The room is large with kitchenette, the room was very clean but it smelled musty, carpet was not to clean, and the bedspread smelled like it was used several times, not bad, but they need to pay more attention to details.

Don't forget to bring your own hair dryer and Shampoo. I had to go out at 10PM to find some.

Hallway's smelled like bad kitchen disasters, room was very worn, has not been remodeled in a long time, should have booked a Day's Inn or Comfort Inn for the same money and not had to put up with bad smell's from other people's "cooking".

With the exception of some hotels that I have stayed at in Asia, this is the worst hotel I have stayed in. When I opened the door to the room, a very heavy odor of "toilet" over came the room. there was a huge white stain in the carpet when the toilet had run over into the carpet, then you could see where they tried to cover it with some type of powder. […] I opened up the windows and tried to air out the room. I finally called the desk and they came up after several calls to them. The front desk girl walked in the room and started gagging and ran out. I was moved to a new room after being told the hotel was sold out. The new room had long black hair on the counters, and in the bed. Bedding had not been changed. There was a rip in the comforter that was over 4" long. I dont think I have ever seen that filthy of a hotel in the USA, and especially in San Jose, CA. Please dont stay here. Price was good, van drivers very nice and helpful, room clean and comfy but small, informative staff...could have used more hlep with my luggage-traveled with 2 checked bags a backpack and a cat and almost missed the van trying to get it all to the pick up station by myself.

Good service, fair price

Needed to stay several nights in the Milpitas area new work. The hotel is next to an area with a Safeway and restaurants. Used the kitchenette both nights. Basic kitchen with stove top and microwave and plates, cups, pans and silverware. No oven - which is fine for my short stay. The "0" and "1" buttons were broken on the Microwave which made it interesting […] to use. The hotel should consider adding a paper towel holder and a roll of paper towels like other extended stay hotels do. Room and bed were clean and comfortable. I'd stay a again. They charge $5 for Wifi access for your entire stay. Devamı

Appear to be quite a few longtime residents. Consequently, the hotel is fairly run down and smelled of cat pee. The staff was exceptional and it felt like dorm life.

The pillows are too small that even if you put the two pillows together, they are not enough for one person not to talk of two adults. My head continued hitting the headboard

Okay so we got to the hotel and it was in a quiet clean neighborhood right off the freeway. Check in was fairly easy. We got the option of picking between two rooms, either the 1st or 2nd floor. The 2nd floor was a disabled room, which we figured would be a little bigger and spacious, so we agreed and went ahead with that one. We got into the room, […] everything was failry neat and organized. Although we werent content with the room. After using the restroom, the toilet made this really loud and annoying noise. After walking back to the bed I noticed a couple of blood looking stains on the floor (about 2 mid size dots). Those 2 dots were enough to make us change rooms --really grossed us out. So then we grabed all our things and went back down to request a room change. The receptionist was really nice and extremely understanding. So we made the move to the 1st floor. On our way to the first floor the carpet was very dirty looking, it was in desperate need of a wash and the hallways smelled like fish (someone must of been cooking) as all the rooms have a kitchenette. Once we got the room everything looked cleaned and organized but I'm an extremely Clean person and noticed some of the bathroom appliances could have used some extra cleaning. Devamı

My stay was ok, the staff was nice and maintenance did a great job fixing a drain. However, the cleanliness of the room needs improvement. The bathroom sink and floor were dirty. The cabinets in the kitchenette had a foul odor, and the windows did not open and close easily. Would probably not stay there again.

It's an extended stay so it kind feels like an apartment building rather than a hotel. People live there and act like it. So you may hear loud talking or whatever. Bed was not comfortable. They nickel and dime you- $4.99 for not so great internet service. Location was okay, Close to food and stuff- walking distance. I probably would not stay there again. […] I wanted a typical quiet hotel room not a pseudo apartment building. On the plus side, they do have a full kitchen- burners, toaster, coffeemaker, I think there was a stove, microwave, full fridge and it was clean. Devamı

I'll be back for sure... it's goin to become a meeting spot for myself and some friends who all live 500 miles away from eachother........ Good times!!!

When I first saw the room, I was amazed. For the price I paid, I felt that I really got my money's worth. Room was spacious,enjoyed the kitchen which was practically fully equipped. Bathroom was well upkept. The laundry room on site was a good size with enough machines to go around. The only issues I had concerning this hotel was that they didn't offer […] any breakfast, not even continental. Even though the rooms have kitchens, not everyone wnats to cook when they're out of town. Also, there were no ice machines. But, the freezers had some big ice trays in it. Overall, I couldn't have asked for better accomodations. I highly recommend this place if you would like the comforts of home away from home. Devamı

It started with a key card that was difficult to use, a window that would not stay open and had been removed from it's frame by the previous tenant. Our room wasn't ready, the kitchen was dirty. The beds are hard and the front desk charged me for internet access twice. I'd rather spend another few dollars and get a functional room.

Too bad the service was practically inexistent. One concierge for more than 250 rooms was not enough. no check-in/check-out service; no breakfast.

The tc stopped working durring our stay and the guy at the desk couldnt fix it, or find us a empty room. But my husband managed to fix it. The bed was terriblly hard and uncomfortable. They only supplied us with 2 pillows and when we asked for 2 more they were all out. I will never go back there!

Extended Stay Hotel was very comfortable and the accomidations were veryconvenient with the in-room kitchen. It was a little home away from home.

It is really worth for $$$. Did some small time cooking which really saved some $$$... so my net expenditure for the trip was low. Neat and spacious

If you're going to be here for a while this is a great choice. Having a kitchen with amenities is useful for preparing food, storing and reheating leftovers. If you're near the elevator, it can be a little bit loud, but not bad enough to disturb sleep.

It was a nice stay and very convenient.
