Everything in hotel was good

The Yasmak Sultan was in a great location in Istanbul. It was close to all of the sights and in a neighborhood where you could walk around all of the time with lots of restaurants, etc. The staff was very helpful. The room was very clean. Great hotel in the middle of it all. Can easily access public transportation if your looking to venture out into other areas or for just coming and going from the airport. Otherwise many attractions are within walking distance. Staff at front desk are helpful. Breakfast was one of the best I have had at any European hotel. The worst thing I can say […] is that even though there are 2 elevators, we found ourselves sometimes using the stairs instead of waiting and the guest relations person/ concierge didn't come in daily. I must admit I was a little worried to book anywhere in Istanbul when previously I have had smaller than a shoebox size rooms before, and I was still worried till I opened the door and was pleasantly surprised :-) I had a double bed a big enough shower and found the room overall very comfortable. The hotel is excellently located to all attractions and […] the tram stopped just at the end of the road but I find it is completely un-necessary to have to catch a tram, train or taxi unless you need to get to the ferries or airport. And why wouldn't you want to walk the streets and gaze thru the wonderful shops as you make way upto Sultanahmet or the Grand Bizaare. Only dealt with one staff member and he was extremely helpful and anything he didn't know was able to give me an answer within minutes. Breakfast was ample and many restaurants nearby...all good...all willing to serve. I would have no problems in staying here again. Devamı

The Yasmak Sultan is located in the heart of the old city in Istanbul, a short walk from the Topkapi Palace. The hotel is an excellent base for walking tours of the old cities. We didn't have our evening meals in the hotel but the breakfast was good and was, for us, included in the room price. We didn't try to use too many of the hotel facilities […] and I think some of the them may have been under renovation. We spent most of the time wandering the streets of the old city. As a base for the tourist experience, the hotel is in an excellent location and represented good value when we booked. Devamı

Very nice hotel at excellent location. All major attractions are in walking distance. Very nice and helpful staffs. Great view from rooftop restaurant.Very pleased with my stay. Myo.

Hotel well located to historic places. Staff very friendly although communication sometimes was a problem.

Perfekt läge,nära sevärdheter,spårvagn och marknader.Vänlig engelsk talande personal.Enormt god ,varierande och välsmakande frukost.God mat och trevlig personal på restaurang Sultania. Gillade Istanbul jätte mycket trots låg temperatur och lite snö i januari.Väldigt många talar engelska. ordentliches hotel, sehr zentral, sehr freundliches personal, frühstücksraum mit tollem blick...

Very good location. Excellent morning buffet. Cafe is located in top of hotel & very nice view. You can see Iya Sofia & Bosphorus ... Swimming pool is so small but very impressive. All crews are very kind.... I got a good experience.

Hotelli hyvä ja vastasi hyvin kuvausta. Henkilökunta erittäin miellyttävää ja palvelualtista. Huone oli muuten ok, mutta jostakin syystä taisimme saada hotellin pienimmän huoneen, joka ahdisti jonkin verran joutuessamme peruuttamaan ja väistelemään toisiamme. Kaikki muut näkemämme huoneet olivat oleellisesti väljempiä. Koska hotelli ei ollut läheskään […] täynnä, saamamme minihuone hieman ihmetytti. Muuten sijainti ym asiat kunnossa. Devamı

Très bon hotel situé non loin des principales attractions touristiques de la pointe du sérail. Il est en outre à 20m d'une station de tramway pour rejoindre d'autres quartier. Le restaurant du dernier étage est également de qualité. On peut y jouir d'une très belle vue sur le bosphore et Sainte sophie. A hotel elhelyezkedésében kiváló választás, a svédasztalos reggeli és a panorámaétterem a kategóriának megfelelő. A kapott szoba 2 ember részére kicsi volt, ez kétségtelenül egyszemélyes szobának készült. A fürdőszoba mérete, kiváltképp a csap mérete elfogadhatatlan egy 4csillagos patinás szállodától.
