Extended Stay America Columbia - Columbia 100 Parkway - Columbia

The room wasn't very clean. The furnishings were cheap and there was no soap or shampoo. I realize this is an extended stay facility, but I was only staying one night and couldn't shower and wash my hair. For the cost of one night, I would expect this facility to provide the same amenities as other facilities. I wouldn't stay there again.

I got bitten both nights. At first I thought it was food allergies. Then it spread to my head. My friend Natasha also got bitten. I am not one to complain but sheets need to be changed daily. It is hygiene because these beds are used by different people throughout the year. This is just bad for a hotel. Throw out the mattresses.

The room was poorly stocked with utensils and dishes. I felt the room could have been furnishes nicer. The room had a sparse feeling. Considering the price I did not think this was a good value location.

We had two rooms. The rooms were dusty and smelly. Beds were extremely hard and the pillows were old with no "life" left to them. The chairs and rugs had stains.

Hotel front desk attendent not very friendly. was more worried about new phone he had and donuts another employee brought in to work

stinky, dirty, noisy, cheepest place by far

Pretty easy to find, clean front desk area, decent room, cheaper linens, towels, and dishware. Lots of breakfast options around as hotel doesn't provide these. Front desk closes at 11:00 pm, in case you get in late. Reception staff very friendly. Very quiet neighborhood.

My room had a cooking smell from prior occupant, that took half the night to go away, I had to leave the bathroom fan on all night to get rid of it. it was a very strong odor that was in my clothes when I left. Also had a night crawler(bug) in my bed in the morning. They are doing renovations on this hotel but it was still a pleasurable stay. Being from out of town we weren't familiar to the surroundings but the guy at the front desk helped us find restaurants and other stores.

I tried using the Hotels.com Extended Stay America Columbia - Columbia 100 Parkway service for the first time rather than using direct hotel web site to the larger hotel brands. The experience was horrible, when I got to the hotel the lobby was closed shortly after 11:00PM, so I was not able to check in. Room had only bars of soap - no hair dryer, shampoo, etc. Room was not nice and I would not stay here again. Only did b/c the area was booked up for a local golf event so I had no choice than to stay here or pay triple the cost somewhere else.

Not looking for much in a hotel when going to a show a MPP, but this one delivered nothing except for proximity, Room smelt of rotting death when we arrived and was a 1000 degrees. Obviously not cleaned very well, first blanket came right off in fear of catching a disease. Do yourself a favor and look else where!!!!!

The facility was clean and the hotel employees were pleasant. I would revisit this hotel.

The hotel was easy to access from the highway and close to a grocery store, gas station and several fast food places. The room could use more than one pot to cook with. And the water in the bathroom could have been just a little hotter.

Fairly disappointing experience-had to wit until 4 an hour afte check in time. The booking service posted complimentary breakfast but there wasn't a thing. Room was clean enough but that's all it had going for it.

This extended stay has an 80's feel. No bad but nothing to enjoy like other extended stays I've experienced. Thankfully the surrounding area is not bad (Bob Evans, Chick-fil-A), but the room itself has low ceilings and feels old. Bottom line: it works for business but would never want to stay in the room longer than to sleep and shower.

Hotel staff unfriendly. Reservation for 4 people, two queen beds. Staff tried to place us in one room, for 4 adults and 1 king bed. Staff did finally give an extra room at no additional charge. Check in at 3:00 pm, showed up at 2:50 and went to see about checking in and staff was rude and told us to wait 10 minutes. Apparently, 3:00pm was at shift change. […] Hotel was convienent to food and other attractions. Room was not very clean, hairs found on sheets and in bathroom. Room was not cleaned very well. Upon arrival, the room that I reserved was not available. Although I reserved a smoking room with a king, I was given a queen bed non-smoking room with the following problems: 1. There was no water in the tank of the toliet, so it could not be flushed 2. The shower made an outright hideous screeching sound when in use 3. No shampoo provided in the […] room 4. great room for long-term stay away from home

very nice staff, need more house keeping people... night staff need to be trained better to handle accidents

Maintenance is poor. Burn holes on kitchen countertop, bathroom towel rack coming out of wall. Halls smelled of heavy smoke. Room down the hall had a barking dog. I don’t mind a rough bed, but I have not ever stayed in a hotel that the room was not maintained!

Nothing comfortable about this hotel. Air conditioning made a lot of noise. Good location, but I expected more for the price.

I ordered a room with 2 doubles because it was my stepfather and me who was traveling. The result was a King sized room with a couch with pull out bed. The pull out bed was more uncomfortable than a gravel road. I asked for more pillows and they were all out. I asked to exchange rooms and they said they were book solid. As I was walking away, I heard […] the front desk clerk telling someone one the phone she had queen rooms available. It was a non-smoking room, but the entire 3rd floor smelt like an ashtray. On our way out, they were fixing sewer lines in the only exit out of the property. We had to wait until the made a gravel route out over the curb to the neighboring property.
