"adequate accomadations"
Hotel is an older hotel. the hotel was clean but still seemed dingy and older. The hotel is very stingy with their towels. There were 2 of us and we were given 2 towels that's all.. When we asked for more towels they asked how many we needed. How about another for handwashing and wash cloths. It was okay for sleeping , but the bed was somewhat hard. While I received a slightly discounted rate through Hotels.com, I thought that it was a good bargain for the money even at the standard rate. There was nothing to set it apart and make you say "Wow!," but everything was done well.
"Business Comfortable"
The hotel is very convenient as the first intersection off the interstate. Hotel staff smiled and were very pleasant. The desk clerk called up to my room requesting feedback on room acceptability. Everything was fine. Air quality was pleasant. Temperature control was good. Lighting in room better than typical. My stay was for business and I used the […] free wireless internet. The connection was 36 kps - adequate. The hotel lobby had a note posted that faster internet was on the way within 30 days. They did have a wired internet jack, but the receiver was smaller than the internet cables I had packed. I did not ask for a connector cable. Another plus - the room was very quiet. "Wingate Riverport"
Nice hotel, great location next to Amphitheatre and Harrah's Casino. Great free full breakfast including Eggs, Waffles, Bacon, etc. 24 hr coffee in lobby and Wolfgang Puck in-room Coffee. No free newspaper though but store right next door. Nice indoor pool, overall very nice place. Airlines put up their people there so it must be decent. Gets a thumbs […] up from me. "Hotel not as nice as listed"
Our hotel room had old furnishings and the TV was terrible. We had to call the front desk because the TV color and sound were terrible. We were told there was no one available to fix it, so we were eventually moved to a different room. The 'free WiFi' that was listed in the hotel description was not working. we are very happy with our stay at the Wingate....we have stayed at the Hampton in the past...now we will support the Wingate! Room was clean and very nice...temperature was perfect....friendly staff....very satisfied!! Thanks for the great service!

"Hotel in Maryland Heights/St. Louis area"
We stay at this hotel everytime we travel home to see relatives. The staff is always courteous and friendly. The breakfast is good and the rooms are clean and comfortable. We will continue to stay there.

"Close to everything we wanted."
The breakfast was good. Plus, we wanted connecting rooms but the first night not available. But they were able to get us one for the additional two nights that we were there. The pool and hot tub were clean and very nice. The staff went above and beyond in making sure that we had two rooms connecting. It was a great weekend!
"Wydham at Riverporth"
Not a bad stay. Our room key did not work but hotel staff was quick to respond. Close to casino and historic area. Heater in room was noisy but beds were very comfortable. Room was clean but hallways could have used some attention. I would stay again.
"Close to Verizon"
Very nice hotel!! Stayed there and was able to shuttle over to Verizon for the Toby Keith concert. Close enough to walk afterwards and avoid the traffic. Staff was very friendly. Definately would stay here again. Only drawback is breakfast not the greatest. Not bad, just not my favorite.
we found french fries at the edges of bed and chairs, the chair at the desk had the material wore off , dirty mirrors and pubic hair in the bathroom.
"Wyngate in Maryland Heights, MO"
We stayed here for 4 nights over the Labor Day holiday. It was clean, quiet, and cheaper than staying in St. Louis without being too far away. We didn't have much interaction with hotel staff other than checking in/out and to get some more supplies for the room (I left the DND up while I was gone so nobody came in the room other than 1 day) but it was […] pleasant when we did. The location is right next to a very nice convenience store/gas station and some fast food (though we didn't eat there). Our room was decent though the air conditioning seemed to be inconsistent when set on high (I like it cold and often found myself checking to see if it was turned all the way up) and in the bathroom under the vanity there seemed to be some previous water damage and the sink spout could use a little calcium remover. Overall though I would gladly stay here again in the future. Devamı

Excellent location for a concert at Riverport. Accomodations for the price was satifactory. The counter personnel is all very pleasant and accomodating. I have used the hotel in the past and am certain that I will do so in the future.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We were within walking distance of the venue for our event, and an easy drive to the center of the city. The breakfast was wonderful! Though VERY busy, it remained stocked with fresh food throughout the morning. Everything we needed for our room was provided readily, and it was always "service with a smile"! "Close to interstate and amplitheatre"
Hotel was nice. staff was excellent. However, the pullout sofa and cushions in our room were so stained and dirty I would not set on them. Carpet could have been cleaner, but it is a hotel. Overall fairly satisfied.

as stated, they had a shuttle to and from the concert, and the driver gave me his card in case i needed to leave early. the room was fine, if i had to nit pick, the cable isnt very high quality, but i wasnt there to watch tv. also my pillows were kind of small, but i ran into the cleaning staff and they volunteered to replace them. quite happy with […] my stay Devamı

"quiet and comfortable"
good deal for the price we got. stayed when there was a concert but thankfully didn't hear a thing that night. pool was nice but hot tub was not hot. no major complaints.
"Perfect Location - Excellent Staff"
Clean, Comfortable, Polite helpful staff. Business center is excellent for getting work done. Simple breakfast, can't go wrong for it being free. Internet work great. ROoms are clean and comfortable. Well located. Close to the airport, Verizon Center and biz district. Highly recommend it.

we LOVE the copnvenience of attending events at the amphitheater and staying right there at the Wingate. Staff is always very friendly and helpful regarding other destinations, etc. Never had a bad experience there. Will keep going back!!
All I can say is FREE internet AND Breakfast....you honestly CANNOT BEAT IT for the price! It's close to everything, burger king and gas next door. close to the highway. The staff was nice, the hotel was clean, the pool was clean and nice. Would definently recommend it!

"Very close to the Verizon Wireless Center"
The hotel was very nice! Other than a few paint chippings here and there it was a great value for what we paid. It was only a 5-10 min walk from the Verizon Wireless Center which was the reason we picked it. The beds were really comfortable. "Clean and Good Breakfast"
We arrived late after a Cardinals game and had no problems checking in. Room was clean and shower was nice. Breakfast buffet had lots to offer and was hot and clean. Complimentary shuttle to Harrah's Casino, which was nice for my hubby! Nice place to stay.....
"Wingate by Wyndham- Great for Concerts"
We stayed here for a concert and it was a great experience! The rooms were clean and comfortable, they had shuttle service to and from the concert, and the breakfast was wonderful. We will definitely stay here the next time we come up for a concert.

Convenient location off I-70 near I-270, well maintained property with a nice comfortable king bed. Helpful staff. Gave condition a 4 as the bathroom sink drain stopper was missing. I was given an accessible room and next time will likely ask for a standard as I don't need it and it would have been better to have the hanging rack at standing eye level […] than lower. Also would have preferred a fixed shower head to the hand held in my room. Minor complaint, otherwise very comfortable room. Breakfast buffet was good and plentiful but they did run out of fresh fruit. Thus the 4 for quality of service. All in all will stay there again when in STL. Devamı

"Good Hotel"
Room was not ready when we arrived (3pm). Was asked to wait for about ten mins. We gave them about twenty, but when we went to our room it still was not done. We went to the front desk and were promptly given another room. (And from the sounds of it, the person who put in their system that it was done got a good talking to. The manager was not happy […] to say the least.) It was a good thing we weren’t expecting a view of the surroundings, because what we received was a very good view of their garbage bins. "Great Staff - Great Location"
We choose this hotel based on price, but found much more than we expected. The location was excellent... convenient to both St. Charles and St. Louis. We also had dinner in Chesterfield a few times and that was easy to get to. Also, the area around the hotel is quiet. Mostly office business. Another bonus was easy access from the highway (and a gas […] station across the street for any late night cravings). I also want to applaud the staff. While we were staying at the hotel my engagement ring ended up in the garbage can by accident. We talked to the clerk and the house keeping management and they did everything possible to help us get the ring back. They even searched the garbage for us!! Long story made short...I got the ring back in perfect condition!! Way to go housekeeping staff!!! I really had no complaints about this hotel. I would definitely stay here again! Devamı

It was a nice hotel. Good costumer service and really nice nights sleep (beds were amazing!) Only thing that was an issue was we stayed two overs and only one night was our room cleaned. We came back to unmade beds (which we could live with) but no new towels or other esstientals. When confronted at front desk we were told manager would contact us.... […] never happened. Tney also advertised a spa but when there it was broke. When asked when it would be fixed they said not for another couple months! That would have been nice to know when booking the room. "Won't stay again"
The reservation was messed up at check in and upon inquiry is was correct on Hotel.com but not on the hotel end which was given the information from Hotels.com. We were then charged extra for additional bed. The pool was over chlorinated, and the hot tub was not functioning.

"Wingate by Wyndham St Louis / Riverport"
The cleaniness of the room was fine, but the cleanliness of the hotel in general left a lot to be desired. The heater in the room would only adjust to on or off no matter where it was set. Both bathroom door and room door could not be open at the same time. A one night stay is the most that I would recommend for this hotel.
We did not get to stay this time, but have in the past. The room was above average, the hotel staff was great and the breakfast was great also. We will stay again.
"Nice hotel at a reasonable price."
Free breakfast, free wi-fi in our room, HBO, refrigerator and microwave in our room, indoor heated pool and hot tub, newspaper at our door every morning - what more can you ask for at such a reasonable price? We enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.

"Wingate by Wyndham St Louis / Riverport"
Check in was fine. Hotel feels dated. Choose this over the Holiday Inn down the road for price reasons. I wish I had not done this. The heating/air conditioning unit had dirt, leaves and other items coming out of the vents. I did not notice this until late at night when you could hear it in the vents.

"Dirty and Noisy"
This hotel is very noisy and our room had a shower curtain with mould on it that could not possiblty have been missed by the housekeeping staff. Wyndham is off my list of hotel destinations!
