Sofitel Strasbourg Grande Ile - Strazburg

Not good air qaulity in the room, bed far too soft to be comfortable.

It was one our best hotel experiences. We stayed at the hotel with a toddler of 2,5 years. The staff was very friendly and polite. They were excellent!

Luxurious and comfortable Right in the heart of the City within earshot of the cathedral bells But how do you use the in room coffee machine

The hotel it self is nice but the level of service was astonishingly low. The information given from staff at the hotel were not only miss-leading, but delivered with a rudeness I have never had before in a hotel. When asked about nearby restaurants the staff said that no restaurants where to be found nearby, even though the area turned out to be […] filled with them. Also we were told the restaurant of the¨hotel would be closed for our entire stay - even though that also turned out to be wrong. Add to this that the "do not disturb" signs were not respected in the mornings and the total lack of service and you end up with a 4-star hotel with less than 1-star staff. Devamı

Excellent hotel, beautiful, clean and nice. Large rooms and luxurious. Location of the hotel - the best in town. Downtown just 1 minute walk from the square. Do not need a car. Courteous service, excellent breakfast. A pleasant welcome. If I go back to Strasbourg - only this hotel.

Couldn't be in a better location especially if you are interested in being in the center of things. The Christmas markets are magical and the hotel is the perfect spot and convenient to all the sights of the town! Delightful staff and always more than helpful! Can't wait to stay again!

My wife and I are on a driving holiday around Europe. On our two day stop in Strasbourg, we found this hotel to be excellent in every respect. We were so impressed with the service at the Sofitel Strasbourg that we have booked another Sofital hotel in Dijon for our return through France later this month

The hotels interior is very stylish and modern. The staff is friendly after overcoming the language barrier (or the thick accent). Although the rooms are fairly small, they are great considering the price we paid (compared to other hotels in Strassbourg). The room including bathroom is clean. The greatest joy was the extra comfortable bed. Nice is also […] the bar, which has a cozy outside patio. Valet parking was 22 Euros/day, which is comparable to parking in a parking garage. The hotel was located steps from old town. The staff was very warm and friendly and the hotel was quiet. The rooms on the first two floors have been renovated, but the upper rooms are a bit dated but acceptable. While the public areas were warm, the rooms had great a/c. Nice bath products. A good choice for a visit to the charming city.

Hotel located in walking distance to main tourist attractions. One of our favorite parts of the hotel was the charming outside lounge area, which was a great place to relax after a day of walking. Staff was very helpful & friendly.

The location, ambiance, and service were great. Plan on having dinner at the GoH (guest of honor) restaurant at least one during your stay at the Sofitel. The original and very creative cuisine left my wife and I unable to describe the sometime odd yet delicious combinations of flavors.

Der Aufenthalt im Sofitel Strasbourg Grande Ile war sehr schön. Man erreicht alle wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß. Die Sauberkeit der Zimmer war sehr gut und der Service auch. Leider haben wir das Frühstück nicht in Anspruch genommen, weil ich persönlich 23 Euro sehr teuer finde, aber es gibt genügend Möglichkeiten im Zentrum ein schnelles Frühstück […] (Kaffee und Baguette) zu sich zu nehmen. Hotel Sofitel har en rigtig god beliggenhed midt i centrum, så der er gåafstand til mange af de vigtigste seværdigheder. Standarden på hotellet og personalets venlighed gjorde det til en meget positiv oplevelse. Såvel restaurant som baren var af høj standard. Et lidt dyrt men skønt hotel, som vi varmt kan anbefale.

Malheureusement la moquette de la chambre est tachée autrement hôtel confortable et agréable, bon service

Hotel an super Lage, freundliche Mitarbeiter. Für ein Sofitel-Hotel aber etwas enttäuschend, Qualtität nicht wie in anderen Sofitels aber dennoch hoher Preis für Frühstück und vorallem Parkgarage. Neben der hoteleigenen Parkgarage ist es sehr schwierig einen Parkplatz zu finden.

Muy bien ubicado, staff y personal atento y servicial, grata estancia.

大型の車（車高２ｍ程度のバン）で行きましたが、ホテルの方がガレージへの出し入れをして頂き、助かりました。

Das Hotel liegt zentral und ruhig. Das Deluxezimmer hätten wir uns grösser vorgestellt, der TV ist zu klein für diese Preisklasse. Das Zimmer wurde 2x täglich gemacht, kontrolliert. Es sind keine Geräusche von anderen Zimmern oder vom Flur zu hören. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig, mit € 22.-- relativ teuer, auf Spezialwünsche (Waffeln, Crèpes usw.) wird […] man nicht direkt aufmerksam gemacht, unbedingt nachfragen. Devamı

Hotellet ligger sentralt og i gangavstand til severdigheter, kommunikasjon og shoopingmuligheter. Stille og skjermet beliggenhet. God service , rent og pent. Gode senger med dyner og myke puter. Har bodd her flere ganger både i jobb og fritidssammenheng. Noe dyr, men god frokost. Hotellet kan anbefales.

Super Hotel, extrem zentral

Das Hotel liegt gleich bei den Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in Strassbourg. Super Personal, super Zimmer. Immer wieder gerne.

Sehr modernes Hotel mit super schönen Zimmern, das Frühstück ist aber leider zu teuer, findet man in den Innenstadt aber super altenativen

Accueil et service à la hauteur dans un hôtel qui propose sur son site des photos de chambres parfaitements rénovée. Déception en ce qui nous concerne de se voir attribuer une chambre non rénovée (parpier peint aui se décolle, paume de douche aui fuit dans tous les sens....)et c'est sans parler de la déco surranée. Les meubles sont surdimmentionnés […] dans la chambre, ce aui laisse peu de place pour circuler et le placard est ridiculement petit, affublé de surcroit par le coffre fort : vous ne pouvez donc pas y pendre de pantalons ou de veste longue sans les voir pliés en deux ! Même dans un trois étoiles je n'ai pas rencontré ce genre de problèmes. Devamı

Godt hotel, der ligger meget centralt i Strasbourg. Hotelstaben er meget venlige og servicemindede, men "businesslike".Derfor manglede der måske lidt"atmosfære". Morgenmaden udmærket, men dyr. Har fået den bedre på andre hoteller. Værelset udmærket, sengene var ret gode, man sov som en drøm.Der er også meget roligt omkring hotellet, der ligger ved siden […] af en kirke.Udenfor er der en fin terasse med hyggelige møbler hvor hotellets gæster slappede af. Det er et godt hotel, som jeg meget gerne vil bo på igen. Devamı
