We were looking for an inexpensive hotel to stay at while we would be doing some shopping in the Portland area. This place had a great rate, and from the pictures seemed very clean and appropriate. The location was decent as you were only about 15-20 min away from Downtown Portland. The hotel is very much tucked away in somewhat of an industrial area, […] but looked clean and welcoming on our approach. The hotel lobby is small but clean, we were helped by a lady that checked to see if there was a room available since we were early. She did find us one on the main floor, which we weren't hoping for but we figured it was not such a big deal. She was nice enough, but nothing to write home about. So we went to our room, I think it was 133 and the second we walked in, we were hit with the biggest smell of smoke. I thought I had booked a non smoking room, and sure enough on the dresser there was a sign that said "NON SMOKING". We didn't want to make a fuss as we were very tired and just wanted to unwind and go for dinner. That night I found that the bathroom does not have a blow dryer, I had never come across that before. Also, the room did not have your standard small bottles of shampoo and conditioner, very inconvenient. Will stay elsewhere most likely. Devamı

The Gresham Police Department was on-site due to theft in the hotel. The entire hotel (hallways and rooms) reeked of cigarette smoke. I ended up not staying due to the safety and health issues.

Staff is extremely helpful and freindly, and the rooms very clean. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Very good deal for the cost

So every Sunday night I get to Portland for business work... so by the time I get in from where I live its 5:00 am so I sleep in the car or drive around, spend some money to wait to check in which is till 3pm. I told the nice lady on night shift I will be staying 4-5 nights every week & I leave Friday to see my kids for 2 days on the weekend. I told […] the woman I work grave yard until 630 am & don't get to sleep till 8:00 am . Check out is at 11am & I've checked out late once and this time she came banging on my door w/ a gentleman & said "check out is at 11am & you're still here! " I told her I have 4 more medium sized belongings and I'm out in less than 5 mins. She said to me soooo rudely "I DONT NEED THIS TO HAPPEN AGAIN AND YOU ARE TO NEVER COME BACK TO OUR HOTEL. SO HURRY AND GET YOUR THINGS!" You would think that a loyal customer who would be staying at your hotel you would have some courtesy or if a customer is late why couldn't you just ask to pay for another Day or atleast understand I would only get 2 hours of sleep and drive 5 hours back home to see my children just for 2 days? All my business trips this hotel was thee rudest. WHY DID I STAY? I LIKED THE KITCHEN SO I DIDNT HAVE TO EAT DRIVE THROUGH FOOD OR SPEND 20-30$ EVERY MEAL. Devamı

This stay was my fourth or fifth at the Gresham, Oregon, Extended Stay. The spacious studio room had a clean kitchen, and all the appliances worked well. The full-sized refrigerator helps for a multiple-day stay. The clerk when I checked in seemed to hate her job. She did not smile once, and she barely went though the motions of checking me in.

I stayed at this ESA for the 1st time on 3/1/12 &3/2/12 and found out as I was checking out that my car had been broken into and some things were stolen out of it.Theren is no security for your automobile here for there were at least! 2 other guests who also had been broken into and had things stolen.I also found out that this is not something new for […] this Extended Stay America hotel.Well needless to say,I will not stay at any ESA or affilate hotel in the future. Aside from the fact that the room smelled like urine, the hotel was ok. I've slept in worse, but I expected better.

This hotel was fantastic. I was quite surprised to find a kitchen in the room. I was not expecting to find an amenity like that at the price I paid. Excellent front desk service. Would definitely stay there again.

Stay here when I come to Portland, this trip I was disappointed. Asked for NON-SMOKING, got stuck in smoking room, no silverware in room, had to go to desk for that - found a hair on my pillow (not mine) Mattress was like a rock (should invest in better mattresses or at least some padding.

the hotel was fine. front desk not very friendly and confused by check-in process. the hotel was not close to my destination at all and not close to any thing else, except the highway.

This hotel was just off the freeway. There were several places to dine within a short distance. Safeway was a block away. We will stay there again.

While this hotel is not near downtown Portland, it was a nice place to stay. The kitchenette was convenient for us. Our room was large and spacious.

Price was very good, customer service was very good. Location was convenient for me, although being in an industrial area was a bit odd. Would have been nice to be able to walk to stores. Property is being kept in as best a condition as they can and keep the prices reasonable. I would stay there again, given the opportunity.

Convenient location right off Interstate 84. Rooms are clean and comfortable with full size fridge, stovetop, kitchen sink and microwave. Staff is very accomodating. Good safe parking-well lighted and clean. Restaurants and gas stations close by. Would definitely stay here again.

Pleasantly surprised with this self catering experience. Never frequented an Extended Stay, but would again without hesitation (pending reviews). Larger than average room, clean, comfortable, with all faculties functioning and just as importantly, quiet. Service excellent, hotel staff most helpful in locating nearby amenities and replacing wonky toaster. […] Also good at conveying information between shifts so one did not have to explain oneself again. While I did not have a pet it was nice to see that others could, and even nicer that there was no discernable evidence of previous pets in my room. Parking area and grounds immaculate and well lit at night. Location well sited on the eastern side of Portland OR. near highway (20 mins. downtown) and easy to 'head for the hills' or the Columbia Gorge which will inspire those seeking the majesty of the West. Finally, a five minute car journey takes you to the TriMet rail which is by far the best way to get into Portland Center a further 20 minutes away, you can even take a bike on board. Devamı

The hotel in general was fine. The front desk staff during check-in and check-out were exceptional. However, the room itself was too small and cramped, compared to the other hotels I had stayed in. The kitchen amenities were lacking. Smoke detector went off because of the lack of cooking equipment available. No fitness center or pool available either. The […] location is not bad. This is an Extended Stay, so it's not a full-service hotel but more like a full-service apartment. So if you like more room, kichenette and have a car then this place is perfect for you. Everything is clean and good. There's also an in-room coffee maker and a vending machine/ laundry downstair. If you are going to Portland and need a cheap clean place to stay - this is great. This would be a good one if you are moving to the area. There are grocery stores nearby to buy what you need if you are wanting eats in the room. Full size fridge, micro and stove top, and dishes with a small kitchen sink. Good access to the interstate.

有简单的厨房，特别好。对于在美国的中国人，最感不适应的是吃，能煮点东西吃比豪华更重要。紧靠I84公路，驾车出行方便。
