Hotels.com website said they have bassinet/crib, when I asked about getting one the guy at the front desk was rude and said they don't have cribs. Then the next morning room service knocked on our door four different times while the do not disturb sign was hanging on our door. The hotel seemed nice until we turned down the sheets and found blood on the sheets. I called down to font desks and was told I had to come down and get my own sheets and change my own bed. Not happy with customer service.

The Hilton Garden Inn- Beaverton is a fine hotel. I appreciate the loan of workout equipment I could use in the room and other extras provided.

They have wonderful lemon water in the lobby.

Almost everything about this hotel was great. The room was clean and modern, even included a small fridge and microwave. Check-in and check-out were quick and easy - check-out could be done from your room on the phone. They even offer exercise equipment that you can check out and use in your room. The only problem that we had was that neither my wife […] nor I slept well. The bed was comfortable enough - it even had an adjustment for firmness (although I could not feel any difference from one extreme to the other in the settings). The problem, I think, was temperature. The bed had a sheet and a very nice, plush comforter for covers. My wife and I prefer a cool room to sleep in, so we opened the window to cool the room down (the air-conditioning appeared to be disabled, being that it was December). The room was comfortably cool, but using the comforter was too warm, and using only the sheet was not enough. Consequently, we tossed and turned all night. If we had stayed more than one night, I'm sure that we would have figured out a solution to the problem and enjoyed our stay much more. Devamı

Very nice people, clean and comfortable room, great service and all the things you'd expect from a high quality hotel. My only problem was the noise from a very large group of kids on my floor.

Nice hotel reasonably priced, very nice clean room and near all shopping and close to acouple of nice gyms, if you like getting a good workout, "Edge" gym is the best. small bar, bartender not to knowledgeable. Bed's not as comfortable as I thought they would be.

Good hotel with great access to Tanasbourne Shooping Mall on Black Friday.

Looking for a comfortable and attractive hotel with easy access to Portland and surrounding areas? The Hilton Garden Inn fit the bill. The price was very reasonable. The room was very comfortable and clean. Plus the restaurant in the lobby was handy! These accommodations made my Thanksgiving visit with family and friends easy.

the perfect place to stay. staff was always friendly and helpful. enjoyed the 24/7 coffee/tea table. room was perfect. only suggestion, provide a continental breakfast. i was there for 4 days and to pay for the buffet breakfast wasn't a option but a continental breakfast would have been convenient and helpful.

Wonderful hotel & location; great price; we couldn't believe it was only 3 stars.

Nice location for access to major roads to go anywhere in greater Portland metro area. Friendly staff, quiet location. Room had still not been cleaned by 4:00pm after our first night, and we were to tired to wait longer, so room wasn't cleaned for 2 days. Otherwise, nice place to stay near Portland.

The cons: We reserved a room with 2 queen beds and a roll away bed. When we got to then hotel the front desk person that we talked to said that the room we reserved was unavailiable. Instead, she told us we could have a room with a king bed, a fold out couch and a roll away. However the catch was we could only have it for 2 nights out of our 3 night […] stay... After that we would have to go into a room with 2 queens only and our 5th person would be without sleeping accommodations since the hotel was full. We accepted the room offered to us since we were tired from driving over 10 hours from California. At the time this employee was not very helpful and seemed put out that we kept questioning her. When we spoke again regarding our room situation (the morning of the day we were either supposed to move in to the dual queen room) they told us it was fine for us to stay in the room we were already in. Although the outcome was fine, this whole debacle left us with an unfavorable feeling towards the front desk staff. Also, several requests to have the room serviced were also unheeded. When we asked to have the sheets on the pull out bed changed (it had crumbs and other debris on it) the front desk told us that they would have to charge us for it. Needless to say we had just checked in, it should have already been cleaned. They brought us new sheets for it but we had to change it ourselves. Unexciting suburban location but hotel offers a lot for the price. Large clean rooms and great adjustable beds.

We could not have been more satisfied. Everything Including a very pleasant staff made our stay very pleasant. Thank you

I enjoyed my stay and will return... Need a morning news paper next time and a bit louder TV in the room other then that everything was very nice!

We have stayed at this hotel and it was a good experience so when returning to the area we chose to stay there again. When we left we forgot something in the room and didn't realize it we were home, several hours after a late check out. Called and spoke with the desk manager on duty. Excellent service and very clean. We stayed with our 2 year old and they were very accommodating and friendly. We enjoyed our stay so much we are planning on making this our 'regular' Portland hotel.

Great hotel. Service was superb. We especially liked the blackout window shades and the great morning coffe downstairs.

This hotel is nothing extravagant (typical lower end corporate) but it is clean, comfortable, staff is very nice. Pool is small but good. Location is not not great (very suburbian, sterile suroundings). If you don't care about the high design and slightly remote location it is a very decent and comfortable hotel.

I was impressed at the price, and the fact that I didn't feel like quality was reduced, as a result of the low price. I have spent more at other hotels with much less quality and room size. This is close to everything in NW Beaverton/ Hillsboro, and right by highway 26, so a straight shot to the coast or downtown Portland. I have stayed here several times and absolutely love it. However the price has went from around 79 a night up to 189 a night and that is WAY to much to spend for a hotel room. I stay there for clinicals at OHSU and when I have a 7 am to 7pm shift back to back it is a great place to relax, but too spendy for a total stay of about 9 hours.

Bed was very comfortable.

This hotel was very nice. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Everything was neat and clean. It was nice to have an empty fridge for our own food. The water was actually hot, which is nice for a change. So many hotels only have lukewarm water now, so that was much appreciated! Love the free wifi and the breakfast was delicious! Room was clean, roomy enough for the 4 of us. Staff was helpful and friendly when needed them. The only down fall was a room near the elevator, hearing it during the early morning hours. And the alarm clock that went off at 4:00 a.m. We were not at the hotel long enough to utilize other amenities.

The heater in the room is very noisy, particularly at night when the thermostat kicks on, then the noise is very loud to the extent that you wake up. We complained to Maintenance and they say that it was the normal noise for a heater. The solution for us was to put the thermostat at night over 86 degrees for a while to maintain the room very warm and […] then turn off the heater altogether to avoid the noise of the heater at night Devamı

The lobby is wonderful very fast check-in with fresh baked cookies on the counter. The room was great. If we had a complaint it would be about the carpet in the halls(Made us dizzy). Restaurants are within walking distance. Nice centralized location.
