this hotel is of the Black White and Red variety - literally everything in the hotel is one of these colors. The best thing I can say about this hotel is that it is clean. It is a tour group hotel and not a high end tour group either. The check in process took almost an hour standing on a line waiting for the one clerk to check in 10 private guests […] as well as a tour group of about 40 people which showed up 1/2 hour into the process. We arrived earlier in the day but were not allowed to check in till 2PM. We left luggage and returned after taking a bus which stops just 2 blocks away into downtown Florence. When we returned we found this madhouse trying to check in. Both of the desk personnel, the one during the day when we first arrived and the one who "handled" the check in process were totally alone in the hotel. Each was the exclusive person who was in charge of everything. Therefore, if you needed anything, you had to go and get it yourself, if at all. When we requested ice, we were told to go to the grocery store, the hotel doesn't have ice. the room has a bed, a 16" cube that they call a table and another 16" square table that they call a desk. the TV has no volume increase possible so we spent some trying to read lips since the only English station, CNN was inaudible. Although the hotel is close to the airport, the hotel desk person had NO INFORMATION about the functioning of the airport or how to deal with a rental car return. The only thing he did tell us about was the bus which is quite easy to find though it is a 30-40 minute ride into town. I would not recommend this hotel unless it's the only one left on the planet. We stayed here because it was close to the airport. We did not know that there is a fixed taxi rate in Florence -- EU 20 EU to downtown and EU 15 to anyplace else including this dump. For an extra 5 EU we could have gone closer to the city center abd found a better hotel. Oh well, live and learn.

The service of the front desk staff made this hotel. Very helpful and good English. The decor is a little unusual but good value for money.

The only thing was OK were the colors of the rooms and corridors. Breakfast bad. The area full of prostitutes and drug dealers. I don;t recommend.

Nice, clean and modern hotel with everything you;d need for literally just a base - we used it for a quick overnight stay as our flight arrived in late at night. The surrounding area was pretty grim and not very nice. But the hotel was just right for us

Dirty, very dirty, ac inoperative in both rooms. Noisy guests, many Johns and Prostitutes.

Far from city center, but Bus 22 will bring you there for 25-30 minutes, 20 minutes to Train Station

The name sounds like a detention center but the hotel was clearly not! Very comfortable, recently renovated in contemporary style. Staff very friendly and helpful, and free private parking a boon. I wanted a hotel right at the airport but there doesn't seem to be one--this was about a 10 min. drive away. Only one restaurant walking distance, which was […] OK but quite noisy; basically a neighborhood hang out for locals wanting pizza but with several foreigners obviously from the various nearby hotels without dining facitlities. Clean Quiet and comfortable.

Clean but very spartan hotel. It served its purpose well as a point of embarkation to the historical area by bus. Had a secure area for car parking.

Nice hotel, close to airport, one block from bus to middle of city. Terrific people at the front desk - very helpful. Would definitely stay there again.

Lobby, hallways and rooms dated and musty... one of those carpets you want to keep your shoes on purely because it is so old. Located on a very busy road close to the airport, the staff were very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately we knew it was not good when the door of our room on the seventh floor was located between two elevators, and I have never […] asked for a different room before, and this was the one occasion I wish I had. While we had specified a non smoking room, and it was labeled as such, it stank of musty smoke, so we opened the window and door, which helped a bit. In the summer this would not been an option because you would definitely want the air conditioning. Unfortunately, the smoke smell must come fromt he ventilation and circulated air because it was awful during the night. This is enough for me to never stay here again, but if this would not be an issue for you, then this is an okay choice. I would not recommend this location if you are sight seeing as it is too far away, pay the extra money to be closer so you may walk to everything. We stayed here because we had a very early flight, and stayed closer in Florence for our other 2 nights on the way into Italy. Devamı

Hotel was in a very good location, with a bus stop just a few meters walk from the hotel, which only cost 1 Euro 20 if the tickets are bought in advance. Hotel sells bus tickets, however beaware they that do not always keep a regular stock of them and ran out when we were there, tickets cost 2euros if bought on the bus. Hotel is nice, with lots of facilities, […] but not all the facilities exist that they says they have. For example the bar only opens in the morning until lunch and closed at night. Also there is one computer connected to the internet for guests use at 5euros for 30mins, however they had ran out of tokens for the internet while we were there so no one could use it for the day. Staff initally seemed friendly, but later seemed a little rude and abrupt, depended on who served you really. Breakfast was ok, however they didn't have enough tables for all the people who wanted to eat around 9am, so people had to wait and the lady waitering breakfast was quite rude and abrupt and could have handled the situation alot better. Room was ok, however the showers height couldn't be altered and was ridiculously high and the shower curtain just stuck to you when you were showering. My family and I stayed 3 nights at this hotel the end of August. The hotel staff was extremely professional, pleasant, and helpful. The breakfast buffet was very good and offered a good selection of breakfast items. The hotel is too far away to walk to tourist attractions but the bus stops right out front. We had a rental car so we didn't try the bus […] system. There is a little grocery store around the corner and a phamacy as well. All in all, this hotel is a good value and I would stay here again! The Fleming is a nice hotel, clean and tidy, location is ok just outside the main town center. The room was clean and tidy. The view from balcony was limited but great for sitting out on. The location of hotel is good enough to reach the city center easily. The hotel room was clean.

Perfect hotel to stay at away from the noise of the city. Bus stop few yards away from hotel buses every 6 minutes. Large supermarket in next street open untill 8pm Had a room at front of building even though hotel is on a busy road very quite good soundproofing. Un ottimo bed and breakfast. Le camere sono molto accoglienti, pulite e molto belle. Il bagno ha un ampia doccia dove godersi attimi di relax. I letti, per i miei gusti, sono molto comodi. Il bed and breakfast si trova ad un attimo dal centro e le strade da percorrere non sono per nulla trafficate. Quartier moyen (présence de prostituées la nuit un peu plus loin dans la rue) Chambre propre et correcte même si quelques défauts sont à noter (porte cassée, table endommagée….) Prévoir de prendre le bus (arrêt juste à côté de l’hôtel) pour aller dans le centre de Florence (15 min de bus)

Gostei do hotel porque tem Wi-Fi e estacionamento grátis, ponto de ônibus próximo (leva ao centro em 20 minutos) - não vá ao centro se estiver de carro, a menos que não queira estacionar. Café da manhã, pago - não é caro, bom. O apartamento em que fiquei era silencioso. No geral, gostei e recomendo a quem estiver de carro.

Es waren nicht genügend Handtücher vorhanden. Die Umgebung ist etwas laut (Lage an einer Hauptstrasse).

bien qu'un peu éloigné du centre l'hôtel offre un service qualité prix très convenable. Les transports en commun sont à proximité. L'établissement est bien entretenu, le personnel accueillant. Une bonne impression pour un séjour de 3nuits :)

Even if the hotel is far from centre, with the bus you are there very quickly. The staff will provide with information you need to get there. The room is nice. I been 9 days in Italy and this is my top favorite hotel.

ottimo per chi non ha molte pretese pulito facile da raggiungere lo consiglio.

Un po' fuori rispetto al entro storico, ma la fermata dell'autobus 22 è a 50 metri, comodissima! L'hotel è tutto ristrutturato, pulito e il personale è gentile. Uniche pecche: bagno senza finestra ne filtro per il ricircolo dell'aria, non c'è la cassaforte, ne il frigo in camera. Per il resto nulla da dire. Buon soggiorno.

The check in and check out were as we expected, no surprise. The location is good if you have a car. Less than five minutes to airport and main Florence expressways. The only negative point I found in this hotel is the shower. There is no door to close the shower box, only a glass closing halfway, so when you take shower, if you don't have a little […] care, you get all the bathroom flooded!! B&B è una ristrutturazione de lvecchio Hotel Fleming, la ristrutturazione è semplicemente data da una mano di colore ed un televisore al plasma in camera, per il resto tutto nella norma.... Pulito e come và oggi direi MINIMALISTA.......

In linea di massima ci siamo trovati bene, soprattutto per il comfort, la pulizia e la cordialità del personale, lo consiglierei sicuramente ad un amico!!

OK läge för det som jag behövde just då. Nära flygplats. Nära centrum med buss

gentilezza a profusione, prima colazione accettabile e abbondante, ottima pulizia, struttura che risente degli anni, ottimo soggiorno e comodità nel raggiungere il centro con i mezzi pubblici

Les plus: Excellent rapport qualité prix, un super accueil et du personnel compétent, facilité de stationnement et d'accès au centre ville grace au bus. Petit déjeuné copieux. Les moins: Un peu bruillant car proche d'un axe de circulation mais pas trop mal insonorisé, une déco un peu démodée.

hôtel correct, vaste chambre lit très grand (2 matelas de 120), salle de bains correcte.Hôtel pas trop loin du centre, 10 min en voiture. bémol: chambre pas insonorisée, parking très petit pas toujours de place.
