Just a short walk from All State Arena and plenty nice! I was very pleased with the in-room kitchen as well!!! I could not get the wireless internet to work though, but as far as the room, neighborhood and location went, very pleased!!!

The hotel was sufficient for the price and location was good since we were seeing a show at the All State Arena. The only turnoff was that our hotel room had a weird smell (musty/mold) and it appeared to be under construction with plastic over the windows and some yellow tape in the parking lot. The hotel staff was very friendly.

No breakfast, room had nice kitchen for extended stay. This hotel lets you keep pets and it smelled like it. Fine for the price. Front desk not 24hrs..Nice park across street. great location to Rosemont And O'Hare.

This experience was one of the worst area. I don't understand why you would offer smoking and non-smoking rooms when all the rooms contain a smoke smell that is so bad, its in everything in the room. There is no room service because you have to go to the lobby to get everything. I would definitely not stay here agin or recommend this hotel to anyone […] else. Devamı

crap. there were hooligans outside and all around the hotel entry. There was no security no attendant on duty in night. This is height of crap

everything is good! except the service of shuttle bus~ the operator's attitude was unsatisfactory! PLEASE BE NICE!!!!!!!!!

I had reserved and paid for a Non-Smoking Room and stressed to them that we have an infant. We arrived late at night and the lady at the desk didn't speak a single word of English. We checked into our room and the smell of smoking was everywhere. In the morning, I went to the front desk and VERY NICELY asked the manager if she can switch our room since […] it is a Smoking one. She was very rude and those were her exact words: We don't have any rooms left and if you don't like this room, you are welcome to check out and find another hotel. I was shocked. As I was talking to her, there were at least 3 other angry customers with similar problems. I called Hotels.Com and while I was on the phone they talk4ed to this same lady, who within 2 minutes said she had another similar room availabe. I could't understand how she was not willing to help me without having to go through a hotels.com complaint. The second room they gave us was good, to be fair. But, this hotel didn't have ICE nor breakfast. We stayed for 3 days and I had interactions with 4 people at the fronk desk, and only ONE of them spoke English. I was once an immigrant as well and had to learn English, and I think if you are going to do front desk customer service, you have to be able to speak some simple English. We made reservations and paid for a King size non-smoking room. When we arrived, we were told a king size non-smoking was not available. We could have a smoking king or a queen, we said either was fine, but we paid for a King, so I wanted the difference back. She said she charged me for the Queen and put us in a non-smoking queen room. We got to the […] room and it said non-smoking, and the bed was indeed a queen, but the room WREAKED of smoke. I am not usually sensitive to the smell, but this was so bad I had to go to the store and get some spray. At check out we got our receipt and noticed we were charged for the King. We tried to get them to reimburse us the difference, but they just kept making excuses. Finally we gave up since it just wasn't worth it and the weekend was so terrible, I just wanted to go home. When I arrived, I was told I had to wait 45 minutes for the shuttle. When the driver arrived, she asked how long I had been there which I told her. She said next time I should ask to speak with the driver directly because she could have easily come to pick me up sooner. This was frustrating given the late hour and having to watch all the other hotel […] shuttles recycle through at least twice during my wait time. Devamı

Hotel room was clean which is important to us. I was concerned about noise from airplanes because we were so close to the aiport but this wasn't an issue. We enjoyed the fact we could park our car and take the shuttle to the airport to ride into the city on the Blue Line. Only drawback is it would have been a lot quicker in my opinion to take us to […] the Rosemont stop insead of O'Hare. The bed wasn't the most comfortable but I slept all right so it couldn't have been too bad. We needed to run the air because even though it was32 degrees outside at night the ambient room temperaure was warm. I read some of the other reviews and I don't understand why they had an issue with the neighborhood. Walk diaganol across the intersection to the park and the neighborhood behind the park. It was a clean and safe place to walk. For the price I would stay here again Devamı

Overall, nice property with decent amenities and a very clean room. However, two gripes: 1. Yes, in today's age, 95% of travelers have laptops with a wireless modem. For the other 5%, to access their wireless service, you will need to "go to a local electronics service and purchase a device." 2. "We don't provide wake up calls. The location of this hotel is very convenient to O'Hare. Overall the hotel was a nice stay, quiet, friendly help. I would stay here again.

We had booked double non smoking room but the lady at the counter said non smoking room was not available!! I showed her the print from hotels.com and she said, hotels.com don't confirm with us while giving you a confirmation. This was a shock.. She tried to convince to accept the smoking room but I denied since we had our six weeks infant with us. […] Finally, she agreed to give us 2 separate non smoking rooms and promised not to charge for that extra room. The hotel stay started on this bad note :-( Overall, the stay was okay. Hotel is very close to I-90 and 294. Also, very close to the airport if you are planning to spend a night before your air-travel. Devamı

Shuttle driver was more interested in his girlfriend than the guests. Room was out-dated, beds were hard and uncomfortable, towels extremely small. Neighborhood is not the greatest so don't walk around after dark. Very noisy neighborhood. Desk clerks don't speak very good English.

I was very please with my stay....although there was a little problem with the commode running alot everything else was very satisfying...the staff all were very friendly, polite and helpful. The gym however was not within walking distance like we were told.

My boyfriend and I stayed here when we came to Chicago for a concert. We didn't have a car, so we had to walk everywhere. It is close to restaurants and a Target, which is very nice. However, when walking, we had to cross in front of some shady looking apartments (3 blocks) at night, though we had no problems. The room was very clean and the bed was […] fairly comfortable. It has a good size fridge, sink, and stove, which could come in handy. There was no pool, which was a bummer. The hotel also offers a shuttle to the airport and complimentary vouchers for taxi service back from the airport. The only downfalls were no pool, room could stand to be updated just a tad, and the nighttime front desk clerk didn't speak English very well at all (daytime clerk was extrememly nice and helpful though!) We stayed at the Extended Stay America which is right next door to the Extended Stay Deluxe (thank god!) We asked for a couple of extra pillows for our room and I had to go downstairs to get them myself. Not that I'm lazy, but I'm used to someone bringing those things to me when I'm in a hotel. We had forgotten our corkscrew and the front desk didn't […] have one. Thank god the Extended Stay Deluxe had one! Of course, when I asked the front desk of our hotel for one, it seems that they would have given me that information right away. Instead, I tried all kinds of things to try and remove the cork without using a corkscrew. I finally had to give up and I called down to the front desk and asked about whether they thought Deluxe had one and she said, "Yeah, they do." Why she didn't tell me that when I first asked her about a corkscrew is beyond me. Other than that we had a good stay. Devamı

Everything is ok, but i asked for non-smoking room, but they have one with smoking and just labeled it as non-smoking. Thats really cheating which made my stay miserable and it made all other facilities as useless one

clean, quiet, good layout. liked the little kitchen. if i was staying for more than a day or two, the kitchen supplies would have been too sparse, but i'd definitely stay there again.
