reason we picked it.. But there are other hotels not far from this one. I would recommend considering those ones first. Devamı

Overall our stay was fairly good. It seemed a bit expensive for the lack of amenities. After spending a day out site seeing I was expecting to come back to a clean room. However, it seemed as though only the garbage had been emptied. Beds were not made!! Beds were very uncomfortable. Only purchased one meal from hotel restaurant as it was extreamly […] overpriced! The shuttle bus came quickly upon calling. The night staff was helpful and efficient. The beds were not as comfortable as others but the room was clean and in good repair. I only stayed here because I absolutely had to. I would not stay here under normal circumstances. Quality has severely decreased since it changed hands from the Crowne Plaza.

When we walked into our room we were surprised at how out dated it was. Cheesy mattress and bedding. The bathroom, tv were OK. The view out the window was so cloudy from how dirty the windows were. we only had a few minutes to get over to our show and when we returned to change for dinner we found on the floor near the bed tons of ants coming in and […] out of the wall, and we were on the 7th floor. I found the hotel to be more than adequate to my needs although I was only there one night before flying out. The free shuttle service to the airport terminals ran every 20 minutes and was very convenient. I had noisy neighbors in the next room that kept me awake till 2am but that is hardly the fault of the hotel. Previous stay when it was under Crowne Plaza management & it's age is showing. Very comfortable bed but the WORST pillows I've ever encountered. Front desk staff & shuttle drivers were excellent, Good value for the money & I would stay here again. As a single woman, I felt very safe there.
