I stayed at this hotel with my family for a nice getaway weekend! There were 6 of us sharing 2 rooms. On the website there was a request for 1 or 2 beds per room. I requested 2 beds per room, as we had 3 adults in each and needed that 2nd bed. When we arrived at the hotel, I was informed that this hotel only had rooms with 1 bed. They were unwilling […] to do anything for us. So, we had our two rooms with only 1 bed in each and some of us had to sleep on the concrete hard floor. It was also told to me that the hotel was aware of this glitch on the website, and they were "trying to get it fixed". Needless to say, I was extremely disappointed in their lack of response and empathy to my situation. Also, during our two night stay, our microwave broke, we didnt have enough towels, no cleaning/housekeeping service, the spa was broken, and they were in the middle of rennovations. It was a great price, but a crappy deal. I would not stay here again! Devamı

This was the 1st time we stayed at this location and we were very happy and surprised at how nice it was! Our room was like a mini apartment, kitchen, open up couch bed. lots of closet space, great bathroom and shower head. Nice pool and jacuzzi! Staff was nice and cool! Only thing we didnt have was a flat screen TV. But the lady at the front desk told […] us they were in the process of replacing the old tv's with new flat screens. They should have the new tvs in place by next week! The coolest thing about this Candlewood Suites was they have free washers and dryers so you can wash your clothes. Also the fitness center is great! We really enjoyed our stay at this facility and definately want to stay their again! The only negative is that our carpet had some stains and looks like it could be replaced! But that was a minor negative! Great place to stay! Devamı

Just overprice for what you get!

utensils, pots pans all included, very spacious and well laid out.

I got this place reserved on Dec. 30 for new years eve cause i wanted a clean place to stay and not have to pay for a $60 cab ride or more for a ride back to the north valley. Totally worth my money and got to the block party easy. Place is surrounded by places to eat and didn't have any signs of mold or bugs. Happy to spend nothing for one night and […] use a bed. I loved the cleanliness of the entire hotel, the room was very nice and comfortable, the location of the hotel was conveniently located near a mall and a variety of restaurants.....and very easy to locate. I will come back to stay here next time I travel to the Phoenix area.

I know the price is a tad high but compared to other spots it woth spending. I enjoy coming to this spot because it has all the stuff I need. It's got the kitchen, the utensils, the complimetary internet. A fresh and easy and walgreens down the street, a mall across the street. This is a 2 star hotel, so be realistic and don't expect a whole lot more. It fit the billing since it was clean, and tidy inside and out (but don't look under the bed). The kitchenette and appliances make this a better option than many other hotels in this price range, especially if you are spending several days. The hotel pool was a little too out […] in the open for our liking; in the parking lot facing a very busy street (Baseline). Perfect for our needs.

Love this hotel...Very close to everything and all the comforts of home. Stay there everytime we visit Phoenix.

This hotel was convenient for due to the fact that I was in town for 4 days. It had all the neccesities, fridge, microwave, sink, it was just like having a studio apt. All I had to do was just a few groceries and I was satisfied the whole stay. They even supplied kitchen utensils. The bathroom was very large as well. The only downfall I really hated […] was that they didnt come take the trash out in your room the whole stay. So my trash stay in the room the whole 4 days I was there. Considering you get a kitchenette complete with dishes, coffeemaker and a fridge, access to a small pool and jacuzzi and workout room, its a good deal. Located near a mall, grocery store, etc. Only complaint is that the decor f the rooms looks pretty old and it smells of disinfectant. It was also quiet-thats important!

adequate, fairly clean/towels small thin, bring your own if u r driving. bed clean enough, no obvious evidence of bed bugs. cheap, clean, central, near restaurants/wholefoods etc

It was an ok hotel adn I can see why people woudl stay longer with its suite facilities, but the fridge was really noisy and when you have come on an intercontinenatal flight and want to sleep, having this very large noisy fridge in the same room as you is not ideal. Comfortable, but the swimming pool was in the front parking lot.

We really enjoyed our time at the Candlewood Suites in Tempe - very clean and close to many nice activities and restaurants. Thank you all for making our stay a nice one!

Used this hotel for a golf tournament. The front desk clerk allowed for a later check out since the golf tournament would run later than noon. Also showed me a one bedroom set up for future visits. Will stay there again when in the area!!

This is our second stay at this hotel. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and spacious. We all slept soundly! The location is wonderful for us--close to Kiwanis Park, shopping, and groceries. The "pantry" is a wondeful asset. We will come again. Thanks to the staff for what they do.

Great accomodations, roomy, clean, everything I needed and more was there, hotel room I had would make a great studio apartment. For the value I received, this is a 5 star hotel. Would most definitly stay there again.

This was the first hotel I stay at that offered DVD movies free of charge at the check in counter. Also had a very clean and well stocked mini convience store on site. Several vending machines and a few shelves of grocery items to purchase 24 hours a day. Room was very clean and well stocked for a short term stay!

Stayed 4 nights for business meetings held at the big resort, just the other side of the Interstate, less than 1 mile away. 4 nights here cost about what 1 night cost at the big resort. Quiet, restful, and I loved the onsite convenience store and the free coffee. I will come back, and look for Candlewood Suites in other cities. Very Good Deal.

I enjoy being a guest at the Candlewood Suites everytime i vist my daugther whom attend ASU The only thing I can say which the last experience I needed the air condition to work better than if did.

the room was nice and had everything needed, was a little pricy though. Don't know if i will be back.

On a 4 day business trip, the total at the Candlewood was about the same as the 1 night at the mega-resort where our industry meetings were held. Really convenient. I loved the 24 hour free coffee and food always for sale. The wired internet is so much faster than WiFi. I will be back.

Best towels I have ever used in a hotel/motel. Hard-line Internet service. The bed was Queen-sized but comfortable. The full sized refrigerator and stove were nice. You have to exchange your towels and request room service if you want it but with the experiences that I have had in this area, this is a good thing. Not far from Honeywell, Target Corporate, […] and Ikea. You could walk to Arizona Mills which is three blocks away. The Front desk staff was friendly and understanding.
