Extended Stay Deluxe Orlando - Convention Center - Pointe - Orlando

Excellent hotel, staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was large, very clean and comfortable. All items were well supplied, a very nice breakfast bar. Excellent value for the money. I would highly recommend this hotel for a night or a extended stay!

If you are looking for a nice place to stay without complication, quick check in and check out in the best spot of Orlando, have more thna 5 peoples + a dog (little) this is your place to stay. Free continental breakfast and more

We stayed there 2 nights before cruise and one night after cruise. Room has everything you could want.very clean

We arrived in Orlando very late and tired. Check in was quick and efficient. Our room was very nice. It had a small kitchenette, sitting area, king size bed, make up area and bathroom. It was comfortable and convenient to shopping, restaurants and Orlando attractions. There were also restaurants within walking distance. We sat out by the pool on Friday […] afternoon but found it cold when it was supposed to be heated. Other than that, great stay and would recommend hotel. Devamı

Horribly disappointed with breakfast ... Location was good

Had a nice stay there. Quite close to Universal attractions. Provided with free continental breakfast and it was good.

This hotel is in a great location. The rooms are spacious but the hotel is old and needs a facelift. My biggest issue was that I was in Orlando on business and the wireless wasn't working in my room. I made 2 phone calls to the tech support center that lasted a total of over 2 hours but they couldn't resolve the problem either. I was there for 11 days […] and everytime I had to access the internet I had to go to the lobby which wasn't very conveinent for work. Also, I had a very a early flight. When I asked the guy @ the front desk to call me a cab he called one of his buddies. It took him 30 minutes to get to the hotel to pick me up ad when he arrived he had another passanger in his van. When we got to the airport, he charged me $45. I gave him $60 and he said he didn't have change. If you need a can for early in the morning make sure you book it the night before and tell them who to book it with...don't let the front desk people call their friends. The hotel is dirty with smelly corridors, smelly rooms. As an example, I found a gecco in the sink. The people at the reception are hardly polite and not helpful when asking a question (e.g. where can I find an abercrombie shop - the answer was "I do not buy T shirt above 10 USD and cannot help you". The internet does not work. The breakfast is limited […] and untasty. I travel a lot and this is the worst hotel I ever stay ! Devamı

I stayed at this hotel so I can have easy expressway access and the comfort level far exceeded my expectations. I plan to stay here again on my next Orlando Trip. It's convenient to shopping, dining and sites.

Excellent location convenient to Universal, Sea World, etc. More than adequate accomodations, comfortable bed, clean room. The kitchen was nice. Pool and spa area was lovely, well-attended and clean. However, the TV was old and the picture was actually blurry. Tissues and toilet tissue were cheap quality. Breakfast was really lacking - not enough tables […] or chairs for any size group; no eggs, yogurt, fruit...but for extended stay purposes most people bring their own food supplies anyway, and there's a supermarket not too far away. When considering this hotel you have to consider what is important to you. Does it have a pool, yes, smoking rooms, yes. The beds were a little hard for my comfort style, but not overwhelmingly so. The tv swiveled back and forth from the couch to the bed which was pretty cool, but there weren't a lot of channels. Who cares though, you're in Orlando! […] The most important thing about this hotel was its location. It was very close to theme parks, as well as fun night life. We walked to the IceBar Orlando, as well as to the Sleuth's Mystery Dinner Theater. The pool was small, but refreshing on a hot day. Had a blast! Devamı

The room and bathroom wee smaller than anticipated. Flat screen TV and queen beds advertised but the TV was old school with limited channels and the beds were only full size. It was essentially just a big room with different areas. The kitchen was nice but the bathroom was extremely small to the point that it was difficult to get in and shut the door. […] The vanity area had only one sink. Closet space was nice however with two good sized closets. The hotel is older but well maintained. Pool area nice but very basic. Location was great...within 100 feet of IDrive and the IDrive trolly. The free breakfast was on the weak side with nowhere but the outside pool area to sit so we took the breakfast back to the room. Devamı

Unfortunately I had to start making a list of "bads" shortly after arrival. Hallways looked like they hadn't been vacuumed in a long time and they stayed like that the 8 days I was there. I had to call the front desk several times over my stay because of the noise!!!!! The walls are paper thin. I could here the kids running in the hall, the folks in […] the next room, every door that was closed and it sounded as if the people upstairs were going to fall through the ceiling and join us at any time. Out of 7 nights I slept 4. I had to ask for toilet paper 2 times. There were no pads and pens avail. next to the phone for writing down directions etc., and whatever you do don't make a phone call outside of 407 area code it's $1.00 per minute!!!! 30 minute phone call - 30.00 dollars!!! I have been going to Florida yearly for the past 20 years and this is the worst experience I have ever had. The continental breakfast was non-existent half the time. Devamı

When I checked into the hotel.. I noticed the carpet behind the desk and the carpet in hall as I was going to my room was sorta dirty....which made me sorta apprehensive..but when I got on the the room I was VERY satisfied...bathroom and kitchen was CLEAN and the carpet in the room.

The hotel was conveniently located near attractions and restaurant and entertainment area. Front desk staff could have been a bit friendlier. Furniture and counterspace clean although carpet felt humid and dirty. We only stayed 1 night to visit a water park the next day but will come again and would recommend this hotel to others.

The room was great with lots of room and a kitchen. The only things that need inprovement are: only 1 person at the front desk and taking 15 minutes to check in; and, the entire hotel smells like cigarettes.

The beds are hard as a rock, the desk clerk at night didnt care to hear what you have to say after you check in. The room was dirty, I was disappointed to be very honest. I will not stay here agin.

Although the hotel is a little worn, it's a good value for the money.

Hotel room was clean and free of bugs. Wonderful view and staff were courteous and helpful.

I have stayed in several Extended Stay Hotels in the Orlando area. This one was the worst, but saying that makes it sound bad, it wasn't really. It was Okay, but all the others have been in better shape. This time, I had no working hair dryer in my room, the TV had a glitch in it, which required me to play with it for a bit to get it to come on. This […] was a business trip, so I didn't get much time in the room, except to sleep, shower and grab a quick bit before leaving in the mornings. The Continental breakfast consisted for cereals, muffins, bagels and fruit, also milk & juices, sufficient. I had a King size bed with plenty of pillows, no back pain, so that was god. They all seem to be laid out the same with a pool in the center courtyard, laundry facilities on the ground level. Devamı

Well we were happy with the room and hotel staff....the morning breakfast was good but I would like to have had yogurt. The pool was great and the location was perfect for walking and sigh seeing the area.

i was great for the wknd spend it with family will recommend to friends the only problem the housekeeper didnt clean the room while we where there we where not informed that you have to pay extra if you want your room clean.

6일간 호텔에 있었는데요, 호텔이 새거라서 깨끗하거나.. 완벽한 시설은 아니지만, 지저분한것도 아니구요... 한국인이 지내기는 완벽합니다... 주방과 식기세척기, 전자 랜지가 있어서 해먹기도 편하구요, 도보로 5분 이내에 토니로마스, 데니스 등 식당도 있고, 술파는가게에서 음료를 싸게 구입도 가능합니다. 아주 좋아요....

Me gusto bastante el hotel. El unico inconveniente es que mi habitacion estaba cerca de la turbina de la piscina. es bastante ruidosa.

Eu sempre que vou a Orlando me hospedo neste hotel. Fica perto de tudo, atras do Visitor's Center na International Dr. e muitos restaurantes e lojas por perto. Central em relação aos parques da Disney e Universal. O tratamento das pessoas do Hotel é sempre muito bom. Os quartos acomodam com muito conforto dois casais. Recomendo sempre este hotel.
