Regina Olga Hotel - Cernobbio

A clean comfortable hotel in a wonderful location with a service oriented staff. Excellent.

We spent a week at the beginning of October at Regina Olga and had a wonderful room overlooking "The Lake". One never knows what to expect after viewing hotels and reviews on the web but we were delighted with the hotel, amenities and our very comfortable lake-side room. Nice location and good view of the Lakes. Love to go back again.

We wanted a hotel close to the north part of Como, and also overlooking the lake. The hotel was eververy thing we wanted, it was nice clean with a helpful staff and in am excellent location for our needs. We just loved it. I'm sure i'll be going there again in my next conference in Como.

Service is not qualify for a 4 star hotel- I wannted to iron a dress for my friends wedding but reception didnt have an iron and room service was closed at 5pm saturday night-that was a disappointing. Breakfast is very good! i would give 5++

Majestic hotel just by the Como lake. Private parking below hotel. The view of the lake and mountains is wonderful. Nice comfy rooms with view (do not pull the string in the bath tub!!!) Outdoor swimming pool and really nice terrace looking over Coma and right next the local Harry's Bar :-)

The hotel is a bit "tired" and could use some renovation. However a young woman in reception and the bartender at the bar made the stay quite worthwhile as they were helpful and pleasant. Breakfasts were nicely prepared with a good selection of food. One bad experience was there was no hot water form 8AM to 4PM one day. The hotel did notify the guests […] but as this was a major inconvience for a good portion of the day the hotel should have provided soem compensation. Devamı

OLD EUROPE STYLE, OLD PLACE, BADLY MAINTAINED

We were very happy with our stay. The staff we're helpful and gave us maps and instructions on how to get around. We were able to check in early which was nice since we had just arrived from California and really needed to change clothes and relax.

Great staff and great location. The view of the lake is great, but there isn't much to do in the town so it requires a cab ride or boat ride to go other places.

The hotel is located in a great location within walking distance to Lake Como and the boat launch. The front desk gave us information on the boat schedule and things to do. They also exchanged USD for Euro at no charge (unlike the airport whom wanted 18% !!) It was very convenient to walk from the hotel to the boat launch and go to any of the lake towns. […] The town surrounding the hotel was very nice and offered a variety of restaurants. Parking was easy and right in front. Breakfast was very nice - the best of all the hotels that we stayed and staff was pleasant. Devamı

We were very happy with this hotel for the price and was much less expensive than anything we could find in the town of Como. It was only a short boat ride to Como and about a 45 minute walk (we did both).

Given the rates for hotels in the area Regina Olga exceeded my expectations. pros - location right at the main piazza yet the rooms are quiet - spectacular lake view from balcony - included breakfast better than most - pool cons - nothing at this price

The hotel was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. It was in a wonderful location - within walking distance of the ferries/boats and lovely cafes/restaurants and we had a beautiful view from our room of the lake. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Our room was ready when we arrived, it was clean and comfortable and the breakfast buffet […] was very nice and the pool lovely. We would highly recommend staying here. Villa d'Este was within walking distance and while it looks lovely, we were very, very happy at the Regina Olga and you will be too! Devamı

accuille emplecement service propreté tout est parfait tre sodisfait.

Ottima posizione e nel complesso buon hotel; peccato per qualche manutenzione mancata (es. Doccino chiuso dal calcare) e personale non proprio scattante ad aiutare anche se hai molti bagagli. Ottima colazione a buffet! Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo

TOP Lage direkt an der Piazetta, 2 Minuten vom Schiffsteg entfernt. Sehr freundliches Personal, gutes Frühstück, komfortable Zimmer

Letto scomodo, ha le ruote e si muove di continuo anche mentre si dorme. Per il resto tutto ok.

Nice hotel, the staff was helpful and the room was nice. The situation was ok, with boat you can travel f.ex. to Bellagio easily.

De ligging vh hotel is prima. Wij waren met kinderen in mei. Ondanks het hete weer gaat het zwembad pas 1 juni open (tegenvaller!). Gastvrijheid laat te wensen over, zeer schamel ontbijt. Echter prijs/kwaliteit redelijk goed.

Le grand atout de cet hotel est son emplacement au bord du lac de Côme. La vue sur le lac au réveil est plus qu'agréable.Autre atout, l'hotel dispose d'un parking gratuit ce qui est un vrai plus par rapport aux possibilités de stationnement. Par contre, les chambres sont plutôt vieillotes, pas très grandes et le petit déjeuner moyen par rapport au prix. Ca […] reste une bonne adresse pour une nuit ou deux mais pas plus à mon avis. Bra service spesielt av de som jobbet med frokostservering. Men og i resepsjonen var personalet trivelig. Flott beliggenhet rett ved båt kaia for båtene som krysser Como innsjøen. Bra gratis parkeringsmuligheter med bom.

Bel hôtel, bien situé. Les chambres mériteraient d'être rafraîchies. Personnel agréable. Room Service de qualité moyenne. Plutôt un 3* qu'un 4*.

Dejligt hotel i skønne omgivelser. Vi havde cykler med og cyklede ind til como centrum - en dejlig tur på cykelstier langs søen. Como by er hel fantastisk, der er flotte bygningsværker, gode butikker, mange restaurenter, et dagligt marked, hvor man kan finde mange gode ting. Vi vil helt sikkert vende tilbage.

Connection internet payante pour une heure minimum et en une seule fois. Nous aurions souhaité un forfait utilisable autant de fois que désirés. Parking difficile à gérer.

Fint hotel og god beliggenhed, lige ved Harrys Bar og ved rutebåd til Como. Vær dog forberedt på at personlaet i receptionen var meget snobbede og ville ikke se os i øjnene når vi talte sammen. Det hele gik meget skævt da vi nægtede at betale for brensetøj som vi havde indleveret og som kom tilbage smask vådt i plastikposer, lang palvren inden de accepterde […] at det IKKE er god service at aflevere vådt ,men dog rent tøj. meget hyggeligt gammelt hotel, men lidt for slidt. den 4 stjerne er falmet for længst. beliggbeliggenheden er i top. morgenbuffeten er helt fin, når man er i Italien. airconditionen har svært ved at følge med, når det er 33 grader.

Notre chambre ne donnait pas sur le lac mais sur le parking de l'hôtel. Nous avons voulu changer de chambre mais le personnel de l'hôtel est resté intransigeant voir psycho rigide malgré les chambres disponibles sur le lac. Attitude du personnel très décevante...

The room we booked was small, it was in a very run down state, and the bath room was in a very poor condition. In terms of location it was outside of Como and not much choice in terms of eating. WEed stay in the same town again but not the hotel.

very nice location jts between villa d'este and villa erba but Old hotel

le personnel est très agréable, souriant. la piscine est très propre et le petit jardin très entretenu. le petit déjeuner est très copieux. on y retournera je pense, le lac de COME est grandiose

Hôtel bien situé au calme avec piscine ensoleillée et à 50 mètres de l'embarcadère pour toutes les destinations sur le Lac. Personnel aimable et serviable. Le seul problème est l'insonorisation des chambres et en particulier le bruit que font les chasses d'eau.

L'Hotel est vraiment tres bien situé, le parking est tres pratique. La chambre etait spacieuse et vue sur le Lac. Seul l'employée a la réception était très desagréable.

Jeg nød i stor stil det lille, fredelige og meget smukke sted. Hotellet var rent og pænt omend i lidt gammel stil. Store rummelige værelser og en skøn pool. Personalet var yderst hjælpsomme, da jeg fandt ud af at jeg ikke havde fået mit pas med og var meget tæt på Melpensa! Alt i alt er super sted til et lille get-a-way :-)

Min kone og jeg tilbragte en nat på Olga Regina, og vi havde begge en meget positiv oplevelse. Ved ankomsten følte vi os meget velkomne, indcheckning foregik hurtigt og smidigt og hoteltjeneren, som bar vore kufferter op på værelset, nægtede at modtage drikkepenge. Stort, komfortabelt værelse med udsigt over søen og fint badeværelse. Vi havde en god […] uforstyrret nats søvn efterfulgt af en lækker og varieret morgen-buffet. Dette hotel vil vi gerne vende tilbage til en anden gang! Devamı
