I've got standard high quality service in this hotel, which I frequently use for my travels to Brussels. It is conveniently located near the North train station, which has good connections with the Brussels International Airport. It has free Wi-Fi connection (with the limitation for data transfer).

Great location with metro station just outside back entrance to hotel. Friendly staff with a warm welcome. I will definitely use this hotel again.

The hotel is a 15min. taxi ride from the train station The hotel is very nice and luxurious.The staff is very friendly and helpful, they gave us a map and told us about some of the special events that were going on in the area since areas were still decorated for the holidays.The interior is decorated with Gustav Klimpt paintings and colors. The room […] is spacious with high ceilings, very modern with a big bathroom. Out the back door of the hotel is a main street with shopping, food, you name it and the train station is across the street. All of the main attractions are within walking distance. The Crown Plaza Le Palace a is a great 4 star hotel in a very central area only a short walk to the Grand Place.I found the room very confortable and in surprisingly good condition for a hotel that has opened its doors in 1908.If you enjoy a mix of old and new thats the place for you!(large corridoors and a very large reception entrance!) I found a […] few negative points in the housekeeping side but I suppose its hard to keep such a big place in top condition.Breakfast service was quite good! We really liked the old fashioned features of the hotel, its grand corridors and marble floors. The room was a good size, furnished with modern furniture and a very comfortable bed. Unfortunately it was far too hot. We could not turn down the heating and needed to open a window. A waste of energy ! Hotel employees were extremely helpful & cordial. We booked a triple, and were put in a double. The original double was an inside room, and being winter, the AC was turned off, and heat on. We were very uncomfortable and barely slept. By the next evening, an outside room was prepared for us with a cot for our daughter to join us. Overall, the room was […] spacious enough for three adults and temperature wise much more comfortable. The only issue we had with housekeeping was they would not always refill the items used, such as shampoo, shower cap, etc. However, if you needed anything you could get it at the front desk. Wifi was excellent and free. Location was excellent for our purposes, we wanted to be close to our daughter's apartment and we were within two blocks. Walkable to the Grand Place as well as post office, supermarket, banks, restaurants and major shopping area. Super close to metro, walkable to bus station. While I don't plan to visit Brussels again, if I were to, I would definitely stay here again. Devamı

Lovely hotel with very helpful staff and a really nice spread for breakfast. I really couldn't fault the place. Though if you are to book this hotel (and you can afford to) it's worth paying for the executive rooms as the view is much better.

My partner and I really enjoyed staying in this hotel. It's close to the centre of the city and easily reached from the train station by tram. The room was really comfortable and we would definitely recommend the breakfast buffet, which had a lovely selection of foods (including tasty Belgian waffles!). We would definitely stay here again.

We arrived for a short weekend break late on Friday afternoon. We had travelled using Eurostar and found the subway connection from Gare du Midi to virtually the doorstep of the hotel to be very convenient. We were efficiently shown to our room, which was clean and modern in its look. Free Wi-Fi access was available in our room, which was located on […] the sixth floor. Our bathroom included a bath with an overhead-shower facility. We did not make use of the breakfast, as this looked rather expensive, especially when there was a number of cafes nearby. Had a lovely time, check in was swift and easy, all the staff on reception were always very happy, friendly and polite whenever we needed anything. If you're a non French speaker like my other half, this was never a problem. Rooms clean, spacious, comfortable, well stocked with toiletries, fresh towels etc. even the cleaners in the morning were happy […] and friendly! 2 English TV channels and could complain about our view but we didn't go to sit in our room watching TV or looking out of the window!!! Lovely chaps behind the bar downstairs. Location is great, beautiful botanic gardens right outside the front door. Metro station 1 min walk away (if that). Excellent place to stay at. Handy with the Brussels North railstation, Just a 5 minute walk from the station. Metro station just around the corner. Within walking distance of the town centre, took us 15 minutes taking it slowly and looking at all the lovely buildings on the way. Food in the hotel was really good. We were pleased with our choice of this hotel. Rooms were of good quality, breakfast was excellent and the service was good. The hotel isn't far from the city centre attractions (in fact probably closer to walk then take a taxi as the route takes you 'around' the centre before dropping you off). We wouldn't hesitate staying here again.

Seems primarily to target business travellers, but also ideal for other visitors. Just across the road from the main shopping street, and about a 10 minute walk through there to the Grand Place and restaurant areas. Large car park right next to hotel (Rogier) is good; bright, clean, secure and only around €15 for 24hrs.

Very good price, amazing quality (breakfast was very good!) and they have a very nice and pleasant bar on the ground floor...very good option for a weekend out in brussels!

The staff were excellent, very accommodating and friendly. Great location, with a metro station just across the street and a ten minute walk from the Grand Place. I slept really well, even on a sofa bed (thank you soundproofed rooms)!

The hotel provided early access to the room following a short notice change of hotel. The area was great for a range of restaurants and shopping all within a few minutes walk. The breakfast was excellent with a diverse range of tastes accounted for.

Looks very business class, facilities and equipment is very decent. Internet is free and everywhere. Free drink water and coffee in the room (there was an electric tea pod). Good for busy people. A bit expensive but the room gave very good comfortable feeling so that trip wasn't spoilt. it's worth of its money.

The hotel was situated really well for access to all modes of transport and near walking distance to the spralling shopping streets. Situated across the street from the Botanical Gardens made a sunny morning walk a nice touch, missed by the other popular hotels in the bustling centre. We only used the hotel for breakfast - which was a simple, but a good quality experience..a recommended filler for the shopping, sights and beer tasting day ahead. We didn't use the restaurant in the evenings as so many other places to check out... The staff were attentive and genuine to any needs and requirements. They made our snap decisions to get or do things so easy. The hotel is clearly a favourite of the business users locally & foreign and it's easy to see why with efficient check in and out...Small ,but so easily a missed opportunity in the memories of countless travellers. Hotel was nice and clean. Reasonably close to town (about a 20 minute walk down the shopping street) and very close to a metro station that will take you to Gare du Midi. The staff was very friendly and helpful (in both French and English, and I'm sure Dutch as well).

The Crown Plaza seems to be a great place to stay whenever we travel abroad. Great rates. This hotel was just minutes from the old plaza and right next to train station.

Very pleasant stay in the hotel that is very well located vis-a-vis the old center of Brussels. Room was comfortable and the beds as well. Breakfast was wonderful, with good selection of everything (though you might wonder why on earth there was only one sugar jar for the whole breakfast area). Bathroom was clean and well equipped, although some towels […] had holes so not up to par to the overall quality of the hotel. We would give an overall rating of the hotel of 4.5. A very good hotel except for the shower, the design of which is absolutely ridiculous. I would give this hotel a 5 if not for the shower and lack of hot water.

Hotel room was very nice and was very well placed for the centre of the city. Slept like a log which is always a good sign for a hotel. View from the room was rubbish (a wall about 2 metres away) but the room was still light and attractive.
