Our stay at your hotel was very pleasant and enjoyable. The employees were very professional and the rooms were both comfortable and very clean. Great experience. We will not hesitate to stay there again.

The hotel was convenient with nice amenities however the room definitely needs to be upgraded. The furniture and carpet where very old and worn but all and all a very comfortable room.

I have been going to this hotel several times a year for over (10) years now. I have watched as the hotel condition and staff have deteriorated gradually. I have also noticed some rather "thugish" types hanging around the lobby. I think that it is time that this location goes through a major rennovation and bring in a more professional staff. For example, […] I stoof at the front desk 2X with nobody in sight for over 5 minutes. When someone finally showed up, no apology for the lapse. Another front desk employee thought that it would be a good idea to tell me his life story which was a bit depressing. Devamı

the hotel location is very convenient. Excellent attention in the front desk. Good parking. Rooms very clean, quiet and the bed is comfortable. No soft pillows, that's not good for me. Internet connection efficient and fast.

We dont get away much so this was perfect for the both of us. We spend most of our time getting the the kids what they need so time spent alone is minimal.The room was much better than we expected and we were both impressed.

I enjoyed the hotel alot, the front desk staff was professional an courtesy. Also, the restuarants at the hotel provided superior service. Overall, my stay was the most pleasant hotel stay I have had in the last 3 years. I will definately be choosing the Holiday Inn for my next hotel stay.

Excellent place to stay. Great location, right off I-90. Has a Bennigans in the lobby that is open late. Has a separate restaurant for breakfast that is also good. Bed was very comfortable. Would stay here again.

We stayed three nights. The first night there was a strange odor of cigarette smoke in our room. We stayed there that night because it was late and the second and third night they moved us to a new room on a different floor that had no odor. Have stayed here previously and found everything to be quite satisfactory.

Overall experience was excellent. My grandson really enjoyed the pool which is child friendly. Hotel staff was cordial and friendly and everything was clean and comfortable.

Very nice hotel, definetely a 3-4 star.

This was a fine stay other than the ceiling tiles in the hallways being removed with wires and cables exposed. I don't know why it was this way, but the halls looked terrible and not classy at all. The rooms are very old-fashioned and the TVs are old. Most hotels have flat-screen HD TVs now. For the price of this hotel, it was relatively expected. We chose this hotel because we needed to be convenient to friends in Elgin, Bartlett and St. Charles. The location was a 20-30 minute or more trek to all of our friends homes. I swim as daily exercise and the pool was a total disappointment- more a play area for children with over half of it less that 2 feet deep and a giant mushroom fountain in the […] middle that was in the way of any lap swimming. The rooms were large but the windows don't open, and our air conditioner sounded like a jet engine when it ran, so we were uncomfortably warm at night. i reported ants in pool area twice and no towels and still no help or cleaning was involved.they didn't turn on waterfall for the kids.that's all that was wrong,basically.

We stayed there following a wedding reception, and were pleased that the rooms were clean, comfortable and actually pretty large also.

This was a great place to stay. Everything was better than expected. This was very close to event we were going to at Hemmens. The bathroom was large and very modern. I would stay here again.

I was there for a conference. Hotel was nice, clean, restaurant/bar was great. Friendly staff. Only complaint-maybe the hotel was full, but I was the farthest room from the elevator....it was a task carrying all my stuff down several hallways. Would recommend and stay again.

The hotel was right off the highway. Very nice inside. Restaurants were very good. Beds could have been a little firmer. Too mushy for me. Otherwise the service was excellent.
