Good value. They were installing flat screen televisions in the rooms when we there and ours was just being finished upon check-in. The lobby is kind of cramped, but the workout room/cupboard/laundry area had more room. Friendly, accommodating staff.

Quick trip with daughter and granddaughters for a wedding on a weekend in Dallas/Fort Worth with an Air Show, Major League World Series game and a Cowboy's football at home game. Even though the suites were totally booked, they made a special effort to get our room ready and available before the 3 p.m. check in and the service was excellent - staff […] was courteous and very accommodating - would recommend to others and will stay here again. I normally only stay at omni or Hilton hotels because if I'm going to stay somewhere I should be relaxed and happy. I'm kind of picky and I will admit Im a brat sometimes. The hotel staff were excellent. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I'm not sure when the hotel was built but it looks newer and didn't have that old hotel smell. Great stay really felt at home

hotel was fine nothing spectacular but for the price it was nice.. 2 complaints, the towels felt like sandpaper and the double charged my credit card. other than that it was fine. would stay there again

Was disappointed that there was no swimming pool but otherwise everything was great. I wasn't there long enough.......needed more rest but we only had one night.

The front desk folks were very friendly and professional. The hotel is outdated and some things are quite aged. For example, the upholstery on the desk chair in my room had worn loose from the seat back, the TVs aren't flat screen, and the exercise equipment is old. In fact, one of the treadmills was out-of- order. Another gentleman came in to work […] out while I was on the treadmill, and after trying several machines, finally settled on an old StairMaster. The hotel is great- excellent facilities, convenient location and confortable rooms have always brought me back to Candlewood Suites through out the years. But the service at Fossil Creek is unbelievably poor. The gentleman working the front desk on the weekend was careless and rude- over and over again. He made a key for a stranger to access my room […] then yelled at me for not knowing who he was giving access to?? Terrible service will keep my business elsewhere. Devamı

I would definately stay here again. The staff was very friendly, the room comfortable and clean - super thick towels. We were only about 10 minutes away from wherever we wanted to go in the Stockyards and Stockshow.

Our room had a full kitchen (including dishwasher & plates in the cabinets. Though the room did not include breakfast, items to cook are available at the Candlewood Pantry for a reasonable price (pay by the honor system). Not the fanciest joint in town, but definitely a bargain.

There were two staff members that made this stay incredibly enjoyable...Patty and Mike!! I have to say I travel alot for work and I have never met two friendlier and more helpful staff members!! Gold stars for them! Always accomodating and helpful with anything we wanted to do!! I would stay at this hotel simply because they were so wonderful!!

The AC was rather loud. It took a few nights to get used to it. Ditto a clanking noise that the refrigerator made when it shut off. The shower dripped unless you turned the knob tightly. In short, deferred maintenance is evident. Also, the weekend desk clerk liked to make annoying comments whenever I came or left. Even so, I'll likely stay there […] again since the only other good options in the Fossil Creek area, with or without a full kitchen, tend to be a lot more expensive. This is decent enough. Devamı

We stayed at this same Candlewood 7 years ago and it has maintained its excellent cleanliness and atmosphere. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly.
