TO START THE HEADBOARD ON THE BED WAS BROKE! SO EVERYTIME YOU SAT OR MOVED ON THE BED IT WAS BEATTING ON THE WALL LOUD! TRY TO TAKE A SHOWER IN THE MORNING AN THE WALLS SOUNDED LIKE A BOAT WAS ABOUT TO COME OUT OF THE WALL LOUD AS HELL AT 8am!!! THEN THE WATER STOPED WORKING IN THE SHOWER!!! THEY TRYED TO CHANGE MY ROOM 3 TIMES AN TWO OF THE TIMES THE […] NEW ROOM WAS NOT CLEAN AN REAL DIRTY WHEN WE GOT TO IT WITH ALL OF OUR BAGS!!! (REAL MAD) THEN I GET TO THE 3rd ROOM AN ITS CLEAN AN THE SHOWER WORKS, BUT NOW THE TV IN THIS ROOM ONLY GETS ABOUT 5 CHs AND THE REST WONT COME IN AT ALL AND THE ALL LOOK LIKE SNOW!!! I CALLED THE FRONT DESK AN IT WAS NEVER FIXED!!! SMH I USE TO LIKE STAYIN THERE! BUT NOW I WILL NEVER STAY OR RECOMMED THE EXTENDED STAY AMERICA AGAIN!!!! Devamı

Room is clean. Bed is comfy. The little kitchen & full size refriggerator is very convience.

key access to side entrance did not work

I did not know that there is no maid service unless you want to pay an additional fee. I'm glad we were only there 2 nights.

The room was realy clean it was confortable and the price was better

This was the alternate hotel I was changed too because of an over booking. When I first arrived it sounded like the desk clerk was on the phone with a fellow employee about a cell phone, maybe it was a customer after she said something about being hauled out by the police. When I got to my room I thought someone had just left out smoking the smell of […] cigerette smoke was so pungent in the air...and this was with the window to the room open. When I sat on the bed to take my shoes off I noticed several burn holes in the comforter. We only stayed the night but for what it is was I wouldn't stay again. Devamı

I jave stayed at many hotels so for the price I didn't expect such a great hotel but I was impressed its by a couple restaurants in n out red robin etc. The hotel it self is nice its in a quiet location you walk in and loby is nice friendly staff and the rooms are adorable you walk in and they have little kitchens which is a cute little added perk Very […] clean and you feel comfortable! I'll recommend it to anyone looking for something cheap and worth it. I'll definitely stay here again Devamı

The staff was nice and pleasant. I like the fact that the beds were clean and comfortable. Kitchenette is very convenient. I just think that at least the basic stuff..like providing clean towels should be done by the hotel stuff and not have the guest get their own towels. otherwise...it was a very convenient and affordable place to crash to sleep […] . The only reason I would stay at this hotel in the future is if I am traveling with my dog and can't find other dog friendly lodgings in the area. Poor location, shampoo not provided, no breakfast, rooms cleaned only once a week (unless you pay extra). This is a place for construction workers to live while on short-term projects. Eliu was very courteous and did everything in his power to try to get us into a room as quickly as he could. I would definately say that he went above and beyond his duties in dealing with me and all of the customers I saw come in and out of the hotel for the 2 1/2 hours I was waiting in the lobby for hotels.com. I did see a cockroach in our room that […] is the only reason I gave the cleanliness a 3, the bed was what you expect out of a hotel bed, a bit springy, but sheets were clean and floor was clear of debris and shower was clean, fresh towels were neatly hung and there was new soap next to the shower for us. I would stay at this hotel again. For the price, it is a steal. We had a huge king size room with a kitchenette. I would probably stay a few days next time and bring my kids. It is a good vacation spot and even the permanetent/resident guests all seemed to be courteous and friendly. I would reccommend this hotel to my friends and family. Devamı

Not much on extras; plan ahead with coffee, etc. Good price in the area we stayed.

THIS WAS A NICE HOTEL TO STAY AT. MY ONLY COMPLAINTS WERE THE TOWELS. SEEMED A LITTLE CHEAP AND DIDN'T DRY TOO WELL. SO MAYBE YOU SHOULD BRING YOUR OWN.

Sink in bathroom had cigarette burn marks and kitchenette had coffee drippings inside the cupboard doors.
